Pascal is a husk and A2 reaches her breaking point. What else is there to do when something you grew to grudgingly care for is gone? What if the one who had built it all from the ground was so very broken by the pain? It's a painful dilemma, and one that may shatter them both.

This is the classic "Last human in Nier Automata" story, I just hope you like my take on the story just as much as the others. Hopefully more actually. Also don't worry our favorite 2B,9S and A2 will make their debuts eventually.

2B is haunted by former missions which ended in 9S's death by her hand. As the two androids grow closer to each other it becomes harder for her to deny her feelings, from herself and 9S. essentially kink with plot and feelings
