Arcee had already settled on Nemesis and Megatron noticed her abilities. Skill in melee combat. Good shooting at close range, moving object or from a distance. And finally her ability with computers so they assigned her to Soundwave. He didn't put her on the battlefield much, but since some of his units are not the strongest, he usually assigns her to them, such as Breakdown and Knockout or Airachnid.
The days were approaching when the message was to be fulfilled.
In Prime's writing, it happened when the 47 planets will stand in a plane, the endless battle will culminate, right above the world born from chaos and all the weak will die in the shadow of the awakened darkness.
But for the last few days they have been doing nothing but stealing human technology to build the second space bridge.
Megatron has been strange for the last few days and someone was happy about it. Airachnid his second in command. She was almost as treacherous as Starscream, but she would find Megatron's body first before declaring him dead.
It started when the message was approaching, he supposedly saw images into the future where he destroyed the last of the Primou. She knew that they were longtime rivals and that the war had started because of that, but she didn't want him to fall yet.
Then he attacked the autobot scout who was transporting the native at that moment, she didn't like it at all, but she didn't show it. He was still a young man.
Later he went to the volcano and at that time Optimus Prime also appeared on Nemesis. She saw him and wanted to attack, but Megatron's voice started echoing all over Nemesis, warning that the one who attacks will be punished by his anger.
After the fight from which Prime escaped alive and Megatron strengthened, since he finally found the dark energon he was looking for, he went to the volcano and bowed to Unicron. No one knew what happened on the volcano, but Megatron left there irritated and went looking for something or someone.
Arcee was at her workstation right next to Soundwave when Megatron's voice came over her and Soundwave's comms.
"Soundwave send Arcee to my coordinates" his voice was no longer irritated, it was more like happy about something. They both shrugged and Arcee crossed the bridge that Soundwave had opened.
When she came out, she saw Megatron standing in front of another open bridge."My Lord, why is my presence necessary?" She asked, as she did not understand what was happening.
"I've teamed up with the autobots to save this planet and I want you to come with me" he said as he started marching to the underground bridge that surely led to the base.
And as she expected, they were at the Autobot base. Megatron went first and Arcee stood behind him. At first, no one noticed her presence except the Autobot medic.
"What is the killer doing here?!" he asked angrily as he pulled out his weapons and the other two Autobots followed him. Arcee smirked under her mask.
"Please meet Arcee" Megatron said and stepped back a bit so that she could be seen clearly. Arcee could have picked up a new topic, but she went back to his previous sentence.
"Try to kill me and I think this planet will die, Ratchet" He said and she tried to provoke him, but everyone noticed that she didn't choose her weapon, she was standing there unarmed in enemy territory.
"You!" shouted a voice from a nearby corner, children and two adults and the little boy that Megatron attacked ran out. The explorer was right in front of the people and protected them. Arcee breathed a sigh of relief that nothing happened to the boy.
"People, you're really resilient," Megatron said looking at the young boy, and Arcee wondered if his name was Raf. "And I'll never forget that face," Megatron said to the older boy, probably Jack.
"Ratchet, set the coordinates from our guest" Optimus said breaking the very tense situation. Megatron bypassed Optimus and stood in front of the medic. Arcee remained standing in front of the underground bridge and blasters were still aimed at her. She actually resisted the urge to laugh.
A few more minutes passed before all enemies and friends were ready. Arcee stood to the right of her leader and had a neutral face. She didn't know what was going to happen, or why Megatron wanted her by his side at this moment, but once she was here she watched all their movements.
Optimus motioned for them to go first and Megatron bowed like a gladiator and let Arcee go in front of him. They all crossed the underground bridge and were surprised because they were inside a living being.
"And when will he know we're here?" asked Bulkhead. Megatron laughed.
"Don't be fooled, he already knows that," Megatron said and started walking.
They walked for a while when they heard strange noises and then he saw the protective organism of Unicron's body. Everyone was shooting at small flying things.
Optimus and Megatron had each other's backs, one wouldn't say that they are longtime enemies. Bumblebee and Bulkhead also had their backs and Arcee was content to be alone.
At one point, the thing flew at her and she jumped into the air and, in order not to fly far, destroyed another one in the air. They continued to fight and Arcee noticed somewhere in between that the big clumsy Wrecker almost fell, but was caught first by the scout and then pulled out by the leader. She would fight on when she heard her name, but not from her leader, but from Prime.
She saw them leaving and so she ran and jumped on one of those things along the way that carried her up. She jumped down just in front of the group and they ran to the next room.
They kept shooting and destroying them, when she looked at her Lord, she saw him almost crouching on the ground and pulling out his sword, which was aimed at Optimus. She was about to intervene when he suddenly grabbed Optimus by the shoulder and pulled him down to destroy the attacking cell.
"It's right outside this door," he said, turning so that his chest was touching the lock. She didn't know if she should stay, but two Autobots probably won't stop this horde, so she stayed to fight.
She didn't know what was happening behind the wall, but in a few minutes all the cells fell to the ground dead. Bulkhead knocked the door open with his ball and they came in. Arcee went to her leader's side and the Autobots called theirs. But Optimus looked at them uncomprehendingly.
"Who are?" he asked and neither Arcee nor the Autobots knew what was going on.
"They are our enemies" Megatron said and started shooting at the Autobots. He looked at Arcee and whispered "make sure he goes to the bridge it's Orion Pax"
Arcee nodded and contacted Soundwave about the underground bridge. Seconds later the underground bridge opened and Arcee was pushing Optimus or Orion Pax onto the bridge.
The bridge closed and Megatron was the last to cross. He looked at her and gave her permission to leave. Maybe she wanted to go to her room, but she decided to go to the computer room. She stood in front of the computer and looked at it, monitoring human children. She was looking at it and saw the photo that Soundwave took first.
She smiled under the mask, so she remembered well. The youngest member was called Raf and he knew how to hack well. Then there was a human girl, Miko, nothing interesting except that she is an exchange student from Japan. Another boy and the oldest of the children, Jack, also nothing interesting except that he works at KO Burger fast food. And all three live in Jasper Nevada.
She felt tired and didn't want to go to her room, so she settled for the darkness and the hard floor. She sat in a corner where it was completely dark, leaned against the wall and closed the glasses.
A dream
She was sitting by the wall and when she looked around she found out that she was in Soundwave's apartment. She stood up and saw no one. She continued through the apartment and went through every room except for one, his laundry room.
When she entered the office, there was a blue-pink letter on the table. She didn't know what was happening to her, but her curiosity got the better of her. She walked over to the table and carefully opened it so she could close it again and it would look like she never opened it.
When she opened it, she found only a clean black sheet. She didn't understand what it meant, so she wanted to put it back in the envelope. But the envelope was not on the table. She went looking for her when the workshop disappeared and found herself in the cell where she killed Elita-One.
She looked at her hand and instead of a letter she had a visor in her hand. Black, scratched and energon glass that Soundwave wears on his face.
Arcee started panicking and looking around she didn't see anyone anywhere and when she wanted to drop the visor to the ground, her hand wouldn't let go. She wanted to give up when she saw him hanging on chains in the middle of the cells.
She was running when she suddenly stopped and felt a sharp sensation on her arms. She looked down and saw that there were chains on her hands. She continued to push, but nothing happened except for the energon that started running down her wrists. She looked up at Soundwave who was unresponsive and stagnant, but alive she could feel his electric field.
From behind Soundwave came a voice that she knew so well and killed.
"Arcee, you shouldn't have run away from me, you should have stayed and Soundwave wouldn't be hanging around now it's your fault" Lockdown said walking up to Arcee and grabbing her face in his sharp claws.
"I killed you because you beat me and I couldn't defend myself, I was smaller and weaker than you, but that night you forgot, you thought you abused me and beat me unconscious, but I didn't kill you, you didn't the real one" Arcee said, glaring at him with anger.
Lockdown started laughing and the last thing she felt before she woke up screaming was a pain in her chest.
The end of the dream
Arcee woke up screaming. She was disoriented for a good few seconds, but then she became aware of someone's presence. She looked up and saw someone she didn't really want to see and maybe she didn't want him to see her in that situation.
