Fighting the urge to roll his eyes as he watched his male lover giggle like some sort of perverted school girl, though he had to admit that his attitude was better for his ego than the tsundere like tendencies of the thankfully absent noblewoman, Blitzo barely looked up from the well earned act of lighting his cigarette as Stolas apologized for this unexpected 'emergency'.
"I am terribly sorry for the lack of prior notice Blitzy. I am usually able to keep much better track of my schedule, but I'm afraid that this year time seems to be escaping from me."
Shrugging his shoulders as he moved to release the owl Demon from his restraints, idly making a note to bring the more durable ropes next time since these ones quickly burned away with only a touch of his cigarette, Blitzo's acknowledged the harness wearing Prince's apology with a dismissive wave of his hand.
"Meh, sometimes shit happens. Not some I really fuss about. But do you really have to take the book with you for this farm bullshit? I've got sixteen new clients waiting for heads to roll, and five of them have indicated their willingness to pay extra to have us bump them to the head of the line."
Of course, since they didn't pay upfront, the former circus performer wouldn't give them priority until they ponied up the cash. But since he was a firm believer in keeping his personal and professional life separate, even if he constantly failed in doing so, Blitzo decided to keep that information a secret.
Not that it would have mattered anyway since Stolas gently reminded him of who the book belonged to.
"As shocking as it may seem, Blitzy, my grimoire is actually incredibly important. And it isn't supposed to be lent out to itty-bitty Imps like yourself."
Glaring as the Goetia Demon used his horns to put out his own cigarette, as well as pinch his cheeks like he was some sort of fuckingtoddler, Blitzo fought the urge to yawn as Stolas went into further detail about his upcoming trip.
"The Harvest Moon is a very special occasion! It's been my annual duty to showcase it in the Ring of Wrath. It's celebrated by a very charming little festival with the locals."
His interest now piqued as he remembered something, and coughing up a feather that had been in the back of his throat ever since Stolas insisted that they try the sixty-nine position since it was just the two of them that evening, Blitzo gave voice to his sudden recall.
"Wrath huh? My employees are from there. I've never really been since Moxxie always plans their trip home when I am too busy to follow them, plus the fact that I've heard it's full of inbred chucklefucks. But other than that I've heard good things."
And unsurprisingly, the mood of his avian lover switched from lecture mode to childlike enthusiasm.
With more than a hint of perverted thinking mixed in.
"Oh! Why don't you all join me at the festival? I can guarantee you all…special access."
Ignoring the flirty attitude of his lover, though he had to admit that it did his ego good to see a powerful Demon like Stolas addicted to one of the few things he didn't mind inheriting from his father, the former circus performer stubbed out his cigarette before giving his reply.
"Look, I told you before, we're assassins, not bodyguards. Alright? The last time we tried to protect lives instead of ending them resulted in burns, bruises, and a big ass lawsuit by the owners of that shitty little park."
Naturally, his argument wasn't enough to convince Stolas to drop the subject. Though it was enough to make the now head tilting owl try another form of persuasion.
"I'm simply offering a work-free day of fun! I feel quite safe at the Harvest Festival. It's the same year after year. I make a speech, perform my little 'magic act', and enjoy some of the charming little activities that have been set up by the locals."
His mind now made up since it was clear that this wouldn't be a work thing, Blitzo did his best to sound dismissive as he accepted the offer.
"Well, if you promise this isn't some fuck fest invite, it does sound like it could be a blast and a half. Plus, it's not like we can do jack shit without your book anyway. The Double M's still think the Kid is too young to send on a solo mission."
Eye's narrowing in slight annoyance as Stolas patted his cheek in an affectionate, yet slightly demeaning way, the white-spotted Imp could only smirk as the owl Demon offered up an apology.
"Awwww. I'm sowwy your clients will have to wait."
"Oh, fuck my clients! With the Kid managing to get his hands on some juicy intel, I could shut down the company for a few weeks and still be in the black for this quarter. And speaking of the Kid, you think he'll be able to swing coming down for the weekend? I know you managed to get that bearded hippie to give him some slack when it came to the shit he gets up to. But the Kid's only managed to visit a few hours during the weekends since he can't trust those pre-pubes not to turn him in."
Something which had greatly upset both Loonie and Millie once they learned that the Kid had decided to somewhat follow in the anxious footsteps of his more cowardly parent.
But considering this lessened the chances of anything inappropriate happening, Blitzo had little cause to complain.
Apart from both female members of his company possessing a much shorter temper.
"I don't foresee it being an issue. Apart from perhaps one tiny, almost irrelevant detail, young Harry should be able to accompany us this weekend."
Tilting his head in confusion, cause it was either an issue or it wasn't, Blitzo asked the relevant question.
"And that issue is..?"
.…..
"Albus you cannot allow this to happen! While I am not blind to the fact that Potter isn't exactly making any progress in socializing with his peers, except perhaps Miss Tonks and the Weasley Twins, allowing the boy to not only skip attendance at the Halloween Feast but also return back to his guardians for the weekend is…is complete madness!"
Having expected such an emotional outburst from Minerva, for even though more than a month had passed she still hadn't completely gotten over the fact that the son of her favorite students had been sorted into the House of the Loyal instead of the House of the Brave, Dumbledore could only sigh as Severus decided to be his usual less than helpful self.
"If the brat doesn't wish to attend the feast, that's his business. Though I do agree with Minerva, allowing him to leave the grounds of the castle is not in the…best interest of the school."
Popping one of his more medicinal lemon drops into his mouth in a pre-emptive move to combat the inevitable headache, Dumbledore discreetly ensured that the privacy wards were still functioning as his Deputy Headmistress proceeded to yell at his Potion's Master.
"BEST INTEREST OF THE SCHOOL!? IS THAT ALL YOU HAVE TO SAY!?"
Casting a small charm to cancel out the ringing in his ears, the bearded Wizard idly played with the notion of conjuring some earplugs as the enraged Scotswoman continued to rant at Severus.
"The boy is asking if he can leave the safety of Hogwarts to participate in some sort of…rural festival. One in which we not only know little about in terms of where it is taking place but also who is attending. And yet rather than use these logical arguments to support your argument, you choose to focus on how his absence would reflect on the school's image."
Though agreeing with Minerva's argument, even if he knew that Severus's true feelings had little to do with 'public considerations', Dumbledore felt more than a touch of sadness as the Head of Slytherin House managed to highlight something that should not have been forgotten.
"Considering that for the last ten years the Halloween Feast has been an occasion to mark the defeat of the Dark Lord's reign of terror, it would be rather….unusual if the one responsible for his defeat was not present. But considering the boy's...attitude, which I assume to be caused by his uneven upbringing, I sincerely doubt he would care."
This brought a frown to his face as his mind recalled his meeting with Harry's first magic teacher.
(Flashback)
While he had long accepted the fact that he could not be trusted with real power, his acceptance to the position of Supreme Mugwump and Chief Warlock of the Wizengamont only occurring because other candidates possessed too many sympathies with the ideologies of both Tom and Gellert, he nevertheless possessed the rather useful ability that all successful politicians had.
Of course, the act of noticing every last detail was a skill that was essential for being an educator, even if it was at times insufficient to stop the more deceptive students from getting away with certain behaviors that would only escalate in time.
But since his current meeting was with an individual who he knew nothing about, except the fact that he was closely associated with Harry's current guardians, as well as the boy's magic teacher, Dumbledore was ready to study every aspect of the man who walked through his door.
And the first thing he noticed was that he wasn't having a meeting with a man.
He was human enough in appearance if a tad on the pale and lanky side. And bore himself with the type of aristocratic bearing that would satisfy even the likes of Lucius Malfoy.
But the fact remained that this appearance was solely the work of magic.
It was subtle, but for one of his talents, it was clear to see that the tall, suit-wearing gentleman was not, nor had he ever been, human.
"Tell me, Headmaster. Do you scrutinize all of your guests this way? Or am I the exception?"
Offering an apologetic smile at his amused, and somewhat flirtatious guest, Dumbledore decided to offer up a witty comment of his own in order to test the honesty of the disguised being.
"Apologies. When you reach my age, the mind tends to wander, and one's ability to perceive the world around them begins to…differ from the less experienced."
For a moment the aged educator feared that he had made a mistake in choosing to begin their discussion with a subtle accusation.
But the amused chuckling of the lanky being was enough to erase such fears.
"Indeed. An admirable trait if I do say so. Most people these days sadly lack both the patience and ability to detect the subtle characteristics of their surroundings. But if you were simply an ordinary Wizard, I suspect you wouldn't be in the position you are now."
Acknowledging this with a nod of his head, and secretly pleased to see that his aristocratic guest was a more personable sort than the likes of Lucius Malfoy, Dumbledore found himself frowning as the lanky being introduced himself with a name that was oddly familiar.
"Oh, but where are my manners? Stolas Goetia. At your service."
Accepting the introduction with another small nod, and gesturing towards the seat in front of him, the aged headmaster decided to get straight to the point.
"Pleasure to meet you, Mr. Goetia. Though I do hope you'll forgive me for stating that I am somewhat surprised by your presence. Even if Harry did warn me that you would be here in the place of his guardians."
While he meant no disrespect by choosing that particular term, it was clear by the narrowing of Stolas's wine colored eyes that he had made an error.
"If I were you headmaster, I would be careful when using THAT word in the future. Harry is quite…adamant when describing the nature of his relationship with his adoptive parents. And since I am on good terms with his family, I would ask you to respect his views while in my presence."
Frowning a little at this not so subtle threat, Dumbledore nevertheless nodded his head in compliance in order to keep the peace.
Though he still intended to make his opinion known.
"I understand. However hopefully you will forgive an old man if he makes an occasional error. Young Harry is the spitting image of his father, minus the eyes of course. And since Lily and James were both dear friends of mine, you'll have to understand if I find it somewhat…troubling when I hear their son call another couple his parents."
The reply to his comment, while softly spoken, nevertheless made it understood that Stolas was not too understanding of his position.
"Perhaps if his initial upbringing had been less abusive, I would see your point. But considering you are somewhat responsible for the pain he has endured before he was adopted, you'll forgive me if I find your lack of judgment somewhat troubling."
Eyes widening in concern as he felt his guest briefly reveal his true nature, for it was unmistakable that the being in front of him more than dabbled in dark magic, Dumbledore was caught off guard by how quickly the mood of the conversation changed.
"But we are getting off-topic. This meeting is about Harry's understandable difficulties in adjusting to his current situation. I'm sure that this is not the first time that a student of yours has suffered an acute case of homesickness."
Frowning at the rather dismissive way in which Stolas described Harry's actions, Dumbledore nevertheless decided to accept this abrupt change of topic.
If only because it gave him the opportunity to further delve into the mystery that was Harry's life after the Dursleys.
"No, it hasn't. Though I must confess that most students lack the nerve to actually give into these feelings. Much less the ability to conceal their departure well after they have left the safety of the castle. I doubt even my familiar could pull off such a stunt"
A small lie on his part since Fawkes was fully capable of disappearing without a trace if he wasn't in the mood for his usual flashy departures. But he didn't see the need to say this.
Especially since his subtle attempt to discover more information was easily identified by a currently amused-looking Stolas.
"Considering the boy's education during the past few years, not too surprising. However, I do realize that it is somewhat…improper for him to leave for the weekend without prior warning."
"And it is also somewhat improper of a boy his age to both carry muggle weaponry and have the knowledge to use it."
His retort causing Stolas to tilt his head in a manner that greatly resembled an owl, Dumbledore felt his frown deepen at the reply his interruption earned.
Though his displeasure had more to do with his own failings rather than that of Harry's current guardians.
"Considering the fact that his previous caretakers cared little about his well-being, are you really that surprised that he expressed a desire to learn how to defend himself. Granted his chosen method is a bit…extreme, but considering the Dursleys did their best to ensure he was too weak to physically defend himself, it is to be expected that he would choose to use an easily used weapon to protect himself. But rest assured, his parents were adamant about teaching him the importance of safe and responsible weapon use before they allowed him to carry one on his person. Something which sadly doesn't seem to be taught to some of the more privileged students in this school. Don't you think?"
Reluctantly nodding his head, for he knew that many old Pureblood families allowed their children to exploit the loophole regarding underage magic, Dumbledore nevertheless felt the need to protest.
"While sadly true, that still does not excuse Harry's actions. Though I can understand that our caretaker's injuries were a result of surprising the boy when he was already in an anxious state, his confrontation with young Mr. Malfoy did not have to escalate to the point of violence."
"And yet from what Harry told me, Mr. Malfoy was also displaying behavior that was less than appropriate for an eleven-year-old. I trust that he has been reprimanded for his…inappropriateness?"
Nodding his head, for in truth he did have Severus talk to the young serpent, though he knew that his Potions Master couldn't be too harsh since it would damage his reputation with those who would undoubtedly rejoin Tom if he ever returned, Dumbledore was relieved when Stolas changed the topic.
Though said relief was soon proven to be short-lived.
"Now, since I have no intention of instructing the boy to abandon the lessons his parents have taught him about self-defense, why don't we discuss Harry's next little trip home shall we?"
(Flashback ends)
In the end, while he did manage to win some concessions from the lanky inhuman being, the results of the meeting fell far short of his intended goals.
For starters, he had been unable to procure a promise to prevent Harry from leaving the castle until the holiday season. Though as a small consolation he did manage to ensure that he would at least have advanced notice of the young Potter's departure.
A moot point really since Harry had chosen to remain in the castle until now. But it was a start.
He had been unable to identify what Stolas was, or even the type of glamor he used to conceal his true appearance.
And perhaps most importantly, he still had no idea of where Harry had spent the last few years.
Except for perhaps one clue, though he wasn't entirely sure if he could trust it considering how he obtained it.
It still saddened him that Harry couldn't temper his bluntness when dealing with Miss Granger, for if the girl could reign in her go-getter attitude she would probably make friends far more easily, but their latest interaction had revealed a hint about the location of Harry's new family.
He still wasn't sure which 'Deep South' he was referring to, but it was a lot more to go on than he had previously.
Especially since Hagrid had been content to merely bond with the boy over their shared interest in the more…unique magical creatures.
Perhaps if he could…
"ALBUS! Are you paying attention?"
Pulled out of his internal musings by the irate tones of his currently glaring deputy, Dumbledore gave an apologetic smile.
"Forgive me, Minerva. I was just thinking about what Severus said regarding Harry's attendance at the feast. And I believe that we should let him 'return home' for the weekend."
Taking a moment to enjoy the shared incredulous expressions that were currently being worn by both Minerva and Severus, for it was rare that the two of them were on the same page when it wasn't related to the safety of their students, Dumbledore fought the urge to smile as his loyal Potions Master tried to dissuade him from this course.
"Are you sure that is wise Headmaster? Considering the boy's persistent behavior, and the fact that we lack the precise detail of where he is going, who's to say that he won't return from his little trip?"
Pleased to see that Severus was thinking rationally, even if it was most likely causing him some turmoil to care about the son of his late rival, Dumbledore's answer was more than enough to bring a scowl to the sallow-faced man's face.
"Which is why I wish to ensure that Harry's trip is monitored by someone who is well versed in keeping to the shadows."
And as expected, Severus was more than willing to display his displeasure at this announcement.
"Headmaster I must protest. It's bad enough that you're giving the brat special privileges when he has clearly done nothing to deserve them. But to have me waste the precious little time I have left when I am not performing my other duties is somewhat…. distasteful."
Normally Severus's words would earn a disappointed sigh from the aged headmaster.
But not this time.
"At which point did I say I was talking about you, Severus?"
…..
"Don't take this the wrong way mate, cause unlike Malfoy I at least know not to purposefully piss you off but are you mental?" Not caring that his brothers were currently shooting him looks that ranged between amusement and pity, though he hoped that they would at least have his back should Potter get violent, Ron was greatly relieved that the green-eyed Puff answered his question with a shrug.
"Possibly, but that would depend on what standard you're using to judge me. I mean out of the five of us, Tonks here is the crazy one since she wants to work for the government instead of working freelance. But that's neither here nor there."
Nodding his head to show that he somewhat agreed with that sentiment, for like his two eldest brothers he wanted to do something exciting with his life, the eleven-year-old ginger was grateful that it had been Potter who had made this claim. For he wasn't sure if he could have handled the look that Tonks was currently shooting at her younger housemate.
"We've been over this Potter. Wanting to be an Auror does not make me crazy. Yes, it means working for the Ministry and having to put up with some bureaucratic boot lickers, but it also means that I get to hunt down the bad guys and make a difference."
"These would be the same bad guys who probably have enough money or connections to avoid being sentenced for their crimes?"
Nodding his head in agreement, for his dad had often complained how the likes of Malfoy were able to escape punishment for their crimes because they could bribe their way out of prison, Ron found himself frowning as Potter directed the conversation back to its original topic.
"But anyway what's the big deal? I mean yeah it's nice to have a scheduled buffet, but where I'm going the food is better, AND I get to hang out with my family."
Honestly, he couldn't understand Potter's reasoning, largely because even at school he still had family members to hang out with, even if they usually told him to get lost. Though it appeared that this was one of the rare times in which his brothers agreed with him. Albeit in their usual irritating way.
"Hate to disagree with you, Harry."
"Especially since you have done wonders to keep us entertained."
"But we have to agree with little Ronnikens."
"Indeed we do George. Considering these feasts only happen three times during the school year."
"Four if one decides to stay in the castle instead of going home for the holidays."
"While true brother of mine, the point that I am trying to make is that these are special events that can only be enjoyed by staying IN the castle."
While he knew these arguments were meant to convince the first-year Puff that he was making a mistake, it was clear from Potter's expression that he wasn't convinced.
"Honestly I don't really see the point since I can just attend next year's feast. Besides, my grandparents have already been told that I'm going to be spending the weekend with them. And I don't wanna disappoint th-"
"What do you mean you'll be spending the weekend with them?!"
Frowning in annoyance as the Know It All decided to but into what had been a private conversation, Ron was largely unsurprised by Potter's less than stellar reaction to the girl's appearance.
"I fail to see how it's any of your concern Granger considering we are neither friends nor housemates."
That last bit still irritated the eleven-year-old Gryffindor since he thought Potter's actions against Malfoy and his goons would have been enough to be worthy of the House of the Brave.
But considering that Gryffindor Tower was already suffering from Granger's obsessive behavior, the youngest male Weasley had to admit that it would be far worse if she shared the same living space as her academic rival.
"It concerns me because you are not only breaking the rules but also disrespecting something that should matter to everyone. Don't you realize why we have this feast?"
Frowning a little since he had never really considered asking such a question, Ron was more than happy to accept Potter's answer as the reason.
"Isn't it because magical society likes to blend aspects of paganism and Christianity? Which is kind of weird considering the witch burnings, but to each their own I suppose."
Seeing the Twins and Tonks both nod their heads in agreement with this logic, though he noticed that the pink-haired Hufflepuff only did so reluctantly, Ron could only frown as Granger was sporting that look that many of his fellow first years had come to hate.
"While somewhat true, it's actually more about remembering the dead. But more specifically, for the last ten years, Halloween has been viewed as a day to celebrate the end of the war against You Know Who. I would have thought that since you are responsible for ending the War, you would wish to honor those who lost their lives."
While he hated Granger's smug attitude, for it always made him feel as smart as one of Malfoy's goons, Ron had to admit that he had never thought of it that way. It would explain why his parents, especially his mum, were always a little bit less cheery during this time of year. But whenever he asked if they were ok, he was just told that it was grownup stuff and he didn't have to worry.
However, while he had to admit that Granger had a good point, Potter as usual had something better to counter her arguments. Even if it did sound like he didn't really care.
"And what makes you think I want to be here for any of that Granger? In case you forgot, I kind of lost everything on that day. So why the hell would I want to celebrate with people who will only look at me with pity when I can be with people who treat me like the Potters would have if they didn't get on the wrong end of Voldemort's wand."
Flinching at Potter's use of You Know Who's name, an act that was copied by both his identical siblings and the older Puff, Ron wasn't sure if he should snicker or feel pity at Potter's following statement.
"Besides why do you even care what I do? I mean Tonks here cares cause she's my friend, and kind of like the big sister I never wanted."
"Love you too Potter."
"The Twins and their brother have an admiration for my methods in dealing with the Bat and his pet snakes."
"And your ability to form friendships with attractive older women."
"That is a very good point, Fred. However, I am not certain that our baby brother has begun to appreciate the art-like qualities of the fairer sex."
Blushing in embarrassment at his brothers' teasing, and idly sliding closer to Potter as he noticed that Tonks was currently sporting the same expression Ginny did whenever she was on the verge of getting violent, Ron found himself nodding his head in agreement as the black-haired Puff bluntly described his relationship with the bushy-haired know it all.
"And you. You are just some inflexible bookworm who's pissed off because the teachers don't recognize you as the smartest student in our year. I mean, sure you get props for trying to help other people. But as I told you before, the fact that you behave in a manner that suggests everyone else is a moron is probably the main reason why no one hangs out with you. However, since I know you'll just continue to rant at me for 'disrespecting the rules' if I tell you to just piss off, this time I actually HAVE permission to leave for the weekend."
Impressed that Potter had managed to convince the teachers to let him leave, though it was widely accepted in the House of the Lions that Sprout was more of a pushover than McGonagall, Ron decided that it was safe to make his own feelings towards the bushy-haired know it all known.
"Honestly I don't even know why you bother. I mean, if it's taken you this long to learn that you don't have any friends, you might as well just le-"
He didn't get to finish his jeering because several things happened at once. His brothers, who were supposed to have his back, slapped him upside the head in a manner that was a bit too forceful for his kind. Potter was staring at him with a look of mild disapproval. Tonks was shooting him a glare that could easily rival that of his mum's. And Granger? Her face was lined with freely flowing tears as she ran off to wherever girls like her wanted to be alone.
"Way to go Ronikens."
"Not exactly your best moment was it little brother?"
"I think Bill and Charlie would be ashamed of you."
Glaring at how quickly they ganged upon him, for he believed that he had done nothing more than doing something that was accepted by the group, Ron looked to Potter for help.
Only to see that he had gone.
Which meant that he would be suffering the displeasure of his brothers and the now red-haired Puff alone.
…..
Taking a deep breath as he inhaled that warm and slightly coppery country air, Blitzo couldn't help the small scowl that was currently spreading across his features.
Not because he was getting a front-row seat in watching his precious Looney get closer to the still shorter dragon-Demon. Though truth be told if Stolas wasn't gripping his shoulder in a comforting manner he would violently increase the meter between the two kids to at least a kilometer.
Nor was it because his two employees were currently leaving him out of their conversation, which as their boss was his right to be a part of any time he wanted. Though considering how last month's trip to Asskaban turned out, it was probably best if he limited his meddling since the last time he did he almost killed the wrong human.
Not that he actually cared since the man was probably in prison for a reason. But the fact remained that no one was paying him to kill Sirius Black. Just some guy named Rosewood. Or was it Rookworm?
No. The true reason for his displeasure was that his fellow Imps, and their reptilian son, had been holding out on him all this time.
For as a noted horse enthusiast, this place was perfect for an Imp like him.
Wide-open fields.
Cowboys.
And a stable full of flaming demonic horses that were all begging to be taken for a ride. Or at least a rodeo.
Seeing all of this made him regret listening to Looney's advice about giving the small family their space when they took the occasional trip to wrath.
Because if he had known beforehand just what he was missing, he would have been down on his knees begging with as much enthusiasm as a crack whire whose pimp was dangling a big bag of blow right in front of her fa...
"Well look at what we have here? JOE! GET YOUR MUSCLY ARMED BUTT OUT HERE! OUR YOUNG'UN AND GRANDSON ARE HERE!"
And just like that, he was feeling better about the whole situation.
Not because he got to witness the heartwarming scene of Millie and the Kid getting swept into the embrace of a muscularly armed Imp and his full-figured wife.
But because this was perfect blackmail material to use the next time they tried to keep him out of their private lives.
…
ANNNNND THAT'S DONE! First part of the Harvest Moon Festival arc has been completed lol
But of course before I did that had to clear the way with some Hogwarts scenes lmao.
Dumble's meeting with Stolas I think I did a reasonable job of making it believable and fun. Not to mention the way Snape and McGonagall argue with each other.
Ron's pov when he learns that Harry will be leaving the Halloween feast. And of course his current views towards Hermione. I know that Ron eventually becomes more of his own person as the series goes buy, but at 11 yrs old, think it is very believable that he caved into peer pressure. We see signs of this in 4th year, though he is allowing his resentment to cloud his judgment. But in 2nd year….Gryffindor is pretty much supportive of Harry during the Chamber Incident's, so he has no problems sticking with Harry.
And yes….this is MY way to ensure that Hermione will be meeting the Troll. Considering that Harry has been cruelly blunt with her, though truthful, and her mounting insecurities about her self worth (i.e. not being first in class through proper instruction)…think its safe to say that this was inevitable.
Next chapter of course will see Harry's interactions with his adoptive grandparents and Sallie May. Strikers Intro. Harry and Moxxie's take on farm living. And MAYVE…while I am intending to have the actual confrontation and festival happen in a following arc…the one responsible for hiring Striker in the first pace. Will have to see.
Anyways pleased to have this chapter done. Next one will be slower in coming since I now have school stuff to do. But either way hope you all enjoyed this.
Wanna thank both Darkscythe Drake AND StarDustDragonknight for their editing and their helpful advice/serving as a sounding board.
Hope this chapter provided SOME answers to what happened last time. Though I do promise to go into more detail for some things at a near/later date.
Plz review. No flames.
Til next time.
