Chapter 9 Top of 1-A Vs League of Villains
"Katsuki" POV
Todoroki made a wall to block 's hand that it made the ice into a marble and gave enough time for Aizawa-Sensei to jump away via kicking the coated man in the side and jumping away.
"You two need to get with the other students!" Aizawa-Sensei said in a louder voice then he usually does like he was yelling at us but when me and Todoroki turned to the Villains we saw them or most of them ready to add us on a genocide.
Readying myself we both move on both sides of the blue flame spiraling towards us as we both charged towards the source.
"Go away cute boys!" Toga said as threw knifes at me having to dodge out of the way with an explosion from my hand pushing me away as I moved to continue my charge.
"I got you/No I don't." Twice said as another Dabi made of something like mud materialized in front of me and raise his arm.
"Oh my-" I said but I saw both Dabi's about to fire new wave of fire but one turned to mud and another stopped in there tracks.
"Aizawa-Sensei is too cool." I said in a whisper as me being faster managed to make it at the same time as Todoroki even after the disruption as I landed a small explosion to Dabi sending him back while Todoroki froze everyone to there necks even the Nomu.
Dabi let out a grunt and tried to use his quirk again but couldn't and he glared at Aizawa-Sensei who's google covered his own eyes from shining.
"You annoying-" he started to say as he cut himself off when he smiled deviously.
'What are you pla-' a king read lodged in Aizawa-Sensei shoulder as the piercing sound stopped everyone.
He didn't yell but grunted as everyone stared at the lizard with the knife who jumped off him to avoid Todoroki's ice.
'Spinner!' I thought narrowing my ice as Shigy decayed all the ice in an instant when Aizawa-Sensei blinked.
"Sensei I'm afraid where to far in already to leave plus you need some backup." I said getting ready for Shigy who rushed specifically at me while my eyes widened and I ran going towards him as well.
"Bakugo/Bakugo" Both Todoroki and Aizawa-Sensei yelled out but as both our forearms clashed against each others I used my quirk on it exploding Shigy away where he tumbled and skidded a bit back.
'I may not be sure but I think that was the first time I used an explosion anywhere from my body that someone from my class had seen.' As I was thinking both Todoroki and Aizawa under his googles looked more bewildered then shocked but that made me grin as I blasted away from Mr. Compress trying to get me in a marble.
I rocketed and landed by Aizawa-Sensei side as he held his shoulder ready to defend as Todoroki also with his ice got to my position.
"So I'm guessing the plan is to buy time for reinforcements." Todoroki said and I nodded and Aizawa-Sensei looked worried but also proud.
"Alright." I said with unmistakable grin on my face as Todoroki used fire to burn all the frost starting to accumulate on his body.
"Can you be our eyes Sensei." I asked and he just looked at me as I felt his deepening look.
"Yes I will but be careful these are real Villains and from what I can see there on the high end kind and we don't even know all of what there capable of." Aizawa-Sensei said as I nodded and I looked to Todoroki and with a determined nod we both faced down the Villains.
That's when a mist materialized behind the villains making eyes as both me and Todoroki stood on guard.
"I'm sorry Tomura Shigaraki but one of the students managed to get away." Kurogiri said as Shigy didn't bother looking at him as he just looked intently at us but from what I could see he was looking towards the top of the stairs.
"If you weren't the way we got in or out I would kill you." Shigy said but I couldn't resist but think of how different it sounded compared to the original.
"We need to end them fast Tomura or else All Might will be knocking on the door." Kurogiri said in a raised voice as Tomura pointed towards us.
"Take them out of the battle." He simply said as my eyes widened as the Nomu started to move.
"Make a ton of Ice!" I yelled as Todoroki in as my voice rang through his head made a glacier quickly.
"Wait what was the big deal Bakugo." Todoroki said as he turned to me with frost covering half his body.
"It was-" I couldn't finished as I boom was heard from the ice as the Nomu jumped making a hole in his wake hitting the top of the USJ dome and jumping off of it towards us at top speed.
"Move it!" I said pushing both Todoroki and Aizawa-Sensei out of the way before I took a closeline from the Nomu cratering me to the wall next to the stairs. I threw up some blood as i seperated from the cratered wall as Nomu's attention was on the stunned Todoroki and Aizawa-Sensei. "Im not done yet." I said in a whisper as more blood came from my mouth as I had to cradle in on myself and throw up more blood.
"Kaachan!" I heard a yell as I looked toward Midoriya's direction as he was in the shipwreck zone with a shocked and scared Asui and Mineta.
'Right no matter how much it hurts I still have to get up!' I got up and held an explosion in my hand ready to blast off when a blast of blue fire shot breaking and evaporating all the ice.
"Fucking…hate that guy." I said as they all stepped up from the evaporating glacier.
"Now the-" I blasted off before he could order the Nomu again as I tackled the Multi quirked Monster to get both Todoroki some space as I hugged them and prepared an explosion to use all my chest.
'Fuck this is so going to hurt!' I blasted him with my chest as the Nomu got sent into one of the skyscrapers from where I was sent to as he got crashed through one making a Nomu sized hole.
"Fuck!" I yelled in pain as I held onto my chest as I looked over to the villains bewildered but Dabi reacted readying a shot of fire.
"Go Di-" he was about to say but Shigy stopped him by slapping his hand from my direction.
"Why the hell are you doing!" Dabi yelled at Shigy but he only retaliated.
"We're not here to kill a bunch of Kids stick to the mission we're here for-"
"I AM HERE!" A smash of the door showing with a booming voice All Might appeared.
Todoroki took the time to make an ice slope to slide me towards himself and Aizawa-Sensei.
"Bakugo are you feeling well." He asked in an authority filled voice and I only shook my head in negative as I sprung up to throw up some more blood.
"No I don't fell so good." I said as a Boom was heard.
Both All Might and the High End Nomu where on the Field.
"Thank you for putting your live in danger especially you two Young Bakugo and Young Todoroki but let me handle this." All Might said as I looked in the direction he came in to see all the Villains that where waking up out cold.
"The big boss is here Nomu get him." Shigy said as the Nomu ran towards All Might as he returned the favor.
"We need to get to a safer place Todoroki carry Bakugo we need to regroup with the students." As he said Midoriya, Asui and Mineta ran towards him.
"Kaachan!" I heard him yell as he went up to me though it was a struggle to keep consciousness I still could.
"M-Midoriya…sorry…for…everything…" I said in between everything as my conscious faded. Midoriya's eyes widened as tears started to come out of them at a fast rate as he held the body of Bakugo.
3rd POV
"Kaachan!" He yelled before Aizawa called out his name. "Midoriya take him up the stairs I'll help All Might down here and find any students on your way there to join you." Aizawa-Sensei said in a tone where there was no way of argument.
"A-ll right." They all said as they took his unconscious body up the stairs.
EraserHead erased the quirk of the Bomu and the League of Villains in one shot which made All Might damage the monster sending him toppling towards the wall not to get up.
"We need to leave now Kurogiri!" Shigy said as he jumped in the portal quickly as everyone started to file inside except one Mr. Compress who was behind everyone descritly grabbed the Nomu in a Barbie as everyone else was blocking the line of sight from Eraser head and him as he captured the Nomu and jumped from behind Kurogiri entering the portal as he stared to dematerialize into the air.
"There gone but I have a feeling they'll be back." EraserHead said still holding his damaged shoulder.
"Yes but most of the Students are fine." All Might said as EraserHead turned to him.
"Most." Eraser said as All Mights darkened eyes widened as he ran up the stairs quickly taking Bakugo's body and running back to U.A.
"What the hell was that and they took Bakugo!" Sero yelled concerned and shocked.
"It was All Might." Midoriya said as everyone there looked bewildered at his speed but Midoriya was worried over both of them.
"Katsuki POV
'Where am I…' I thought as I looked through the room to see my bed the one I was laying on had curtains covering the whole sides making it covered all over as I heard some people speaking on the outside.
"Has your timer gone down any All Might." From what I heard it must have been Midoriya and he was talking to All Might it seemed.
"Umm no if it wasn't for Eraser or Young Bakugo and Todoroki it might have taken more of my time." He said through the curtain as I tried to sitting up but felt a lot of pain still.
'Damn how annoying.' I thought and I let out a grunt that was heard as the curtain was opened by Recovery Girl.
"Oh your up youngster it's good to see you." She said as I just relaxed down into the bed. It was really comfy and now that I actually have some time to think about it it felt like I was on a cloud.
"Thanks and all but what time is it." I asked as I wanted to burn a whole through the curtains surrounding me.
"1:40pm or 13:40 whichever you know best." Recovery Girl said I nodded laying my head back.
"I'll go ask Lunch Rush for your lunch you didn't get to eat but before then." She said as her extended lips touched my cheek as a green light enveloped me as I felt the pain go away and when the light faded I felt hungry and tired.
"Let me go get you that lunch you rest here kiddo." Recovery Girl said as I heard multiple footsteps come from the hallway coming inside.
"Bakugo are you alright! I heard about the USJ and how you where hurt so when class finished I-" A wild Tamaki Amajiki appeared as he swiped the curtain away and talked with worry.
"Hold up I'm fine now and thanks for worrying Amijiki-Sempai." I said with a smile as he brightened up for a little before another voice sounded.
"So this is your friend Tamaki oh so he must be a first year." A blonde buff boy came into the room followed by long blue haired girl. Mirio Togata and Nejire Hado.
"You're-" I couldn't finish as Nejire was already close to me.
"Wow you look somewhat beat up still didn't Recovery Girl heal you?" She tilted her head making her look clueless and more like the airhead I always pictured her as i blank at her.
"Well she can't heal me all the way because I just woke up and didn't eat lunch." I said as Togata-Sempai pulled Hado-Sempai away from my face.
"Sorry about that Bakugo-Kun but we kind of wanted to see who our little chicken became friends with." Togata-Sempai said as Amijiki-Sempai looked embarrassed while looking away.
"Well it's no problem he's a friend and even if we don't see each other that often maybe we can hang sometime." I mentioned as I now looked more comfortable in the bed.
"Yeah I'd appreciate that." Amijiki-Sempai smiled while both Togata and Hado-Sempai where smiling goofily.
"Invite us too." Hado-Sempai went and asked as Amijiki-Sempai just looked away embarrassed at his two friends.
"We should get going and let Bakugo-Kun get his rest you know we Toga-to Go." He said in a run in pose near the door as all noise in the room stoped.
"Maybe you should leave." I said and Hado and Amijiki-Sempai just nodded and subsequently dragged him out of the room in a comedic fashion it kinda reminded me of the anime.
'I mean this was an Anime all right.' I thought as Recovery Girl walked in with a tray of food.
"Here you go kiddo." She said dropping the plate on a table and moving as it had wheels and rolled it to the other side making a table for me on the bed.
"Maybe next time be more careful you've been already in my place with some serious injuries already." Recovery Girl lectured and I couldn't help but agree with her about that.
"Yea well that's why I need to get stronger so I can prevent that." I said now putting a bit of grilled fish in my mouth.
She just nodded along and walked away ready to go back to what she was doing before I came here.
I ate my food quickly as I touched my chest which had bandages wrapped all around mainly my torso and even my neck.
'Makes sense I was thrashed by that Nomu then sent into the wall.' I looked down at the bandages again and I just gripped the chopsticks in my hand wanting them to break to make myself feel even a bit better.
'I was completely outclassed by him in both speed and power.' I bit my lip in anger that all my thoughts went this way angry that I couldn't protect all my friends angry that I had to fight a friend…angry that I lost…
I shake my head trying to clear my head I knew this wasn't going to end well if I kept up this train of thought so I vanished it to the back of my mind.
'I'll get stronger so it never happens.' I said those words to Recovery Girl just a bit and thought about them again as i small smile appeared on my face. 'I'll get stronger I know it'
I finished as I swiped the sheets off my lap and went to stand up which I struggled for a second having my legs forcibly wake up I stand straight and tall and take my first step swiping the curtain out of my way.
I quickly do a small stretch and walk out of the room leaving it a bit more serene then I was in as the old woman only took a second to look at her patient and she smiled and got back to work.
'My stuff is still in my locker.' I thought as I walked to the locker room.
Each corridor of the long and wide hallway was. I looked at my reflection on the glass that made up the building as it's walls and saw myself.
I looked somewhat dead and the attitude I found myself in didn't help. I walk away finally getting into the locker room and retrieve my stuff before heading into the classroom.
I walk inside and look around to see only Aizawa-Sensei in a sleeping bag in the corner of the room and the others just talking peacefully and quietly none of them taking notice of me.
"Sparky! You're alright." I heard a voice behind me as I turned and saw Mei Hatsume behind me with a worried expression as I just waved her off.
"I'm fine now no serious injuries that I still have other than a migraine when I woke up. Recovery Girl is amazing after all." I say as I scratch the back of my head.
"I'm glad I'd try to see you when you guys got back but you weren't here and I asked someone in your class umm his name was…Broccoli Boy over there." She said pointing at Midoriya who blushed embarrassed at the attention given to him.
"Yeah he told me you where in the nurses office but when I got there she told me you left." She said as she started to pout at me.
"Oh uhh sorry? I guess." I said unsure myself but she just held her pout.
"You should be I was worried about you." She said before turning suddenly.
"I have to get going Majima-Sensei told me I visit you and I already been gone for too long but visit the development Studio next time you have the chance or I'll get mad at you." She said with a small glare and waved off.
I sigh happily having my own mood lightened up as I turned and saw everyone's eyes on me…then I saw a couple teleport in front of me in a millisecond.
"Wow dude are alright it's not even been that long."
"Yeah man take a break."
"Completely man you took on two of the boss villains and that last one completely was on All Might's level and you still managed to do something!" All Sero, Kaminari and Kirishima said.
"Yeah well it sadly takes more than that to take me down." I said as the guys just smiled as I look more in depth in the room to see Todoroki looking from his desk like he wanted to say something.
I smile at them before skidding off real quick to grab a seat and drag it close to Todoroki.
"I'm fine really it's cool I chose to throw the both of you out of the way." I said sitting down next to him as he looked strangely at me before looking a bit down.
"Yes but I should have been stronger I Should…" I stopped him before he could ramble on about not being strong enough.
"One thing at a time Todoroki you weren't strong enough now…but that doesn't mean the next time won't happen the same way and if your really motivated then I might be able to help you too." I said sending him a smirk as he raised his gaze to me.
PpHe nodded before closing his eyes momentarily. 'I've been letting this conflict with my Father interrupt my dream and desire I won't forgive I perhaps never will but I won't let him stand in my way or hold me back any more.' Todoroki's eyes opened as I stared deep inside and saw the bright blue in one of his eyes brighten up even more.
If this where the anime I would have seen transparent shackles on Todoroki snap and break as my smirk continued to grow.
"Your free to leave now after informing your parents or guardians over the situation." Aizawa-Sensei called as he was out of his sleeping bag as his eyes glided over the room and ended on me.
"Are you feeling all well Bakugo you took a strong punch and retaliated quite recklessly." He said as his eyes stared deep into mine to determine any lies told by myself.
"Yeah Recovery Girl fixed me up and she didn't tell me the damage but I could tell that the damage wasn't as deadly as thought." I said as waking up yes it hurt but it didn't seem like my chest was getting caved in like Sasuke Vs Killer Bee. I managed to tank the overall attack but not only the fight with Spinner and the my last burst in the injured area plus slamming into the wall at high speeds wasn't that good for me. Not to mention that was my first time taking an attack like that I had no idea how to even respond and I did as Aizawa-Sensei said recklessly charged and he might of even landed another hit on me too.
"Well all of you stay safe and we have off for the rest week since the attack needs reviewing over other then that the Sports festival is only a couple weeks away so you may want to be training yourselves outside of class as well." Aizawa-Sensei said before going back in his sleeping bag and flipping on the floor.
"I'll talk to you later Todoroki also give me your line." I said holding my phone as he looked and didn't respond but got his own phone and handed it to me.
I sweat-dropped and entered my line and I got up.
"I'll send a message later." I said waving at Todoroki before he started to wave absentmindedly.
I walked out of the room taking a small breath before continuing on my way until 2 people caught up with me one coincidentally was the guy I was just talking too the I remember.
"I forget you guys live in Shizuoka too." I said smirking as Kyoka Jiro and Shoto Todoroki followed me to the station.
"Yes well I'm surprised you live there the both of you I've never seen you." Todoroki said as he walked to my right side.
"Yeah I didn't think anymore people would live there other then me I mean it's pretty small and not much is known there." Jiro said walking to my left side.
"That reminds me I never see you guys use this station so what's with the change anyways." I asked looking at them both as my eyes glided towards them both.
"I wanted to ask you if you where okay since I was too preoccupied and then decided to just use this one so." Jiro said coolly as she opens one of the doors leading towards the sidewalk towards the gate.
"I wanted to talk to my friend a bit more and now seemed like a good opportunity." Todoroki said as I threatened to let out a small amused sigh but I held it in and exhaled normally.
"Yeah but you make me look weird after I told you goodbye back in the classroom you know." I told him yet he seemed unbothered.
"Well you are weird anyways." Todoroki said as i blank and look towards him as Jiro holds in her own giggles.
"What the hell Icy-Hot." I said glaring lightly at him as a small amused smile came into his face.
I split off from the group or as Jiro oh so lovingly put it the Shizuoka Squad and don't ask how she got that but she did and I don't think she even knows Midoriya lives in the same prefecture as well. That girl is so confident sometimes and then the next thing you know she's a shy girl. Makes me too amused to not smile.
I opened my front door and entered what I called home for about 3-4 months now and breathing in the air was getting easier and easier after that day…that day really brought me back into perspective of how those people that just sucked out of there world but there reactions are all B S! You're entire world is flipped upside down and you feel nothing! Maybe that's why they usually get bum losers with nothing.
Ugh there usually strange people anyways.
"Katsuki! Are you okay I heard you got hurt." I heard my mom from the kitchen as I dropped my bag on the couch and walked inside taking off my shoes.
"Yea I got got hurt though Recovery Girl managed to help though it kinda still hurts but only a bit." I said trying to dispel her worry but all she did as grab me into a hug and started to crush me with her lol strength.
'I'm going to die!' I felt myself start to crack comedicly as she let me go and I continued on struggling to stand as Mom went back to cooking the meal she was preparing.
"Hey what about Dad is he still at work or." I say going to sit at one of the seats on the dining table.
"He should be here Now." She said with a smile as the door opened and in came my Dad:
"Katsuki are you alright are you feeling okay." I felt my Dad instantly appear in front of me as I flinched but accepted his kind embrace.
'I like this I want to keep this forever if I could.'
The rest of the day passed quite fast as the next day I woke up to my alarm forgetting the normal school timer on my phone I switched it off and got up rubbing my eyes.
I open my phone to see a line of messages in the group chat Ashido made that now had Me, Sero, Kirishima, Kaminari and Jiro. There was multiple messages about the creation and Ashido only texted {Were friends } I smiled as I typed in there something.
