"Inuyasha!" Kohaku shouts in relief as he descends with Kirara. "I've been looking all over for you two." "Hmpf sorry about that if it weren't for a certain letcher we would've been back to Edo by now." Inuyasha stated with annoyance in his voice. "Now, now Inuyasha as I explained to you before we both have growing families. What sort of man would I be if I didn't make sure that our ladies and offspring weren't well provided for?" Miroku responded with a mischievous grin. "Scamming innocent villagers is not a what makes a good provider you asshole." Inuyasha snapped. "Anyway what brings you here Kohaku?" Miroku inquired. "There's an army of bandits and yokai destroying and ambushing villages along the Western Mountains. Sango let me know a small army of samurai came to the village a few days asking able-body men for assistance. I think it's worth catching up with them and checking it out." Kohaku explained. "Wasn't Rin heading West? What are the chances she's gotten involved somehow?" Miroku asked.

"Knowing Rin she most likely joined the samurai. Which makes this all the more urgent." Kohaku responded with a hint of worry in his voice. "Pft if Rin is with them then there's nothing to worry about she can probably take out that whole group on her own." Inuyasha responded proudly. "That may be true, but it isn't a fight she should do alone. I'll meet you both back at Edo with my best men from the slayer village." Kohaku stated before flying off with Kirara. "Do you really think Rin is going to be alright?" Miroku turned to Inuyasha and asked. "She's one of our best warriors, but the last thing we need is for Kohaku to act irresponsibly or irrationally out of fear for her life. We all know he loves her. If he wants to protect her then he needs to be logical and tactical." Inuyasha explained before walking onward.
