Shortly after the entire party departed from Netherfield, Darcy dreams about his botched proposal in April. He goes back to Netherfield to correct Elizabeth's impression of him sooner to save himself the heartbreak. Unbeknownst to him, Elizabeth has a similar dream. Early reconciliation for ODC, but others still try to get in their way.

Jane's anxieties help her recognize Mr. Darcys shyness. Mr. Bingley, intrigued by the shy, quiet beauty tries to help Jane blossom. The story deviates from the original book eventually, as Jane becomes more out spoken with Mr. Bingleys unconditional admiration.

I have often wished people would just for a moment ignore proper manners and say what they really think. This is going to be a series of one-shot conversations that I would have loved to hear our characters say when the veneer of politeness has been relaxed.
