Episode 157: Entei At Your Own Risk
Mew and her friends are on their way towards Mt. Silver with two missions at hand: Returning the Larvitar Professor Elm gave them back to its birth place, and getting ever closer to the Johto League Silver Conference.
Larvitar, who has been napping in Mew's bag, wakes up.
"Larvitar, you're awake," Mew says.
Pika. Pika," (Hey there. Sleep well?) Pikachu asks
Larvitar drowsily agrees.
Moments later, Mew places Larvitar down now that he's fully awake.
"You were sleeping for a long time, Larvitar," Mew says.
"Eevee Vee,"(At least all day.) Eevee says.
"Now it's time to face the day," Brock says.
Misty then says to Larvitar, "A goodnight's sleep is important, but enough is enough, don't you think?"
Larvitar panics and hardens.
"Not again," Jen says.
Mew picks up Larvitar, "Oh dear." Then rocks Larvitar, "It's okay, Larvitar. I know it's going to take some time, but Misty's a really good friend of mine. She's not anything to be scared of."
Larvitar is reluctant, but does want to take her word for it.
"Don't worry Larvitar, you'll get used to being around the rest of us at your own pace. One step at a time," Mew says.
Larvitar nods, "Lar." (Okay.)
Zeraora then rubs Larvitar's head, and Larvitar feels a little better.
"That's true. And maybe we can help Larvitar open up to the other Pokemon," Brock says.
"Good idea. And maybe your Tyranitar can help too," Tomo says.
Suddenly, they hear something and turn to see a very angry and wild Ursaring come out of the bushes and fire two Hyper Beams.
Everyone cries out, "Ursaring!" and runs away in fear.
Misty cries out, "What's Ursaring so mad about?!"
"And why is it chasing us?!" Jen cries out.
After being chased, everyone stops to catch their breath after losing the wild Ursaring.
"I think we lost it," Misty says.
"Somebody got up on the wrong side of the cave," Brock says.
Larvitar soon spots something and heads off to investigate.
"What's up, Larvitar?" Mew asks.
What Larvitar found were several shallow pools of water.
"Are those little lakes?" Molly asks.
"No, they don't look like lakes to me," Misty says.
Soon, Brock looks to his left, "Hey, look!"
"What is it, Brock?" Jen asks.
Everyone looks and finds wild Pokémon in one of the springs.
"Wow! It's a whole big bunch of wild Pokémon!" Mew says, amazed.
Among the wild Pokemon in the spring were two Houndour, two Houndoom, a Girafarig, four Aipom, two Swinub and a Piloswine.
"Guys, they must be hot springs!" Brock says.
"There's nothing better in the world!" Misty says.
"Yeah, for sure," Mew says
"I wonder how warm it is," Tomo says.
"Let's go see," Mew says and walks towards the lake.
But as she walks towards the lake, Mew breaks a tripwire and an alarm sounds.
"Uh oh. What was that?" Mew wonders.
A boy soon comes out with a laptop in hand, "Entei! Let's battle!"
"What?! Entei?! Where?!" Mew asks, surprised and looks around.
But then a boy with blue hair and glasses comes out to notice them, "Oops. My mistake. You're, not Entei.
"Uh, excuse me, but are you talking about Entei the legendary Pokémon?" Misty asks.
"You bet I am!" The boy says.
"Does that mean you're looking for Entei?" Brock asks.
"I'm catching Entei," The boy answers.
This catches the group by surprise.
"You're kidding me, right?!" Mew asks.
"I've put together a map of all the recent Entei sightings. Based on all that data, this is where I think the next sighting will be," The boy says.
"So, what was that siren we heard?" Misty asks.
The boy puts his laptop away and says, "The area in which Entei will appear is still fairly large, so, I had to put up sensors all across these sights and hook up an alarm to them."
"Hey, that's awesome!" Tomo says.
"I think it's really brave you're trying to catch an Entei. It's not easy to catch," Mew says.
"Well, my capture of an Entei has been my lifelong dream," The boy says, "By the way, my name's Nelson.
"I'm Mew and these are my friends, Misty, Brock, Tomo, Jen, and Molly."
"Hi," Everyone replies.
Soon, everyone hears, looks and sees the Ursaring from earlier.
Mew panics, "It's that Ursaring!"
However, the Ursaring isn't paying attention to Mew and the others and dives into the hot spring before surfacing, happier than before.
"It looks like the hot springs might have calmed it down," Misty says.
"Right. That's exactly it. These hot springs have the ability to calm or even heal Pokémon of all kinds," Nelson says.
"Wow!" Jen says, amazed.
"Really? So after just resting in these hot springs, even wild Pokémon will become gentler?" Brock asks.
"Well, they sure look peaceful and happy," Misty says.
Then Nelson says, "Well, I have to go check on some other sites now. See ya," and walks away.
"Now that guy is busy," Brock says.
Then Mew has an idea, "Hey, I think it's time for us to go check out the hot springs."
With that, Mew calls out some of her Pokemon: Totodile, Cyndaquil, Bayleaf, Phanpy, Noctowl, Tyranitar, Zo, Springatito, and Fraxure.
Soon, Totodile goes jogging towards the water eagerly.
"Hold on a minute!" Mew calls out.
Totodile stops right then and there, but trips and falls on its face.
Mew then says,:" Before you guys start having fun, I wanted to introduce someone to you all. Larvitar."
Larvitar shyly hides behind Mew's legs. However, Totodile happily jogs up and seizes Larvitar by the hand and spins it around joyfully. Larvitar bumps into Cyndaquil, causing them both to freeze in fright before Phanpy approaches.
"It's alright. These are all my friends, Larvitar. And yours, too," Mew reassures.
However, Larvitar's behavior doesn't change, even for either Bayleef's cradling or lullaby, before being severely intimidated by Noctowl. Larvitar soon uses Screech, hurting everyone's ears.
"Stop Screeching, Larvitar!" Mew cries out.
Suddenly, Tyranitar takes Larvitar, which makes him stop screeching. The large Pokemon smiles causing him to smile as well.
Some time later, Larvitar had stopped screeching and all of Mew's Pokemon are seen in the hot spring.
"I know you're shy, Larvitar, but they're really nice," Mew says.
Misty soon lets her Pokemon out: Staryu, Goldeen, Politoed, Psyduck, Corsola, Drizzle. Vaporeon, and Both Sentret.
"Hey! Last one in is a Slowpoke!" Misty calls out.
All of Misty's Pokémon dive in, splashing Larvitar.
"That's right. You're a rock type and you don't like water," Mew says.
Then Tyranitar picks up Larvitar.
Then Brock calls out, "I don't want any of you feeling left out!"
Brock calls out Pineco, Crobat, Purrloin, Summer, the Kanto Ninetales, and Hoppip.
Tomo, Jen and Molly do the same, "Come on in!"
Tomo calls out Doduo, Zephyr the Pidgey, Sage, Blaze, Aqua, Flint, Dew, Leaf, Deino, and Shinx.
Jen calls out Clefairy, Quagsire, Wigglytuff-Two, Hatenna, and Mareep.
Molly calls out Ariados, both Espeon, Unown, Teddiursa, and Galarian Corsola.
Soon enough, all the Pokemon are having fun in the water.
"Looks like they're having a great time," Brock says.
Suddenly, they hear Psyduck.
Mew turns to Psyduck, "What is it, Psyduck?"
Psyduck is seen relaxing in some steaming sand.
Misty approaches, "Just how did you get yourself buried in sand?"
Brock feels the sand, "The sand's warm. Psyduck seems to like it. My rock and ground types are really gonna love this! Come on out here on the double!"
Brock calls out Onix, Geodude, Hippopotas, Dwebble, Sandile, and Shieldon. The Pokemon begin to relax and bury themselves in the sand. Meanwhile, Geodude gets "acquainted" to Larvitar and helps it get used to the warm sand. Tyranitar soon sits down next to Larvitar.
"Larvitar is finally starting to enjoy itself!" Mew says.
All the Pokemon gather around Larvitar and celebrate, but Larvitar just shudders.
Just then, Cyndaquil throws a sand ball at Totodile like it was starting a snowball fight, soon Togepi and Totodile get in on the action, but one missed sand ball by Togepi nails Larvitar, causing Larvitar to get upset.
"No, Larvitar! Don't! Please, don't!" Mew cries out.
But it was too late for anyone to do anything as Larvitar, once again, used Screech. While all that was happening, from the bushes, Team Rocket spied.
"The last thing we need on Team Rocket is another screamer," James says.
"What is that supposed to mean?!" Jessie questions.
Then Meowth says, "When people say you got a big Meowth, hate to tell ya, but dey ain't talkin' about me!"
"Wobbuffet! (Me, neither!)" Wobbuffet says.
"Well, what should we do now?" James asks.
Meowth then says, "I got a plan!"
"So, let's hear it, then," Jessie says.
"Check dis out. I'll be calling it, my after bath fruit smoothie plan!" Meowth says, holding a beverage bottle
Soon, a truck comes rolling up with a Miltank on it.
"Uh, what's this?" Mew questions.
A disguised Jessie and James step out.
Soom, Jessie says, sounds like the Team Rocket motto, "Prepare for trouble, we don't care for defiance!"
James:
And make it double, it's all for science!
Jessie:
As researchers, we search for the truth in food and drink!
James:
We're here to say what WE think!
Jessie and James:
What's really important when you eat a treat, not the flavor, but the time you eat!
The group of baffled by the intro.
Then Jessie approaches the group, "Say! For example, after a hot bath, you would be thirsty. Correct?"
Mew nods in reply.
"At that moment, nothing's tastier than a fruit smoothie, right?" James replies.
Mew nods again.
Then Jessie says, "And since you're in that very predicament now, we're asking you and up to three friends to taste test our fruit smoothie and see how super delish it really is!"
"Worry not, because all the smoothies you can drink are totally free!" James says.
Tomo asks, "Really? It's free?"
Misty whispers to Mew, "I don't trust them, Mew
"Me, neither. It seems awful suspicious," Brock agrees.
"I agree. The free drinks is a bit sketchy," Mew whispers.
Suddenly, Jessie and James say, "No need to be shy, just give it a try!"
Mew whispers, "You all stay here. I'll go.
Mew then steps inside with her Pokemon close by.
"Okay, now what?" Mew questions.
Suddenly, the ramp retracts and the doors slam shut.
"Hey! What's going on here?!" Mew cries out.
At the driver seat, the window lowers to reveal Jessie and James without their disguises.
Jessie and James soon say, "The research community thanks you!"
Then Meowth appears, "Yeah! Tanks, twerps!"
"Team Rocket!" Misty and the others cry out.
Then Team Rocket soon speeds away.
"We blinded dem wit science!" Meowth says.
The truck proceeds to climb up.
"Hey! Let us out of here!" Mew shouts as she bangs on the door, "I knew there's something fishy about this. Free smoothies, my eye!"
Jessie rolls down the rear trailer window, "Of course we did."
"Lying's our best trait," James says.
"Team Rocket!" Mew says.
"Brilliant deduction, but a little too late," Jessie says.
"Remember, we said it's all, about timing!" James adds.
As Jessie and James laugh and close the window.
Mew turns to the others, "Okay, we gotta get outta here."
The Pokémon try to break loose, amazing Larvitar.
"It's no good! Pikachu, Eevee, let's try Thunderbolt!" Mew says.
The attack ultimately shocks everyone but Team Rocket.
Jessie and James say, "It won't work!"
"Dis truck's anti-electrified!" Meowth says.
"Okay, Bayleef, use Razor Leaf!" Mew says.
The attack launches, but not a dent is made.
Then Mew calls out, "Cyndaquil, Flamethrower!"
The attack fires and heats up a small part of the doors.
"Let's see," Mew says.
Totodile soon steps forward.
Then Mew has a plan on how to get out of here.
Mew calls out, "Alright, Cyndaquil, Flamethrower one more time!"
The attack fires and causes the heated spot on the doors to get bigger.
"Now, Totodile, Water Gun!" Mew calls out.
The attack fires, quickly cooling down the doors.
Mew calls out, "Cyndaquil, Flamethrower, now!"
The attack fires, heating the doors again.
New calls out, "And Totodile, Water Gun!"
That attack fires, cooling the doors again.
Then Mew says, "It's your turn, Tyranitar! Use Iron Head!"
Tyranitar charges and is able to break through the weak spot, and bursts the door open fully.
"We did it!" Mew says.
Everyone prepares to jump out.
"Okay, you ready, Bayleef? Use Vine Whip," Mew says.
Bayleaf launches the attack and the vines extend and grab a branch, allowing Mew and the Pokemon he's holding to escape while Tyranitar, Zeraora, and Noctowl use their own way of escape. but Ash ends up dropping Larvitar.
"Larvitar!" Mew cries out.
However, Larvitar is rescued by a Pokemon. A dark bluish-green, ghost-like Pokémon. While it has no visible arms or legs, its lower half has several small appendages and resembles a ruffled dress. It has five round red gems halfway around its neck, which are used to absorb fear and use it as nourishment. When defeated in the side series games, its body disappears, leaving only the gems around its neck behind. It has long, flowing lilac-tipped "hair" and large, red eyes have yellow sclerae.
"Wow. Thank you," Mew says.
The Pokemon puts Larvitar down.
Mew kneels to Larvitar, "Larvitar, are you okay?"
Larvitar confirms before Mew picks it up.
"You saved Larvitar," Mew says. "Thank you, Misdreavus.
Mew gets her Pokedex and Dexter says, "Misdreavus, the Screech Pokémon. A Ghost Type. Misdreavus are extremely mischievous, and like to cry out at night just to startle people.
Suddenly, Nelson arrives, "There you are!"
"Nelson!" Mew happily says.
Nelson comes running up to Mew and her Pokemon.
"Yes. I came running as fast as I could when I heard the sensor go off, but it was you guys,"Nelson says.
Soon, Misty and the others hurry over.
"Mew!" Misty calls out.
"Are you okay?!" Brock asks.
"Yeah, with the help of Nelson's Misdreavus," Mew says.
"Misdreavus?" Tomo questions.
"Aw. You're so cute," Mew says.
"Don't be too quick to judge. Its looks can be deceiving," Nelson says, "My Misdreavus has a secret attack that's gonna help me catch that Entei."
"Yeah? What's that?" Mew asks.
"You battle me right here and now and I'll show you," Nelson says.
"Alright! I've been wanting to get some practice in before the Silver Conference gets started, so let's battle!" Mew says.
Elsewhere, Team Rocket realizes that their captives have escaped.
Jessie cries out, "The twerps got away!"
"I thought we had a foolproof plan!" James panics.
"Well, da good news is we got nine-hundred gallons of banana smoothies!" Meowth says.
Jessie angrily shouts, "Thank you for looking at the bright side, Meowth."
"How am I supposed to mope properly with the sound of you two bickering in the background?!" James asks.
Then Wobbuffet comes out on his own again, "Wobbuffet?" (What did I miss?)
Meanwhile, back at the springs, Mew and Nelson prepare to face off.
Brock announces, "We are ready to begin our two on two Pokemon battle!"
"So, are you ready, Misdreavus?" Nelson asks.
"Mis." (Yes.) Misdreavus answers.
"Let's see, a ghost type. So I'll use…" Mew says.
Phanpy soon steps up, "Phanpy!" (I'll battle!)
"Phanpy?" Mew replies, confused.
Then Phanpy says, "Phanpy!" (I can do this!)
Understanding Phanpy, Mew says, "Alright, Phanpy, I choose you!"
And Phanpy is ready.
Brock announces, "Begin!"
Nelson calls out, "We'll strike first! Misdreavus, Headbutt!"
Misdreavus charges.
Then Mew calls out, "Go, Phanpy, Take Down!"
Phanpy charges and both Pokemon collide, with Phanpy giving the first strike of the match.
"Great job, Phanpy!" Mew cheers.
Then Nelson calls out, "Use Swift, Misdreavus!"
Misdreavus attacks.
Mew calls out, "Phanpy, Defense Curl!"
Phanpy curls up, protecting itself from the oncoming attack.
"Alright! Great, Phanpy!" Mew cheers.
On the sidelines, even Larvitar was getting excited.
Nelson calls out, "Misdreavus, Psybeam!"
Misdreavus launches the next attack.
Mew calls out, "Phanpy, Rollout and dodge it!"
Phanpy rolls as fast as it can, but gets blasted anyway.
"Phanpy!" Mew calls out.
"Phanpy gets up, but is clearly dizzy.
"Oh no!" Tomo calls out.
"Looks like Phanpy's confused," Misty says.
"Well, I guess it's time for the secret attack now," Nelson says. Then calls out the attack "Let's go. Misdreavus, Mean Look, now!"
Misdreavus performs the attack. It looks like nothing happened.
"It doesn't look like Mean Look did anything," Molly says.
"But Phanpy's still in no shape to battle, Mew!" Misty says.
"Sadly, I can't return Phanpy," Mew says.
"What do you mean?" Jen asks.
"Once a Pokémon has been hit by Mean Look, you can't use a substitution. And when you use it against a wild Pokémon, it can't run away," Nelson says.
"It can't?" Tomo says, confused.
"That's right, and since Entei is quick to run away, I'm sure using this attack will give me the perfect capture!" Nelson says.
Suddenly, Jessie and James' voices appear, "Fascinating."
Everyone looks up as a net drops down on Misdreavus, and Team Rocket's motto appears along with Team Rocket themselves in their hot air balloon..
Jessie:
Prepare for trouble with Misdreavus in a sack!
James:
And make it double with that great Mean Look attack!
Jessie:
To protect the world from devastation!
James:
To unite all peoples within our nation!
Jessie:
To denounce the evils of truth and love!
James:
To extend our reach to the stars above!
Jessie:
Mean Look Jessie!
James:
Meaner Look James!
Jessie:
Team Rocket blasts off, your secret's been told!
James:
Surrender now or battle the brave and the bold!
Meowth: (sighs)
Dis is getting so old.
"Team Rocket!" Mew, Tomo, and Molly cry out.
Nelson demands, "Give back my Misdreavus!"
"Oh, yes, sir. Right away, sir. Not," Jessie says.
"With Mean Look in our arsenal, we can't lose," Meowth says.
Then James says, "We'll use it on those wild Pokémon first, than Entei, then the sky is the limit!"
"Suck em up!" Meowth says.
With the press of a button, two turbines activate as a vacuum device sucks up the water blown towards it, taking the Pokémon with it.
Jessie then says, "With our Twisty Turbo Tempest 2 making the haul…"
"We're finally catching them all!" James says.
As the Pokémon on the land hold on to each other and Onix for dear life, Misty's Staryu and Brock's Pineco hop out of the water.
Pineco says, "Pineco!" (I'm okay!)
But Pineco gets sucked in.
"Pineco, no!" Brock cries out.
Pineco cries out, "Pineco!" (Help me!)
Pineco soon disappears in the cyclone.
"Hang on, I'm coming!" Brock calls out as he leaps into the vortex, "Pineco!"
"Oh no!" Misty cries out.
"Brock!" Mew cries out.
In the vortex, Brock is trying to get to Pineco.
Pineco notices him and calls out, "Pineco!" (Brock!)
"I see you! Just a little bit more!" Brock says, reaching for his Pokemon.
Brock finally grabs Pineco, only to get hit in the back by an Ursaring.
"No!" Brock cries out as he is being pulled into the vortex.
"Pineco!" (Brock!) Pineco cries out.
He soon glows as he calls out, "Pineco!" (Brock!)
Brock soon notices, "What was that?!"
While glowing, Pineco starts spinning around rapidly enough to break the vortex, shocking Team Rocket.
"Someting's knocking da wind out of our Twisty Toibo Tempest!" Meowth cries out.
The spinning stops and the glow fades to reveal a new Pokemon. A large, spherical insectoid Pokémon with no visible limbs. The upper and lower halves of its body are capped by bumpy steel plates, giving it a strong defense against opponents. The outer plates have zigzagging ridges that open along its back and front, revealing its smooth, red inner shell. The inner shell is punctuated by four cylindrical spikes, each tapering to an open point. Between the spikes, the inner shell opens along a straight line to reveal its eyes, which are round with large pupils. Whatever else lies inside its shell is unknown.
"Forretress?" Tomo questions.
"Do you think Brock's Pineco evolved," Misty asks.
"I think it did," Mew says.
She gets out her Pokedex and Dexter says, "Forretress, the Bagworm Pokémon. A bug and Steel Type. Forrestress is the evolved form of Pineco. Its entire body is covered in a steel-hard shell.
Soon, all the Pokémon and Brock fall into the water below.
"Forretress, you were great!" Brock says.
"Forretress," (Heh, Thanks.) Forretress says.
Team Rocket cries out, "Burglars!"
Mew calls out, "Bayleef, use Razor Leaf to save Misdreavus!"
Bayleaf launches the attack and Misdreavus is cut free while Team Rocket growls in anger. Misdreaveus flies to Nelson, happy to be back with its trainer.
"Misdreavus!" Nelson says in relief.
Jessie is angry, "Why…"
James is just as mad, "You…"
"Pathetic so-called heroes! Let's see how you like dis!" Meowth angrily says.
Meowth reactivates the machine, creating a waterspout that traps Team Rocket.
Worried, Jessie says, "Does too much of a good thing mean anything to you, Meowth?"
"I see why its called Twisty Turbo," James says.
Meowth sheepishly laughs, "Yeah. Da name Easy Rider probably wouldn't have woiked as well."
"We don't see the humor!" Jessie and James cry out.
The waterspout gets stronger.
"If we don't stop em, they'll destroy the hot springs!" Brock cries out.
"Brock, our Pokémon can help!" Mew says.
"Aim right at that tornado!" Brock says.
"Let's attack together!" Misty says.
"Let's go!" Nelson calls out.
Every single one of the Pokémon launches an attack, but nothing.
"Didn't even make a dent!" Mew says.
Before they can react, Molly ends up getting lifted and pulled into and up the waterspout.
"Molly!" Misty cries out.
"We need to help her!" Tomo says.
Suddenly, one of Nelson's sensor alarms goes off.
"What's that?" Mew asks.
"It is! One of my sensor's picking something up!" Nelson says.
Just then, from way off in the distance, a Flamethrower is fired, completely destroying the waterspout and sending Team Rocket flying.
"Yeah!" Mew and Nelson cheer.
"Wow! That was some Flamethrower!" Brock says.
"That's cool," Tomo says.
"I'll say, but where did it come from?" Brock wonders.
"But what about Molly?" Jen asks.
Meanwhile, Mew is blasted along with Team Rocket and falls out of the sky. Suddenly, something saved her just in the nick of time. Molly feels something furry and clenches it. Then she opens her eyes in surprise to see who her savior is.
Meanwhile, Team Rocket is revealed to have crash landed.
"You'd think that by now…" Jessie says tired.
"We'd be used to these bone crushing defeats," James says.
Team Rocket soon sees what fired the Flamethrower and quickly starts pleading for mercy.
"Don't mind us, we were just leaving," Jessie says.
"Yes, we'll gather our ruffled balloon and be on our way," James sheepishly adds.
Then Meowth says, "Maybe you tink it's angry? It's sorta hard to tell."
And the Pokemon who has used the Flamethrower is Entei in the flesh. The Pokemon lets out a low growl. And it also turns out, Molly is now sitting on its back.
"We'll take that as a yes. So, bye-bye!" Team Rocket replies with sheepish smiles.
Wobbuffet soon comes out, "Wobbuffet." (Pardon us.)
Entei unleashes another Flamethrower, creating a massive explosion that sends Team Rocket flying.
"Looks like Team Rocket's blasting off again!" Team Rocket cries out.
Soon, Mew and the others show up.
"Look over there!" Misty says.
"It's Entei," Jen says.
"So that's where the Flamethrower came from!" Mew says.
Tomo notices, "And look, Molly is on Entei's back."
"Entei is able to save Molly," Jen says.
"Thanks goodness.
"Wow," Molly says, and is very astonished.
Molly remembers seeing Entei from her book and when the Unown created an illusion of Entei. However, seeing it in real life is a whole new experience, and is currently sitting on its back.
Just then, Nelson calls out, "Entei! Entei, I challenge you!"
Entei roars in response.
"Uh Nelson, don't you think we should get Molly down first," Mew says.
But Nelson calls out the first attack, "Use Mean Look, Misdreavus!"
Misdreavus performs the attack on Entei.
"You won't be getting away now!" Nelson says and calls out the next attack, "Misdreavus, use Swift!"
Misdreavus fires the attack, but Entei barely feels a thing, shocking Nelson.
"No matter!" Nelson says and calls out the next attack, "Use Psybeam!"
Then the ghost Pokemon fires and hits, but, again, Entei barely felt any of it.
"But, what's wrong?" Nelson wonders.
"Those attacks had no effect at all!" Misty says.
"Entei's strong!" Brock says.
Then Nelson says, "Fine, then. Use Headbutt, Misdreavus!"
Misdreavus charges in, but Entei retaliates with a powerful Roar that sends Misdreavus back to its Pokéball.
"Oh no!" Nelson says, shocked.
"That was a Roar!" Mew says.
Entei proceeds to walk off.
But Nelson calls out, "Entei, stop right there!"
But Entei leaps away with a mighty stride over Mew and the others. And into the trees.
"Come on guys, let's go," Brock says.
"Right!" the group says.
Soon, the gang and even Nelson hurry into the woods to find Entei and Molly.
A bit further into the woods, Entei lands on its feet and lits down, allowing Molly to climb off.
Molly looks at Entei and says, "Um, thank you."
Entei stares at Molly and vice versa. Entei learns to look at Molly. Surprisingly, Molly is able to reach her hand out to pet it, and it is not even flinching. In fact, Entei is comfortable. It then shakes it's main a bit as it lowers its head to the ground, to reveal a Pokemon Egg. It's brown with red and yellow markings at front and gray at the back.
"Is that for me?" Molly says, confused.
Entei remains silent, but Molly understands.
She takes the egg and says, "Thank you."
Suddenly, they hear Mew's voice, "Molly!"
"Molly!" Brock calls out.
"Where are you?!" Misty calls out.
Then Entei speeds away without another word. Soon, Mew and the others rush over
"There you are!" Brock says.
"Are you okay?" Mew asks.
"I'm okay," Molly answers. Then shows the egg, "Look what Entei gave me. It's an egg."
"That's cool," Tomo says.
"You got an egg too," Jen says.
"That's great," Mew says.
"And we're glad that you're okay," Misty says.
"Yeah," Nelson says.
He then sighs and collapses.
"Nelson, are you okay?" Mew asks.
"I never would've thought Entei could use Roar to counter the effects of Mean Look!" Nelson says. He then smiles, "But now I want that Pokémon even more!"
"Challenge it again, Nelson. Keep at it," Brock says.
Nelson gets up, "And then, someday, I will catch that Entei."
"Yeah, we know you will," Mew says.
Later on, Mew and her friends are now walking along in the sunset after saying goodbye to Nelson and his Pokemon friend. After all the excitement at the hot springs, Larvitar became more at ease with everyone, except for the occasional hurt feeling or two. Also, Mew has been able to meet Rntei and receive a Pokemon Egg from it. Now Mew and friends continue happily on their journey to Mt. Silver.
