Darkness and Light, Into the Chaos!
Holotape R-3.02
The first rounds of the tournament began. The next generation of hunters displaying their skill against each other. Got a little tense for RWBY, but they prevailed.
Was asked to meet with Ozpin afterwards, came upon a battle between one of the General's specialists and a dusty old bird on the way. The General broke it up. Many were arguing when we arrived in his office, the Bird antagonizing the General. He was ok in my book. We spoke of what has been occurring. I knew they were hiding something. They knew the mastermind behind these attacks. But while Ozpin seemed willing to tell me, the General wanted to keep me in the dark.
Didn't matter, was overruled. That was when I discovered the truth. The secret underneath Beacon. Or one of them. The Maidens of the Seasons, young women with magic, and one beneath the school in a coma. Seemed impossible. Then again, most things in this world did. They told me of the attack that led to the Maiden to be under the school, and her comatose state because her magic was ripped away. Not entirely, but enough. Didn't tell me everything, I'm sure.
They told me of their plan. The Maiden was weak and her health failing. Didn't her want her remaining power in enemy hands, wanted a new host. I offered, but said the magic had to be transferred to a woman. One of the students. Didn't like the idea of bringing a child into this secret war. Reminded me too much of the Legion.
When I asked who they had in mind, my vision turned red. Pyrrha Nikos. The Champion, the Invincible Girl. Too submissive to the will of others. And know Ozpin's methods. Would phrase it in a way she wouldn't be able to refuse. I demanded to know any other candidates, almost attacked them when they said they didn't have any.
Instead, asked about what would happen if the attacker was found. Told me they might be able to work with that. Now I have a new goal. Find the attacker, and return the stolen power to its rightful owner.
And done! Not gonna lie everyone, this is the last Holotape I have actually...finished. So I have no idea when I'll be able to update next. But in the meantime, hope you all enjoy and see you next time!
