Lyney's POV

Lynette and I had just reached the climax of a magic show.

"Everyone, thank you all so much for coming to our special birthday show", I said. "Seeing all of your smiling faces is the best gift we could've asked for."

"Yes", Lynette agreed, before giving a slight bow. "Thank you all very much."

"Well then", I started. "That is all for today. This has been Lyney and Lynette's special birthday magic show!"

With that, the audience stood up and applauded as the curtains closed on our show.

We then walked backstage, where we found Freminet waiting for us.

"Well done, Lyney and Lynette", he said. "Your show was amazing."

"I'm glad that you enjoyed it, Freminet", I said.

"We hope it made you smile", Lynette added.

"It did", Freminet revealed. "Also, while you two were up on stage, someone came backstage and asked me to hand this to you."

After Freminet said this, he held out something in his hand, which Lynette and I took a closer look at.

"It appears to be an invitation", Lynette pointed out.

"An invitation", I asked. "From whom?"

With this, I took the invitation from Freminet's hands before opening it up and reading it.

Dear Lyney and Lynette

I hereby formally invite you to the Spina Di Rosula's base in Poisson. Please come as soon as you are finished with your special birthday show.

Navia

"It's from Ms Navia", I revealed. "She wants us to come to Poisson."

"Why", Lynette asked.

"I don't know", I replied. "But it would be rude to turn down her invitation. Our show is over, so let's head over to Poisson at once!"

We had arrived at Poisson, and when we did, we were met with a big surprise.

Outside of the Spina Di Rosula base, we found a table which contained a spread of our favourite foods. It was also covered in red and green decorations.

"Lyney, Lynette, happy birthday", Navia greeted.

"Happy birthday, Lyney and Lynette", Freminet greeted.

"Freminet, was this your doing", I asked.

"Yes", Freminet replied. "You and Lynette went out of your way to make my birthday special, so I wanted to return the favour. I ended up coming up with the idea to hold a tea for you two, and when Ms Navia found out about my idea, she offered to help me out."

"Is that so, Ms Navia", Lynette asked.

"That's right", Navia replied. "I love tea parties! Plus, I thought it was so sweet that your brother wanted to do something special for you two."

"I see", I said. "Well then, this is a wonderful surprise! Thank you very much, Freminet and Ms Navia."

"You're very welcome, Lyney", Navia said. "Alright! Now that our guests of honour are here, the tea party can officially begin!

The next few hours were spent enjoying the delicious food while Freminet and Navia recounted how they put the tea party together.

Once the event had come to an end, we went to the entrance of Poisson to say our goodbyes.

"Thank you very much for the tea party, Ms Navia", I said with a polite bow. "It was a very lovey surprise."

"I'm glad that you two enjoyed it", Navia said. "Perhaps we can do it again sometime?"

"I will never say no to an opportunity to enjoy a good tea party", Lynette said.

"Ms Navia, thank you so much for helping me with the tea party", Freminet said. "I'm not sure if I would've been able to do it without you."

"You're very welcome, Freminet", Navia said. "But for the hundredth time, please just call me Navia!"

"Right", Freminet said as he suddenly became flustered. "I'm so sorry!"

As Freminet and Navia continued to talk, I looked at him with a smile.

"Why are you smiling like that", Lynette asked.

"Freminet usually has a hard time talking to people", I pointed out. "And yet, he spent a few days with someone he doesn't really know in order to do something for us for our birthday."

"He did", Lynette said, before a small smile came to her face. "I'm proud of him."

"So am I."
