Reworking/Hiatus. When Jessica Gilbert is turned into a vampire against her will, the course of everything in Mystic Falls changes when the abuse she suffered as a human from the hands of the Salvatore brothers comes to light. Learning the ropes from the Noble Original and finding her mate in another shows Jessica that being immortal isn't necessarily the worst thing in the world.
