A/N #1: This story will have moments, where the characters try to stick to their in-game counterparts but because I need to memorize every log of dialogue some instances will be written from how I would do. So I hope to my BG3 fans that you'll enjoy this story and it'll bring entertainment also on a sidenote if for any reason you don't know what class Naruto is playing please do look them up for a better understanding since they can be found on the D&D wiki. Like in the Game, I will use a Narrator for some things.
A/N2: On a Note, there will be story spoilers for Baldurs Gate 3 involving the story so you have been warned quite majorly so I want no bitching in the reviews about me spoiling it for you considering there are multiple outcomes for the story and I've only done 1 completed playthrough. You Have Been Warned
Forests of Konoha
*Narrator: Our story begins in a forest during the night, we see a little blonde-haired boy wearing a white t-shirt with a red spiral on the front and a green longsleeve underneath with a pair of blue shorts and blue sandals and paint markings all over his body, sloppily swinging around a katana with a red edge and a look of concentration on his face. This is Naruto Uzumaki(nee Namikaze), he's got a dream to Hokage which is the title of the leader from the village he hails from but that dream may never be realized for his destiny was not meant to be in this world and he may never come back the forces that be never realized that they changed the fate of this world for many years to come. After a few more swings of the sword, he falls on his back while the sword falls to the ground before disappearing into a plume of smoke.
"Phew, I didn't think practicing with a sword would be so tiring the old man wasn't kidding when he told me it'd be physically demanding he wasn't kidding but I'm not going to give up this was my mother's sword and I'm going to make sure to become a master just like her then everyone will look up to me for my skills and one step closer to Hokage," he says with a smile while looking up at the star-filled sky.
*Deciding that he'd rested enough, Naruto got up and began to go back towards the village gates not seeing the poof of black smoke that appeared from a distortion in the air. With a squid appearance ship with tentacles at the forefront slowly began to follow before a long tentacle descended upon him with but a touch and Naruto was poofed, scooped up into the ship before it poofed away again this had all been witnessed by an old man with gray hair and wrinkles on his face who realized his forces wouldn't reach the area in time and couldn't follow the ship considering he'd have no idea where it went. He couldn't help but let a tear fall from his eye as he looked up into the sky and thought 'Wherever you are Naruto-kun I hope you are safe and can come back one day' before turning around and walking back to his desk.
Aboard the Squid Ship
As the black smoke disappeared, an unconscious Naruto appeared within the pod unknowingly leaving his consciousness open to his abductors.
Staring at the boy in the pod are a few humanoid-looking figures with tentacles where their mouths should be.
"'This is who the great one believes can help us with the Githyanki threat, He is no more than a boy by human standards not to mention the time it would take to train him'"
The one speaking had a feminine voice while floating forward a couple of feet eyes looking at the young boy in the pod.
"'We do what is told of us, leadership wants us to make a weapon capable of defending our people and they picked this child specifically since he has a beast of great power within him.'"
Another voice was heard this time it sounded like a masculine one.
"'We should begin the process right away, if we're to modify his genetics it will take some time not to mention we'll have to put in the parasite after, and since we'll be traveling through the void who knows how long it will take."'
*The pod then gets picked up by an invisible force before following behind one of the tentacled beings as they proceed to walk through a puckered butthole-looking door leading into what appears to be a type of lab area with a metal-looking slab in the center, the individual carrying the pod waves the hand from left to right and drops it next to the table. The pod door is then opened and Naruto's body is levitated out of it and onto the slab where his arms and legs are then restrained with metal cuffs, after securing the body in place, they begin to probe his mind to awaken Naruto from his unconscious state.
*Naruto's POV
Feeling a probing at his mind, Naruto slowly began to awaken. After taking a few blinks to adjust his eyes to the lighting he looks around the room only to slightly jump in shock at the tentacled beings in the room he looks around some more as a way of looking to escape his current situation, not seeing any he begins to remember the words old man hiruzen once said: "Whenever you're in unfamiliar territory, always keep your calm and buy time until an opportunity to escape presents itself".
Deciding that he would have to play the victim in front of these strange creatures, figuring he should attempt to get as much information from them as possible.
Feeling a tingling in his mind, he flinches before a voice is heard.
"'We are glad you have awoken, I'd like to introduce myself I am a mindflayer it is my species, my name, and you too shall one day become a mindflayer'" a masculine voice said with the creature looking directly at Naruto.
"So what your aliens? where am I, why did you bring me here, where exactly is here, and what do you mean I'll become like you one day?" Naruto replied in rapid succession with slight panic to help sell his ploy of vulnerability.
"'You don't need to speak out loud, simply think your thoughts, and with our telepathy, we'll pick up your responses'" a different voice says this time sounding feminine.
Looking shocked at how the Mindflayers speak, he figures it wouldn't hurt to learn more after all the old saying know thy enemy popped into his head.
"'So if I need to speak with you, you'll simply pick up my~'" he never got the chance to finish his train of thought when another voice interrupted him, sounding impatient with a tone of aggravation.
"'Enough of the conversation, you don't need to worry about any of your foolish questions being answered for it's time to begin the process of your evolution and by the time it's finished you won't remember much of anything so prepare yourself for soon you'll be a weapon for the illythid empire'" the voice says before an aggressive pulsing/buzzing begins in Narutos head and his vision darkens.
A/N: From now until the next bold, it will be pure narration explaining what's happening to Naruto.
*After seeing that Naruto had fallen unconscious, one of the Mindflayers reaches out as if to grab something only for another metal slab that's carrying a corpse to levitate into the room and be put down right beside the knocked-out blonde. Another mind flayer floats over with some type of tubing floating behind them.
*The tubing is then levitated in between the corpse and Naruto before one end is injected into Naruto and the other into the corpse, as soon as the tubing is connected glowing darker blood begins to traverse from the corpse into the body of Naruto while the third Mindflayer begins to chant in another language.
*Naruto's body begins to glow with a dark purple outline but before anything major happens a red aura leaves from his navel and begins to try and overpower the purple aura by fighting back showing a clash of the two auras with sparks being shot in various directions, striking various objects in the lab with one bolt even coming close to striking one of the mindflayers in the head. The mindflayers begin to panic over the clashing of energy, and one of them moves toward the transfusion happening in an attempt to shut it down, and right as it reaches a small flash explosion occurs knocking everything back.
*After everything settles down and the bright light disappears, the body of Naruto is seen to have gone through quite a few changes in the ways of his ears becoming pointed and curving slightly upward, his hair retained its bright-blonde color but now it had some red highlights and the whisker marks on his cheeks have slightly faded and aren't as prominent. The muscles in his body have been increased and become more defined and easily visible on his body.
*The mindflayers after recovering from the explosion levitate towards his body and admire their work on changing his genetics, they turn and look at each other having a mental conversation.
A/N: Narration over for the moment.
"'It seems like that grafting of that elf's genes was successful, now that we've prepared the body what will be next? Should we begin the implementation of knowledge from that other elf we have in storage or do we attempt a parasite injection?'"
"'We shall input the parasite within him and see if it will be able to settle since the beast should've given its all during the grafting of the DNA, if it's successful we'll be one step closer to having the ultimate weapon.'" said another mind flayer as it levitated towards what appears a cauldron shaped object with yellow water and small little things within. Reaching into the pool and pulling out a small white-looking parasite, the Mindflayer after grabbing one of the parasites moves towards the sleeping form of Naruto before reaching out with its mind and forcing open one of his eyelids and placing the parasite right next to his eye which then proceeds to burrow into naruto's eye.
"'And now we wait for the work to settle before we proceed with the other phase of the project, alert the mother brain that we've succeeded with phase one.'"
Within Naruto's Mind
*Deep within the recess of Naruto's mind, we come to what appears to be a sewer with a massive cage behind a few of the pipes, in front of the cage are three human-shaped figures one of which is lying down with his eyes closed facing the ceiling. The first figure is a blonde man with an ankle-length white cloak with red flame, blue pants taped at the ankles a pouch of some kind on his thigh, a green vest with multiple pouches a bule longsleeve shirt underneath, and a pair of open-toed sandals. The second figure is of a woman with long red hair going down to her ankles, wearing a green lower-thigh length apron, a white short-sleeve shirt, and purple open-toed sandals. As they were all in front of the cage, a pair of dark red-slitted eyes looked on from behind the behinds, and a flash of fangs could be seen for a moment.
"Minato-kun what are we going to do, our son has been abducted by some tentacled freaks. Who knows where they are taking him and did you hear their thoughts before they put him to sleep, apparently he's going to be made a weapon and that isn't what I want for my baby." the red-headed woman says with tears in her eyes pacing in front of the cage with worry clear on her face.
"I know Kushi-chan but there is nothing we can do at the moment considering the seal is one of the few things that keep our chakra selves here for the moment Naruto is ready to try and tame the Kyuubi's power, but if Naruto should appear here then I believe we can convince him to remove a bit of the seal so that the Kyuubi can keep any permanent damage from effecting him negatively,"Minato says placing his hands on her shoulders to keep her from pacing and forcing her to look him in the eyes so that he can reassure her with a smile on his face.
A loud bang is heard as though a body is slammed into something metal, a set of sharp protruding canines appear from within the darkness of the cage and a deep baritone voice speaks with hatred filled in it's voice.
"It amazes me how you ningen automatically assume that I'll do anything within my power to help the brat especially considering he's your spawn and your the reason I'm trapped within this gods forsaken prison. I may just do nothing and let whatever changes are currently happening to your brat take a permanent effect as a way to earn me my freedom from this accursed place, also Kushina the tentacled freaks as you call them are a race called mindflayers that spend time within a void dimension where time doesn't exist. Normally they dont leave unless it's to abduct others to turn them into mindlfayers, seeing how he's been given a parasite they seek to turn him into one I'll burn it away so that my host doesn't become one but I should be able to keep it's mental benefits." A red-slitted peers down at both man and woman with a look of contempt.
Minato looks into the eye with a smug look set upon his face, before he responds with smugness. "Wether you like it or not, you will be helping my son since if he dies you die with him and we all know you wouldn't want that to happen especially since I'm pretty sure you value living as much as humans do". Seeing the mouth of the being in that cage close for a moment he smiles in triumph believing he trumped it only for a massive body to appear being that of a nine-tailed fox that then begins to slam into the bars even harder before lunging out a claw towards the blonde in an attempt to hit him.
"Damn you Yondaime!, what have you done to me! First you take half my power and now you have bound me to this adolescent boy in the hopes of what hoping I would give him my power or maybe help protect that useless village you adore, but I won't you hear me! Never will I help a human after I burn away the parasite consider us even and thats all the help I'll bring." the fox responds before turning around and facing away from the bars.
*While the two were arguing, Kushina stood back and observed the happenings in front of her. A hand taps her leg and she jumps in surprise, she looks down and sees her son staring back at her with wide eyes filled with curiosity.
"Who are you and what is this place?" he asked looking around in surprise at whats going on.
Crouching down to his level, she smiles lovingly before replying in a motherly tone "I'm your mother Naruto and we happen to be in your mindscape the two idiots arguing over there are your father who is the blonde and the kyuubi within the cage, Just give me one minute and I'll get your fathers attention then we can sort this problem out together as a family Ok sweetie?"
*Staring blankly at her, Naruto nods his heads before following her movements as she walks towards Minato where she then clocks him and yells him about Naruto being right over there and start paying attention before turning towards the cage and telling the kyuubi to mind his manners before she has him nailed to the floor of his cage like she did to him when he was sealed in her, she grabs Minato by his arm and drags him over to where she left him.
"This person here is your father Naru-chan and he has a couple things he would like to say to you, after he says what he needs we'll talk about how to help you with this mess that you've been dragged into." She says with smile before pushing Minato forward with a bit of force causingh im to fall on to his face.
"Listen Naruto, I want to apologise for sealing away the kyuubi within you. I have a strong faith in you that you'd be able to conquer it and use its power to fight the masked man that attacked on the night of your birth, but uh seeing how we may no longer be in our world or even our dimension then it seems kinda pointless now so again I want to apologize for my actions and any treatment you experienced in the village at the time" Minato says while rubbing the back of his with a nervous smile.
*Naruto takes a moment to look at minato in shock for being apologized to over something he had no knowledge about, he looks closer at minato for a minute trying to figure where he'd seen his face before realizing it had been on a portrait in old man thirds office. Naruto takes a step forward before lunging at his father, minato bends down as if to hug him when all of a sudden he strikes him in the stomach not hard enough for him to feel painful since the punch came from an eight year old but he brought him into a hug and held him as Naruto cried.
"The fourth hokage is my father, I can't believe it the old man used to tell me that he didn't know who they were or that it was better to forget about the dead and let them rest, I'd given up hope of ever learning about you ."Naruto says though its muffled since his head is on his father muffled by his vest.
*Kushina seeing the emotional moment watches on with tears in her eyes before seeing minato looking at her and directing her with his eyes to get in on this hug for a big family hug.
Chapter End
A/N: So I've finally finished the prologue for this fic, and yes I realize that it doesn't give much right away at the moment but I had to do this exactly like this so that I have more material to use in later chapters. Next chapter will actually be the start of the story and when the game begins, i'll be using certain thing for naruto's dream sequences when he sleeps at the party camp which will be displayed as flashbacks involving his training, what him and parents do, and also some other things which includes the kyuubi. Now I'd like to reiterate that this will have spoilers for BG3 and if you dont want to be spoiled then dont read simple, I don't know when the next chapter of this story will be out considering I've given myself a schedule for getting other stories started as well as writing whatever strikes my fancy.

Also if anyone has a title for the story please feel free to leave it, honestly, i'm drawing a blank and i'm not trying to go generic with Maelstrom or Kitsune in the title
