With the summer ending, Danny caught up on school and ready to face the next two years of school. Danielle was now her correct age. One year old and curious as ever. Her powers were stalled until she was about seven or eight. Sam had asked while Danny was working on school if Clockwork could teach her the ghost zone history.
After Danny and Sam felt that they had studied enough for the summer, they decided to spend the last two weeks with their friends and family. They called Tucker and checked to see how busy he and Val were. They were free to go to the Nasty Burger in about an hour. So they left Ellie with Jazz and flew to the Nasty Burger to meet the other two. While they were there, Dash and his crew came up to the table they were sitting at. "Yes, Dash?" Danny asked. "Well, we just wanted to apologize about being bullies to you over the school years." Dash sounded sincere, but Danny stayed quiet while he thought. On the one hand, he did apologize. However, on the other hand, he felt that Dash was only apologizing because he was Danny Phantom. "Listen Dash, I appreciate the apology, however, I also saw the way that you treated Phantom and the way you would treat Fenton. So I'm not sure if we'll ever be able to be friends but at least I know you'll stop bullying me." Danny spoke up after a minute of thinking. Dash looked a little sad but he understood what Danny was saying. "Okay, that's something I suppose. We can always talk throughout the year." Danny nodded back as the group left. Tucker and Val were surprised Danny had accepted that. "Why'd you do that?" "Well knowing that ClockWork told me about being the king, I've been trying to look at things in the bigger perspective. I know I'll have to make a lot of decisions once I'm king. I figured I'd start trying to do that now." "Well now that we have that straightened out, who wants to go to my place and play some video games?" Sam asked. Everyone nodded and they went to Sams' for a couple of hours to relax.
