Sonic brought the holders to a place filled with wisps. If they want to find Chrysalis and put a stop to her before she gives too much evil schemes for Eggman, they are all gonna need Wisps to be by their side if things get very difficult.
"Whoa! This almost feels like in an Avatar movie" Cat Noir saw their bioluminescence.
"This is incredible!" Carapace saw one cyan wisp, the one that grants cyan laser.
"Yeah. My buddy designed guns for all of you to use these wisps. It's unknown what happens if a human transforms but it's better to be safe than sorry. We used these guns during the war against Eggman and his creation Infinite" Sonic said, pointing at the guns that his kind used.
"Neat, just like Whisper has" Ladybug held one up.
"I always wanted to try something wicked and dangerous than my cataclysm" Cat Noir was enjoying this.
"Uh, hi?" Ladybug met a wisp.
"That turns you into a ball of flames" Tails explained the red wisp.
"I don't have fire like a dragon but I do like this one," Ryuko said.
"Heh, just like I have fire powers too," Blaze said.
"What does this one do?" Rena Rouge saw an orange wisp.
"Grants you hyper-go-on like a rocket" Tails said.
"The yellow one looks like a 95% digging tool" Pegasus looks at the yellow one.
"Well, its power works like a drill," Knuckles said.
Viperion stars at the magenta wisp that looks like a music note, "I'm guessing this one does music"
"Correct, this one has the power of Magenta Rhythm, allowing you to bounce around in the air," Rouge said.
"Cool. Just like with my lyre" Viperion said.
"Whoa, don't touch it. That's a Ghost wisp" Shadow warned Argos not to touch it.
"Why?" Argos asked.
"Just do what he says, Argos. Like Sonic said, it's unknown what it can do on a human" Ladybug said.
"Okay then" Argos pulls back from the ghost wisp.
"Now remember, this power can only be used once. Just like with your miraculous too. Good thing Amy gave you all snacks to feed your…..kwami creatures" Sonic said, unsure what they were.
"Okay, we gotta split into teams. The chaos emeralds look like color diamonds and how many are there, Sonic?" Ladybug asked.
"Seven of them. Well, Shadow has one with him all the time" Sonic replied.
"Okay. Looks like we'll be split into groups. Argos and Ryuko will go with Silver and Blaze" Ladybug said.
"Roger that," Argos said.
"Cat Noir and I go with Sonic and Shadow," Ladybug said.
"Hmph, at least I don't have to be annoyed with you, Sonic. The cat is here" Shadow scoffed.
"Come on, we are like Yin and Yang" Sonic chuckled.
"Rena and Carapace will go with Tails and Knuckles," Ladybug said.
"We got this" Rena Rouge said.
"Purple Tigress and Pigella, you'll go with Tangle and Whisper," Ladybug said.
"Got it, Ladybug" Purple Tigress said and shook hands with Tangle's tail.
"Minotaurox, Miss Hound, Polymouse, and Vesperia, you'll go with Amy Rose and Cream. Protect the rabbit girl too" Ladybug said.
"Even that little angel of hers?" Minotaurox pointed at Cheese.
"Actually, he's a chao," Cream said.
"Cute" Miss Hound said.
"Caprikid and Rooster Bold, you'll be with Wave and Jet. Unfortunately, their friend is in the infirmary with an injury. Please work together you birds" Ladybug said.
"If you say so, Bug girl" Jet scowls.
"Come on, Jet. We got a world to save" Wave insisted.
"King Monkey and Pegasus, you two will protect the city if Chrysalis does anything to manipulate the mobians with lies. Bunnyx will stay in her rabbit burrow if anything goes wrong with our fates in danger near the future" Ladybug said.
"You got it," Pegasus said.
"Now remember, work together as a team. No arguing because it leads to getting distracted" Ladybug said.
"Okay, Ladybug" King Monkey said.
"100% affirmative" Pegasus said.
"If anything I find that will happen in the near future to go bad, I'll need Silver's help to get me to know this world. Emergency only. I'll know where to find him" Bunnyx said before entering her burrow.
"Alright," Silver said.
"Okay, any questions?" Ladybug said.
"Nope, none," Carapace said.
"All good, Ladybug" Argos said.
"Let's go fast," Sonic said.
"Don't. These two are not fast as us" Shadow said, knowing him he always thinks too fast on his feet.
"Just kidding" Sonic replied.
"Very funny" Shadow rolls his eyes.
"Good luck everyone. Okay, for our mission, boys, it's the place called Mystic Jungle" Ladybug said.
"Alright, Milady" Cat Noir said.
"Heh, Mystic Jungle always has those casino games where I will always be the pinball machine. Shadow Express Way, care to take us there?" Sonic teased his rival.
"Chaos Control!" Shadow teleports them.
But unfortunately for the teens, they didn't land on time since they had never been to this place but they were familiar with gambling and Las Vegas style.
"Wow, what a place" Cat Noir looks around.
"Almost as if we are in Las Vegas," Ladybug said.
"I've never been there but it would certainly be fun" Cat Noir saw the many arcade-like machines.
"Who built this in the jungle?" Ladybug asked.
"Eggman built them among those ruins," Sonic said.
"Does he ever think about nature providing life to the planet? Plants and ecosystems are what give life to the planet" Ladybug said.
"While his machines are nothing but buckets of rust that don't have anything like Mother Nature" Cat Noir said.
"No, this guy prefers machines over everything" Sonic replied.
"For an egg-omaniac with a 300 IQ, he's not smart enough to understand what keeps him and everyone alive is the ecosystem" Cat Noir scoffed at this madman not appreciating the values of life.
"Yeah, he's also really immature," Sonic said.
"Enough talk. Who knows if that liar of yours is out there, watching us" Shadow said, "These platforms move around. You two better know your training"
"Got it, Shadow. Let's get started and play" Cat Noir leaps up on a platform with Ladybug swinging after.
"Told ya we are like Yin and Yang like them, Shad-ster" Sonic spindashed.
"Oh, the indignity" Shadow sighs and spindashes after them.
As they ran, they got a speed boost to increase their speed.
"I've never felt so alive!" Cat Noir cried in joy.
They dodged badniks on the way, leaped up another platform with a slope upward, collecting rings, and leaped over moving platforms and more items to increase their speed. Sonic and Shadow smashed through the badniks in front of the teens.
"Wow! Did those golden rings give us a speed boost?!" Ladybug exclaimed.
"They are power rings," Sonic said.
"And simply vanished when touching them with the sound chiming" Cat Noir said.
"They also grant you more life and for me and other mobians fuels up super forms and acts as currency too," Sonic said.
"Wow, you must be really rich then" Cat Noir joked.
"Enough jokes! Keep going!" Shadow rushes through some badniks and up some moving platforms.
"Cataclysm!" Cat Noir calls out on his power as many times as he can on the badniks.
"Lucky charm! Boxing gloves?" Ladybug caught them.
"I guess it's to literally fight with punching" Sonic spindashed at them.
"I guess so" Ladybug lunged at one badnik and surprisingly the gloves were stronger than regular gloves, "Time for a knuckle sandwich!" Ladybug quoted Knuckles.
"Oh, milday's kicking metal butt!" Cat Noir chuckled.
"Less talking, more clawing like a cat!" Shadow punched the badnik behind Cat Noir, "I said do not let your ego get the better of you"
"Oh, yes!" Cat Noir lunged to one platform and smashed one badnik.
As many lucky charms Ladybug uses against the badniks and moves on from platform to platform, they finally reach the end to see a red chaos emerald.
"Mission accomplished" Sonic picks it up.
"It seems too easy. I don't like this" Shadow said.
"The badniks being only decoys?" Cat Noir guessed.
"Possibly yes but it feels like they are testing your strengths," Shadow said.
"Something tells me that Eggman is trying to improve Metal Bug and Metal Noir," Sonic said.
"One thing your enemy doesn't have is teamwork and friendship, guys. Me and Milady have been kicking Akuma butt so many times until we gained teammates to help us out whenever we need them" Cat Noir said.
"Well, it's lucky they came here" Sonic replied.
It was cut short when a badnik cat-bug mix showed up to cause wreckage in Mystic Jungle.
"What the?!" Ladybug exclaims.
"And there's always something out here! Move!" Shadow moved Cat Noir aside.
"It's a mix of me and Cat Noir!" Ladybug gasps.
"And much uglier to kill all of us!" Sonic said.
Metal Catbug then aims at the four and fires white lasers.
"Look out!" Shadow carries Cat Noir and jumps from platform to platform to dodge the lasers.
"Heads up!" Sonic dodged with Ladybug.
"The hell is wrong with this psycho man wanting to terminate you and now us?" Ladybug spins her yo-yo to shield herself.
"He wants to harness your powers I suppose!" Sonic spins into a ball to spindash Metal Catbug.
"Or Lila is manipulating your enemy to get rid of everyone for her!" Cat Noir exclaimed before moving Shadow out of the way.
"Most likely!" Sonic agreed.
"Shadow! Kitty! Hit with everything you got!" Ladybug said.
"You got it! CATACLYSM!" Cat Noir jumps up.
"CHAOS SPEAR!" Shadow threw a chaos spear at Metal Catbug.
As the feline tried to touch it, it missed and instead touched the casino block, "Crap! Wait! The wisp guns! Milady! The wisp guns!" He took out his wisp gun.
"Got it!" Ladybug takes it out and goes into the cyan wisp mode.
LASER
She fires it at Metal Catbug, knocking him back.
"Whoa! That is so badass!" Cat Noir turns his gun mode to a red burst mode, "Time to burn!"
BURST
He fires at the robot doubleganger with streams of flames. Ladybug helps him too with the same mode Sonic used with the cyan wisp.
"Keep pouring on!" Sonic said and aided by dashing Metal Catbug.
"Way to burn it to ashes like my cataclysm!" Cat Noir yelled.
"TAKE THIS!" Ladybug blasts its head off.
"Shadow, now!" Cat Noir shouted.
"Chaos spear!" Shadow threw it at the robot to destroy it along with burning flames from the wisp gun.
"BOOYAH!" Sonic smirked at their victory.
"Nice!" Ladybug said before they saw the robot totally burned up into black rust.
"Pound it?" Cat Noir offered a fistbump to her, Ladybug smiled at her partner and fistbumped with him and Sonic, Shadow however did not join.
"Um, Shadow? Come on, pal. It's called teamwork. You helped out" Cat Noir held his fist out for Shadow.
"Pound it" Shadow fistbumped with him.
