AN : Hi, dear reader!

I hope you're all fine during these weird times.
I was bored and ended up writing some Uraraka-centric OS. Here is the first one.
I am SO sure that Kirishima and she are good friends, I needed to write about it.
I hope you'll like it.

Uraraka was running through the rubbles as fast as she could. She felt like vomiting. She had handed Sir NIghteye to the medics, Tsu and Deku were with Ryukyu and some other heroes. She had seen Tamaki-senpai with Togata-senpai but couldn't find Kirishima, nor Fat Gum.

She stopped in her track at the entrance of what had been the villain's property. There, on a stretcher, she couldn't miss his bright Red Hair. Neither could she miss the blood running down his skin. She ran to him.

"Kirishima !" She gasped as she took him in. He looked to be in bad shape. Walking alongside the stretcher, she grabbed his hand tightly. He opened one eye and smiled at her.

"Hey, Uraraka." He grimaced and frowned. "You're… you're covered in blood… Are you hurt ?"

"I'm fine it's - it's not mine." Her voice broke. "She was relieved to see him but couldn't forget the weight of Sir in her arms.

"Glad to know you're alright then. I was worried."

"Don't say that, I'm the one who's worried right now." She gulped as a tear fell from her cheek and onto their joined hands. "You were the one inside the house." She whispered.

She felt his thumb stroking her hand and she squeezed his.

"Don't worry, Uraraka, I'll be fine." He said with as much confidence as he could muster despite the pain he was in.

"I know." She smiled through the tears. They were in front of one of the ambulance now and she saw Fat Gum, thinner than she had ever seen him, running towards them.

"Kirishima !" He breathed at the sight of his intern. "I'm coming to the hospital with you." A smiled at Uraraka. "Thanks for keeping him company, Uraraka. I think Ryukyu is searching for you."

"I-" She looked at Kirishima with uncertainty.

"I'll take care of him, don't worry. You should get yourself checked too." The man patted her shoulder with a smile.

"I'll come to see you as soon as I can." She promised her friend. She leaned down and hugged him lightly, mindful as his injuries.

Fat Gun smiled as his protegee hugged her back. She took one last look at the two of them as the medics put Kirishima in an ambulance before walking away.

Tsuyu ran to her and hugged her tightly the moment she saw her, Ryukyu and Nejire right behind her.

"They took Midoryia-kun to the hospital." Tsuyu told her before she could ask.

"And we're going too." The hero said with a small smile. The relief to see her three interns alive and standing was clear on her face.

When Kirishima woke up in the hospital room, Uraraka was there too. She had fallen asleep on the chair next to his bed, her head resting on her crossed arms, next to his hips. Someone had covered her with a jacket he didn't recognize.

Her eyes fluttered open when he stirred to try and see if there was a clock in the room. Rubbing her eyes she looked at him with a smile.

"Hey." She straightened, the jacket falling from her shoulder. She looked at it, surprised, and wrapped it back around her shoulders. "I'm so glad you're alright."

Now that she faced him, he could see the bandage on her cheek, and the ones around her arms. He could feel his body covered in them too.

"What time is it ?" He asked, his voice was raspy and his throat dry. She looked above his head.

"Half-past three in the morning." She turned to the small table by her side and grabbed a glass. "Here, drink a bit." He couldn't move just yet and she angled the glass against his lips, slowly enough so he wouldn't choke on the water. Drinking felt like heaven.

"Thanks." He smiled when she put the water down. He looked around the room."Where are the others ? How are they ?"

"Everyone's as fine as they can be, I guess." She grimaced. Tamaki-senpai came to check on you earlier, Tsuyu and Nejire-senpai too. Deku is still under the nurses' watch. I got to see him earlier but they had to examine him so I was asked to leave. And if they're done, he must be by Sir Nighteye's side, I think." She looked as if she was on the verge of crying. "Fat Gum spent a lot of time here too but he was called for a hero meeting with Ryukyu."

"Did we… Did we save her ?" He whispered. Uraraka nodded.

"We did." She smiled but even if it was sincere, he could see it didn't reach her eyes. She turned to face him fully and took a moment to breathe deeply. "Fat Gum told me what you did back there." She rubbed her cheek with the back of her end to catch a lone tear. "You're incredible, Kirishima, I hope you know it." She took his hand and squeezed it. "You're going to be a wonderful hero."

"You too." He smiled and closed his eyes again.

"Rest, you need it. I'll stay here, with you." She stroked his hand soothingly, watching as his breathing got slower and deeper.

Soon, she felt her eyelids getting heavy and moved so she could rest her head on his bed again. It didn't take long for sleep to find her.

Uraraka woke up to voices whispering near her. It took her a moment to remember where she was. Her back was stiff and she felt something hot in her hand.

She opened her eyes slowly, the white light blinding her. With a glance on her left, she saw Kirishima, still sleeping peacefully. The warm thing in her hand was his, none of them had let go of the other in their sleep.

She turned her head to her right to identify the voices and straightened when she recognized Tamaki and Fat Gum. The two of them were looking at them with a smile. Fat Gum had the camera of his phone pointed at Kirishima and her but she didn't really understand why.

"Hi." She mumbled, waving her free hand at them. A look at the clock told her it was now eight in the morning.

"How are you, Uraraka ?" Fat Gum asked kindly. She smiled back, he had put some weight back on already.

"I'm fine, thank you. What about you ?"

"Fine." Tamaki mumbled while Fat Gum gave her a big smile.

"Ryukyu should come by soon. Tsuyu too. She came earlier but you were sleeping. We didn't want to wake you up." The hero said. He walked closer to the bed. "So… Kirishima and you ?" He wiggled his eyebrows suggestively and her cheeks were immediately redder.

"Wh-What ? No ! No, no, absolutely not !" She shook her head and waved her free hand in front of her, embarrassed. "We're just friends !"

Behind Fat Gum, Tamaki seemed to try to blend into the wall.

"You'd be cute together though." The man laughed harder when she looked so red he thought she might faint. "Anyway, it's nice to have such faithful friends." He pointed his thumb toward Tamaki. "Nejire and he spent the night with Togota."

Uraraka relaxed a bit and looked back at her sleeping friend.

"We have to be there for each other, don't we ?"

AN : Well, that's it for the first OS. Did you like it ?
