"Are you okay, Emma? Why did you invite me to have lunch at your house? You never do that before!" Ivy teased the blonde.

Emma was bored and wanted her mind off of Regina so she called her friend to accompany her today. She shrugged her shoulders while they were walking to the dining room.

"You invited me because you want someone to see us together or…?" Ivy asked behind her and Emma stopped abruptly and said.

"No! I want to eat with my friend. How is that weird?"

Emma gave Ivy her prettiest smile and Ivy felt her hair stood up at the sight. Ivy gave her the look and Emma lifts her brow and huffs.

"So I have to be alone with you?!" Ivy asked with a gasp.

"Stop it, Ivy!"

As they stepped into the dining room, Emma saw Cora serving lunch on the table.

Her eyes scanned the area and to her disappointment, Regina was nowhere to be found. She hadn't seen Regina all morning and it tugged at something in her chest, not having the brunette in her line of sight all the time.

"Is Regina here? I haven't seen Regina for sooo long!" Ivy asked Cora, and her face fell at Cora shaking her head with a small sad smile.

"What time she will be home so maybe I can wait?"

"She's not coming home."

"What? Why?" Ivy frowns

Emma was interested now and turned to face Cora too.

"She moved out this morning." Another voice boomed.

Zelena walked into the dining room with a broad smile on her face. Emma sneered at the sight.

"Moved out?! Why though?" Ivy said in a shocking surprise.

"She said being here made her uncomfortable. She doesn't want to see someone here."

While saying that Zelena looked straight into her eyes and flashed her a smirk.

Emma wanted to punch that face.

"IVY! Let's eat! I didn't ask you here to question someone." Emma shouted at her friend as she was angry that Regina moved out and did not tell her.

So the brunette didn't want to see her face then.

Emma sat down with a loud thud, a frown on her face as her appetite to eat was gone. She picked the fork up and just poked around her food.

She gritted her teeth while thinking why Regina's moving out had bothered her so much.

Fine, if Regina didn't want to see her. She wouldn't care.

She had her friend here and that was enough.

They were moving to the movie room in her house after lunch. Ivy sat through the lunch with an uncomfortable feeling in her stomach and empathy toward her friend as she saw Emma's face fall and poke her food around.

And now the blonde was sulking on the couch while watching a movie and trying to act like everything was fine but she knew Emma is not okay. She couldn't help but ask.

"Emma…Have you done something to Regina? Why did she move away from you?"

"Why everyone has to blame me? I didn't do anything! She moved out on her own. Maybe she went to live with that dumb ass man, who knows!"

Emma huffed out in annoyance and frustration at the thought of Regina and Daniel together. She gripped the remote in her hand tightly.

"Why did you say that?"

"She always goes out with him! And Daniel always gives her a ride home every night since she works late. I think she had enough and can't wait to be with him and just decided to move out altogether!"

"Daniel?! I don't believe you, nah. He's not like that. He's one gentleman, Emma! If he moved in with her he would not keep it a secret."

"You just knew him and already on his side?!"

"And I don't believe Regina moved out to live with a man, you know. But if she moved out because she doesn't want to see someone's face here…that sounds reasonable enough."

Ivy glanced at Emma and smiled to herself as she saw the blonde frown.

The next day Emma hopped on a ride. She couldn't wait any longer since she was curious about the whereabouts of Regina.

She needed to see her face to know the brunette was fine.

Last night when she walked past Regina's old room she heard Cora talking on the phone with her daughter. She stopped, leaned her ear against the door and listened.

She heard Regina was living near the outskirts of the town.

Today she decided to give it a try and drove her car around hoping to catch Regina on the street somewhere.

She didn't know there were so many apartments in this fucking town!

She rubbed her head and sighed out in exasperation.

It had been hours since she drove around and still, she couldn't find Regina.

It was hopeless, there was way too many buildings and people on the street. Emma rested her head on the backrest as the car was stopped at the red light.

Her glance caught someone out at the corner of her eyes when she looked at the mirror of her car.

It was Regina.

The brunette wiped the hair out of her forehead and sat back in the taxi, looking straight forward.

"Regina!"

She shouted to nobody as the light turned green and the taxi sped up away from her.

Shit!

She went out of her stupidity as she hit the speed dial and followed after the taxi.

The yellow car was parked in front of the market store and she hurriedly stopped the car on the sideway, not caring about the honk as her car was parked wryly.

"Regina!"

She stepped out of the car and yelled after the brunette. Regina turned at her name-calling and widened her eyes then ran from her.

She ran after Regina but the honking kept her glued to the side of the road. Emma looked back and forth and saw Regina going into the store.

She went back to her car and drove to find a better parking space.

The store was huge. Emma hadn't set foot in the store like ever. She never had to cook for herself since there were servants at the mansion.

She walked around the aisle, there were many alleys. And she was sweating down her forehead trying to find that one brunette.

Emma walked to the end of the store and the back of the brunette who wore a blouse and jeans that cupped her curve beautifully, caught her eyes. Her eyes shift downward.

And high heels, how could Regina ran in them she never knew.

Regina was bending over the apple stand, an apple in her hand as the woman was picking it up with care and scrutinizing it out carefully.

The sight of another woman took her breath away, it was like she hadn't seen Regina for so long when in reality it was just a day.

Emma walked to a stop beside Regina and closed her fingers around the slim wrist.

Regina snapped her head back at her upon the touch and huffed out a breath at her. She pulled Regina's hand to her chest and looked into those gorgeous brown eyes. The brunette tried to twist her arm away but she gripped it stronger.

"Why do you have to run away from me?"

Her nose flared up. Emma pulled Regina to her and the brunette stumbled forward against her chest.

"And why do you keep following me?" Regina said in annoyance.

Regina's eyes cut through her green ones and said

"Are you dense? Have you forgotten about what you said?"

"What?"

"People like you don't follow around and ask for forgiveness from the people like me?" The brunette finished with a sneer.

Regina yanked her arm back as Emma stood there in silence.

She remembered saying that because she was jealous of him and her pride was too great to show it.

"I'm not doing that right now! I came after you because…" Emma paused and looked back at Regina who lifted her brows waiting for her to finish.

"Because when I call you at work they said you took the day off, I needed to know if you meet up with some guy here or not!"

Regina's face was one of disbelief about the excuse of hers being nonsense. Now seeing that look made her feel lame for saying it. The brunette narrowed her eyes and said.

"What I do in my free time is none of your business! Why do you care so much who I go out with, huh?!"

Regina put the apple back in her basket and lifted her chin daring the blonde to answer what she was about to say next.

"What are you to me?"

"I'm your—"

Emma paused and thought about what to say next to keep her pride intact.

"your family?"

Regina shook her head and stepped away from her. She was furious again by not knowing how to make Regina stay and talk to her like a normal person.

Suddenly Emma gasped as a thought came up.

"Are you on a date with him this evening?! That's why you're in a hurry to buy the groceries so you can cook for him, is that it?!"

Regina's eyes flared up at the accusation.

"I'm not! I'm just buying my damn groceries! till this crazy woman keeps following me and stops me from doing just that!"

"Why did you take the day off then?"

"It's none of your business."

Regina scoffed, took the basket in her hands, and walked away to the next aisle without waiting for her reaction.

"Wait!, Regina, Let's talk!"

The brunette didn't pay attention to Emma at all. Emma kept following her around. It took Regina longer to buy things in this store, the brunette really took her time to walk around the store and inspected things closely.

Sometimes Regina looked back at Emma and scowled in annoyance at seeing the blonde was still there.

Emma didn't mind the silence treatment if it meant she got to walk alongside Regina again. She would follow until Regina was done shopping and gave her a chance to talk.

They were at the cereal shelf when she saw Regina on her tiptoes trying to reach the highest box on the shelf.

Even on her toes, Regina couldn't reach it, but could only touch it with her fingertips.

Emma sighed in annoyance at how Regina acted all mighty and could do anything when in fact this bothered her.

She stepped forward to the shelf and raised her hand then grabbed the box for Regina.

She placed the box in Regina's hand.

Regina reluctantly accepted her help and was back on her feet, away from the blonde. Emma rolled her eyes at the stubborn brunette and followed Regina.

Not long, Emma was standing near the exit, waiting for Regina to finish paying. She frowned at how many shopping bags were in Regina's hands, the bags were all over her arms, making it harder for the smaller woman to walk.

She sighed again and stepped up to Regina, trying to take the bag from Regina's arms but the brunette of course denied her help and took the bags to herself.

"Leave me alone. Go back home, Miss Swan." Regina told her.

"No."

She tried again and Regina tightened the bags in her arms.

"Leave!"

But she didn't listen and took a step forward to face Regina.

"Are you going to let me help or not?"

"No."

Regina hugged the shopping bag while eyeing her with a challenging look.

Emma took a deep breath and brushed the hair away from her face. She just wantd to kiss that little corner of the red lips, curling upward, the hell away from that face.

Regina was getting on her nerves like nobody had before.

Regina yelped as Emma put her hands on the back of her knees and shoulders then lifted her in the blonde's arms along with the paper bags. Emma took in a gasp as the woman in her arms was heavier with the groceries. She shifted Regina to balance herself in her hold.

Regina was surprised at the daring act in public, fist tightened around the bag in her arms. And hissed into Emma's ear with a strong whisper.

"What are you doing?! People are looking at us!"

Regina hit her shoulders with her closed fist and whined.

"Let me down!"

Emma continued to walk and carried the struggling woman outside of the store. She saw people were looking at her when they walked past her.

She stopped and let Regina down gently. Emma smirked at the other woman who was now straightening up her ruined shirt with one hand.

"Now you can stop showing off. If you can't carry the bag, ask for my help, okay?"

"I didn't ask you to help! Why being nice now all of a sudden?" Regina scolded.

"I'm nice to you because I saw you're struggling with your new home and life! Stop being stubborn and let me help you."

"Oh, you called that help!?"

"I've been cruel to you I admit but I'm kind enough to-"

Emma put her hand in her jeans pocket and picked out her wallet while picking up a stack of cash to show it in front of Regina's face.

"How much do you want? For the groceries, your rent, and clothes? I heard from your mom that you're short in finance."

"Keep your damn money!" Regina said with a disgusted look on her face.

Emma shook her head and grabbed Regina's free hand then put all the money against Regina's palm.

She was just so afraid that the brunette didn't want to take her money but she wanted her to have it.

She didn't know how to speak to Regina to accept it. So she said things without thinking.

"Here, think of it as your payment when I took you with me."

The look on Regina's face was outrage and mixed with so much hurt. She regreted saying that now.

Emma blinked hard when the money is thrown in her face. And she hadn't properly opened her eyes when a sudden ache was forming against her cheek. Her face turned to the other side because of the tan hand that slapped her.

She licked her lips and turned to face Regina. Her stomach clenched at the sight of the red-rimmed brown eyes in front of her. Her shiny brown eyes were large and filled with tears, Regina looked like she was about to cry.

"I'm not one of your slut! If you want to pay me back, then give me your fucking life." Regina shouted with a dark glare before turning away from her and was gone.

Emma stood there in silence. She was numb at what she just ruined. She opened her lips to yell out Regina's name but winced as her lips hurt from the hit.

How could Regina have such strength with that tiny frame of hers she would never know.

She looked around and everyone who was passing by was looking at her.

She said too harshly to Regina and now the brunette wouldn't want to see her face ever again.

2 months later.

Everything went back to normal. Emma was back to her dating life, a famous Casanova like she had the reputation for.

And Regina was back working at the flower shop.

Emma Swan was found at night events in these past few weeks. Our source was told that the woman on Swan's arm changed every event and night she was in public.

Gorgeous and charming, an heir to the Swan company. The blonde is still grounded on the number one Casanova in this town.

Ruby finished reading the article on her phone and then looked at Belle with knowing eyes then she shifted her glance toward Regina, who was picking up flowers. They walked over to Regina.

"Have you seen this news, Regina?"

Regina turned to her but suddenly the brunette squinted her eyes shut tightly, one hand coming up to touch her forehead like she was about to faint or something. Ruby rushed in to help steady her friend on the elbow.

"Woah! Are you okay?"

"Um…I must have turned too fast." Regina was back on her feet and pulled her arms back then frowned.

"What news?"

Ruby handed the phone to Regina and the brunette leaned in to read the screen.

Regina read the news about Emma Swan, the famous Casanova of the town. She saw many photos of the blonde with several gorgeous women on her arms.

It were like ten photos of them together.

Her heart clenched like someone squeezed it at the blonde's smiling face.

It was clear that she had moving on faster than Regina ever did. Then her face shifted to nothing.

She didn't care about Emma anymore. And she was getting used to it by now as every action, and words from the blonde would never get to hurt her again.

Even when she was not near her, the blonde could still hurt her.

The last time Emma followed her around the store, she didn't pay attention to the blonde, still Emma's words pierced through her heart and hurt her.

The blonde deranged her like she was the one who gave in and went with Emma when in reality she was forced to go. She was so furious at Emma for treating her like a slut. That was the lowest thing Emma could have assumed of her and done to her.

She thought back to that night when she wore her heart on her sleeves for the blonde. Turned out it was worthless.

It was just a game, the blonde said so herself that night.

Regina looked back up at Belle as she heard them talk.

"I don't understand. She goes on dates like she doesn't care about you at all, Regina." Belle said and her heart clenched at that.

"Is she still following you around?" Ruby added

She avoided their eyes and said nothing. She frowned as listening to Emma Swan was making her head hurt.

"If she comes then, ignore her," Belle said with a grin.

Regina just wanted her friends to shut up about this. She walked away from them and she didn't feel good.

Her stomach was in a riot with her breakfast again.

Ruby followed her and thrusted her phone in front of her face, showing the blonde in her black handsome suit, her blonde hair was in a ponytail style with a side braid tucked back in it.

Emma was gorgeous.

The second her eyes caught sight of it, she felt butterflies in her stomach, totally for a different reason.

A bile was rising up and stuck in her throat. Regina closed her eyes immediately and swallowed down her saliva.

"Look at her! Even though she's pretty, if she doesn't care about you then we all hate her too!"

"Right!" Belle added.

"Excuse me-" Regina said in a rush to get to the bathroom.

She opened the door and locked it before she let out her breakfast into the toilet. Her arms were hugging her trembling torso as the urge to puke made her heave again.

She threw up until her belly and throat hurt. The tears strung up her eyes.

Why was it that just the mere mention of the blonde could hurt her physically like this?

Damn Emma Swan.

When her stomach settled, she slowly stood up and flushed the toilet. She went to wash her mouth at the sink. Her fingers were white from griping it.

How come Emma still affected her when it had been months away from the blonde?

She didn't want to feel like this, but thinking about the pictures of Emma and other girls. It bothered the hell out of her, it made her heart ache and stomach clench.

She wanted to cry and throw up at the idea at the same time. She pushed the thought back into her mind.

From now on she would not let anything about the blonde make her feel bad again.

Emma was talking to Ivy on the speaker phone while the phone was on the stab in front of her. She was bored when Ivy called to ask her to the movie with her. She was driving to meet her friend at the theater.

"Omgg! I'm so glad you can come, Emma! I haven't seen you for ages!"

"You saw me last week!"

"But I accidentally met you at the party! You were always with your girlsss."

Emma rolled her eyes. Right now she was not with any of her girls except when to go out and drink, she had call one of her girls to accompany her. Since it was lonely to drink alone.

And another reason was other women couldn't satisfy her needs like-

She shook the thought away. Not wanting a drink any time soon.

In the daytime, she often spent time with herself inside her bedroom. Her mind often drifted off to that one person, who she wouldn't think too much about since it was killing her to know that they ended things not on good terms.

The person she wanted hated her guts.

That always ruined the mood for her and she ended up with drinks in hand at night like always.

Her life repeated like this for months since she let Regina go.

"What can I say, I'm hot." Emma chuckled as she heard Ivy scoff.

"Anyway, any reason you ask me to go to the movie with you?"

"It's my date…he couldn't make it."

"Now, I'm your second choice?" Emma lifted one of her brows, amused at how the table has turned.

"Don't be offended, Em! I couldn't take you as a second choice… besides Daniel."

At hearing his name, Emma stomped on her brake immediately making her car stop in the middle of the road. The car that flew by is honking at her like crazy.

"Your date is that dumb ass man?!"

"He's not! But yes he's my date for the movie. He agreed but then he had an urgent call and said about Regina being sick or something. He has to go see Regina at her apartment."

A flash of jealousy hit her all of a sudden. Emma could feel a bolt of anger strike through her body. Her hands were white against the wheel.

"I was shocked since Regina said he doesn't know where she lives! They must get closer together for sure. And this suckss!"

That suddenly put her in a bad mood. It hurt her to know that Regina told him where she lived. She tried to find Regina for weeks! And he got to see the brunette at his will.

He would never win over this. She would not let them meet in peace. She must go after them and remind them who the brunette belong to.

But she forgot some crucial things about this.

She still didn't know where Regina lived and it killed her that she couldn't go after her, to know that he would get close to Regina, even take care of her.

Emma screamed in the car, her hands hitting the wheel with anger.

Now she needed a drink more than ever, to deal with this lost feeling.

"Hungry? I brought you Chinese!"

He lifted his hands showing the white box of food while walking past Regina to the table.

He got news from the flower shop that Regina took the day off and he called Ruby and the woman confirmed to him that Regina went home and took the rest of the day off.

The reason was she was feeling sick.

So he rushed to buy them both lunches and came all the way here to see her.

Regina shut the door and scrunched her nose at the strong sense of food. It smelt quite good but not that good.

Daniel put the box out of the paper bag while she walked over to the table. He pulled the chair for her and she sat down, looked up, and gave him a thank you smile. He went to sit in the opposite chair, putting the box and chopsticks for her on the table.

"I don't think I can eat all of these! You brought too much." She chuckled.

"You can keep it in the fridge for tomorrow. You've been sick often, lately. You need to eat lots so you can get your health back."

Regina bit her lips together at the mention of her being sick often. She touched her hair behind her ear and lifted the chopstick.

She frowned when a hand with a can of soda was in front of her. She lifted her head in confusion.

"For what?"

"This is for when we first met." He smiled.

"Oh! Thank you." She remembered the day she met him.

"I must admit you have a very good memory."

She took the can from him.

"I'm not, but it's about you so I remember it so well."

She flushed slightly and shyly looked back at him who was red in the cheek as well. He scratched his head. He cleared his throat before putting the chicken with sauce in her box.

"Try this, it's delicious."

Regina smiled and used the chopstick to lift it.

The sense of the chicken against her sensitive nose was too much for her rumbling stomach. She abruptly put it down and covered her nose with her hand.

"It smells bad." She told him.

"What?"

"I feel like…I wanna puke."

He frowned and stuck another dumpling for her and let it fall into her box.

Regina sat back against her chair and eyed him carefully while he delicately decided what was good for her to eat. Her eyes twitched when suddenly tears gathered in them.

He was so nice to her, it made her want to cry.

"Why are you being so nice to me?" She promptly asked.

"Uh…I-" He shifted in his chair and the chopstick in his hand moved up and down, clearly anxious at her directed question.

"I don't know how to tell you this. But I only know that when I'm with you I'm happy. When you cry I just want to cry with you too, you know. I don't know what is this called. So I came here to visit you not to just bring you food but to let you know that…"

He looked at her and she gulped in anticipation.

"I like you."

Her upper lips curled upward slightly, she was blown away by his honest confession. She needed to glance up to not let the tears come. She was touched by his sweet words.

Nobody ever said things that were soft and sweet like that for her.

But it was just a shame that she didn't feel things for him like he wanted her to. She couldn't. He was just one of her best friends out there.

Daniel looked at her with his soft eyes like he understood her before he interrupted.

"You don't have to say anything back. I just want to let you know, that's all. Don't feel obligated, Regina. It's okay."

"It's not just that…" Her voice sounded hoarse, and she cleared her throat, feeling like her throat was closing up on her.

"But you don't know me well enough."

And you wouldn't like it if you did either, that was what she left. She just wanted to let him down gently.

"I'm willing to learn more if you let me?"

She shifted her eyes downward and bit her lips.

"Or I don't know you well enough like Emma does, right?"

Regina looked up in shock, her eyes were wide.

Her heart skipped a beat.

Her stomach lurched when she heard the blonde's name. Everything she tried to hold came rushing out of her like a waterfall.

She suddenly had the urge to gag. She abruptly stood up and the chair fell backward hitting the floor with a hard thud. Daniel was surprised at the reaction and followed her.

Regina ran to the bathroom and dried heave at the sink. She hadn't eaten anything yet so what came out was just bile. Her eyes burned so badly. She used her hand to gather her hair away from dripping into the sink, while the other gripped the sink tightly,

"Are you alright?" His voice quieted behind her back.

She was about to say that she was good but she couldn't since another urge was making her dry heave again.

"This doesn't look good, Regina. You need to see the doctor."

Regina sniffed when she felt alright. She was embarrassed he had to see her puke like this. She washed her mouth, turned to face him, and said nonchalantly.

"I'm fine. I feel like this often, it must have been the stomach flu. Since I'm in a lot of stress."

He frowned but let it go.

Regina gave him a small smile. She tried taking another step but she felt her body was too light to stay upright and swayed on her feet. He had to steady her by grabbing both of her arms.

When she could stand back up she gently pushed his hands away. She didn't like the feeling of being grabbed by him. It made her think of someone.

"It's okay, I'm good, now. Thanks."

She didn't want to give him any more mixed signals. They were now at the front door since her appetite was gone and she liked to be alone.

"Regina…If you don't go see the doctor today. At least let me stay and accompany you?"

"Nah, I like to sleep and you'll be bored. But thanks anyway."

"Don't forget the food and you can call me anytime, okay?"

She nodded while opening the door and watched him step out of her room.

"Thanks again for stopping by."

He nodded and left.

She shut the door and sighed in relief. She just wanted to cry at how nice he treated her.

Why couldn't she feel something for someone easier like him? And not the hot-headed blonde who didn't seem to care about her at all.

Ivy put Emma's arm around her shoulders while she carried the blonde back home. She let Emma down face-first on her sofa again.

She shouldn't have said that to the blonde. She shouldn't tease the blonde to get the jealousy out of her.

Because she was the one that has to clear up Emma's mess when she drank out of her ass!

She had to admit she did say that to Emma because she wanted to see if Emma would admit her feelings or not.

Emma was stubborn as fuck, refused to acknowledge what she feels, and didn't let anyone know what she thought except when she was drunk, Emma would let everything out like a river.

Today she kind of knew what Emma thought of Regina. Her action said it all.

Ivy thought Emma went to see Regina but when the blonde called her and told her that she was at the bar. Ivy came to pick up Emma and the state of the blonde was a hot fucking mess.

"Why did you have to drink yourself to death, Emma?!"

"Did he call you?"

"You haven't seen either of them?"

"No… Why would I go after them?"

Emma waved her hand nonchalantly. Ivy laughed at the drunken sight of her friend but a still stubborn ass.

"What you laughing at?! IVYY!?"

Emma stomped her leg on the sofa like a child.

"You're fooling yourself around, Emma. That's funny to me! I know what you're thinking. I'm not a kid. I know that when you know Daniel went to Regina's, you get angry and follow them. If you're not following them then where did you go, Em?"

Ivy tried to look into Emma's eyes but the blonde avoided hers and then faced down again.

"You don't have to keep your wall high up to me, Emma… Are you jealous of Regina?"

Emma looked up at her suddenly and scoffed.

"Jealous?! ME?! I'm not! Why would I?"

"You don't know why?" Ivy raised her eyebrow and looked at Emma with such pity. She just wanted Emma to be happy.

"Do you know that you're fooling yourself right now?. If you didn't go after them because you're not jealous…then tell me why?"

"I didn't say I follow them?" Emma scrunched her nose in confusion at what the topic Ivy was trying to ask her.

Ivy rolled her eyes and huffed. She went to find Emma an aspirin and a glass of water and then placed it down on the coffee table. She shook her head at the wasted blonde on her couch.

She hoped her friend would realize herself soon before she lost Regina for good.

Regina couldn't hold in her breakfast again this morning.

It had been weeks since Regina woke up and found herself crawling to the bathroom, first thing in the morning, and retching her guts out.

When she felt better, she frowned.

This was not normal. There got to be something wrong with her body.

Regina closed the lid of the toilet and sat on it with a big exhale. Her shoulders were slouched inward. She sat there and lost in thought. Her hands fidgeted together on her lap.

In these two months, there has been a lot that was going on with her life that revolved around the blonde.

But out here, alone in her quiet apartment. She just has time to herself for the first time in months. It made her realize some important things.

She was late.

And she had never been late.

And she was not stupid enough to not guess what was wrong with her body that decided to reject her breakfast every morning or it was almost the end of the new month and she hadn't bled yet.

She was not dumb to not know what this all meant.

What Emma did to her, she didn't think that her cock would function effectively enough to get her in this state, when the blonde was distinctively different from other women.

Regina leaned her face down and pushed the hair out of her forehead, her hands staying there at the nape of her neck. She wanted to cry.

Why did she get to stick with their reckless result?

She didn't even want to tell people who knew her that she was pregnant. What happened to her was not something she was proud of.

Most importantly, she didn't want the blonde to know. She just wanted to get away from Emma as soon as possible. She didn't want her unborn child to see what kind of a blonde person she was.
