-The Cave-

Mario arrived as usual, but no Luigi. Ness stared at the others and gave them a confused look. They all shrugged their shoulders.

Ness: "Mario, where's Luigi?"

Mario: "Why do you ask?"

Ness: "Well, who's going to clean the place up?"

Mario: "It doesn't need to be cleaned. Look around you."

He's right, no one went to the bathroom today.

Ness: "Who's going to collect our cans?"

Mario threw a Pokeball and out came a Mr. Mime.

Mr. Mime: "Mime!"

Mario: "He is."

Ness: "Why not Luigi?"

Mario: "Why do you care? Are you planning on something?"

Ness: "No, I'm just confused."

Mario: "Good. Stay confused. I like it when you don't understand. Makes you look stupid."
Ness: "Gee, thanks."

Mario: "Now anyway, I only came here to give you guys food."

Sonic: "Oh boy, what's today's special? Oh, let me guess, is it cat food?"

Mario: "Bingo!"

Sonic: "Knew it."

Gordon: "Are you proud of yourself?"

Sonic: "Yeah, a little."

Gordon: "Jesus Christ."

Sonic: "What's a Jesus Christ?"

Gordon: *Sighs*

Mario handed Mr. Mime their cans of cat food. The Pokemon gave them each one and went back to Mario's side. For some reason Mario didn't leave. He watched them eat like a creep. They all ate in silence. They were too afraid to speak. Mario could hurt them at any second. Once they finished, Mr. Mime collected their cans. He smiled at Mario and did a little dance.

Smack!

Everyone winced when they saw Mario slap Mr. Mime across the face.

"I didn't see you double check the cans! Check them right now!" He barked.

"M-Mime…" The Mr. Mime took out the cans from the plastic bag and made sure that the lids were still intact.

"You're going to carry these all the way back."

"Mr. Mime…" Mr. Mime nodded.

The prisoners watched as Mr. Mime gave them a depressed look and left the cave. Mario gave Ness a dirty look and also left.

Sonic: "That was crazy. Why'd he slapped the shit out of that Pokemon?"

Gordon: "Why are you surprised?"

Sonic: "I expect it from Ness, but an innocent Pokemon?"

Ness: "Why me in particular?"

Gordon: "They're animals trapped in a ball. People treat them like slaves all the time."

Sonic: "I know but…"

Kawasaki: "Maybe he's not a nice guy as he seems."

Sonic: "Kawasaki, you can't be serious. He kidnapped us."

Kawasaki: "Oops, I forgot. Sorry."

Ness: "How?"

Gordon: "He's dumb, that's how."

Sonic: "True."

Gordon: "Dammit… Where the fuck is Luigi?!"

Ness: "I don't know! I think something bad happened to him."

Sonic: "You think Mario beat him up or somethin'?"

Gordon: "No, Luigi likes it."

Sonic: "Only if it's Ness."

Ness: "I think he likes getting hit in general."

Sonic: "I think it's specifically when you do it."

Ness: "Why?"

Sonic: "Bro said he loves you."

Ness: "Right…"

Sonic: "Honestly I'm not sure why he didn't show up tonight."

Ness: "We need him to sneak the lid."

Gordon: "We're going to have to wait until tomorrow."

Ness: "Sorry, Gordon."

Gordon: "No, I'm sorry. I shouldn't have yelled at you."

Ness: "It's ok. I get it. We've been here for too long."

Gordon: "I just… I miss my life."

Ness: "Me too. I miss my bed, my bathroom, my tv, my video games, and most importantly I really miss Lucas."

Gordon: "I'm sorry."

Ness: "I miss him so much and I don't know what that clone is doing up to. I'm afraid everyday that he's doing something terrible to him. Not to mention that he likes me more than a friend. I had no idea… The clone is taking advantage of his feelings."

Sonic: "You can't be serious. It was so obvious that he had a crush on you."

Ness: "I'm serious. Honestly, it's hard to believe that anyone would like me like that."

Sonic: "Really?"

Ness: "I have no confidence. I don't know how to talk to people."

Sonic: "Weren't you outgoing when you were a kid?"

Ness: "Yeah, but I'm not a kid anymore. I realized how scary the real world is."

Sonic: "Damn."

Ness: "I have so much anxiety. I can't help but fear that whenever someone hangs out with me, it's either out of pity. I think such toxic thoughts like… Like maybe it's better if I'm alone. Having friends is hard. There's so much energy involved and what if I do something to upset them. Heck! I have! It was awful. I still think about it sometimes. It's exhausting. I'm such a flake, but they still want to hang out with me. At least that's what they say, but I feel like they're not really thinking that. It might be a status thing. I don't know."

Sonic: "You don't think they actually want to hang out with you?"

Ness: "No… I'm just scared that I'll do something that'll make them hate me. Anything could happen. I can't read people and that scares me. Everything is so complicated and unpredictable. I just… I'm so exhausted. I have been before I was kidnapped."

Sonic: "Ness…"

Ness: "I also… I know I've only met him once, but I wish I could hear my dad's voice one more time. I wish I was there when he called. He's gone and I… I wasn't there to tell him that I love him. I… I can still hear his voice in my head sometimes. It happens randomly. My ears refuse to believe that he's gone, but… I know… I know he's gone. My dad is gone. Is this how Lucas felt when he lost his mom? It… It hurts. I used to talk to him about my problems on the phone, but… I can't anymore, right? Even if I escape, the phone won't be his voice anymore."

Sonic: "Damn, Ness I had no idea…"

Ness: "It's fine, I just… I don't know. I don't know why I'm saying all this…"

Ness noticed that tears were falling from his eyes. He needed this. He's never vented about this before. His dad being gone made him feel lonely and he's never told his best friend Lucas that he doubted their friendship. He couldn't. He never felt 100% completely safe with anyone before. Why now is he talking about it and to these guys of all people?

Ness: "I'm sorry… I… I don't know where all this is coming from."

Gordon: "It's ok to cry. Don't apologize."

Ness: "But… I never told anyone. Not even Lucas. I… *Sobs* I don't understand…"

Gordon: "Sometimes it's comforting to tell strangers your problems."

Ness: "Is that why?"

Gordon: "Could be."

Ness: "Wow… *Sobs* T-thanks, guys."

Sonic: "You know we're dicks, but we're also prisoners like you. I know we're not the closest, but we're still here for you."

Gordon: "We're all suffering, Ness. You're not alone."

Ness: "Guys…"

Kawasaki: "I'm here for you!"

Sonic: "It's fun to tease you, but I don't hate you."

Gordon: "You fuck up a lot, but I mean… who hasn't? I've messed up a lot in my life. So again, I'm sorry for blaming you for everything."

Ness: "Guys… *Sobs* I… I promise I'll get us out of here."

Sonic: "You're not alone, I promise I'll get us out too."

Kawasaki: "Yay! Teamwork!"

Gordon: "Us losers gotta stick together."

-Finding The Travel Machine-

Little Mac went to the ER to drop off Duck Hunt. Unfortunately the nurses stopped him again. They were suspicious. He keeps bringing in injured people. In the corner of his eye as one of the nurses was questioning him, he saw Dark Pit crawling on the floor. Wait, what? What's Dark Pit doing here?

"Dark Pit?" Little Mac called out.

The nurses turned their heads around and gasped. Little Mac mouthed sorry as he saw Dark Pit give him an annoyed look. The nurses immediately went over to the Dark Angel and picked him up.

"Let go of me! I need to see Pit stain!" He yelled.

Pit? He's here too? Little Mac wanted to check up on the two, but he's on a mission. He needs to go back to Kirby. He left the hospital and went straight for the garden. He called out her name, but she didn't reply. He searched the entire garden. He even checked every bush, but he couldn't find her. Oh no, something happened. Something definitely happened. Where is she? Who took her?!

Little Mac immediately went to Villager's place. He saw that his balcony door was smashed. He climbed up to get to the balcony. He went inside the room, but neither Villager and Kirby were present. If Villager doesn't have her, then who does? Dammit! Fuck! He sat down on the couch. He loves Kirby, but he needs a tiny break. This whole situation is frustrating. It's not her fault of course. It's just… He took a few deep breaths. She wouldn't give up on him. He got back up on his feet and jabbed the air a few times. Ok, let's do this! Let's find her!

-Finding The Travel Machine-

Kirby needed to do something. The aura was getting bigger and bigger each second. Think Kirby, think. She tried wriggling her way out, but Incineroar's grip was too strong. Think, what can she do to break out?

-Flashback-

Kirby and Link were reading a book together. They took turns reading a page. It was so much fun and she was learning a lot. She continued to read until she found a word she wasn't familiar with. She pointed at it.

"Hey, Link, what does tickle mean?" She raised a brow.

"Hmm, I'm not sure how to explain but I can show you."

"Yes, please!"

Link tickled Kirby's ribcage and for some reason the feeling was so uncomfortable that it forced her to laugh uncontrollably. She was kicking at him, but he continued to tickle her. It was fun, but also the worst. He finally stopped when she kicked him on the chin.

"Hahaha! Ok, ok I'll stop," Link laughed.

"W-what was that?"

"That's tickling."

"It was awful."

"But fun, right?"

"Yes, strangely."

"Did you want to tickle me for payback?"

Kirby jumped on him and started tickling him. He couldn't stop laughing. She felt powerful. She didn't want to stop. His face turned red and he pushed her off. Darn, it was so fun! He ruined the fun.

"Kirby, jeez you got way too into it," He continued to laugh.

"I felt powerful."

"That's the power of tickling. A human's ultimate weakness."

"Does it work on other animals, too?"

"Yeah, other mammals. Reptiles and birds though, nope. Hmm, wait, I think it works on Pokemon. I've watched a few battles and some of them have the move tickle."

"Pokemon react to tickling?"

"Yeah! I remember Red talking about it. I know a bit of Pokemon trivia."

"Wow, you're so cool!"

"I… I mean, Pokemon are interesting," Link blushes.

"That makes you cool!"

"I guess."

"Can I tickle you again?"

"No way!"

"I'm gonna tickle you!"

"Stay away from me!"

Kirby leaps on top of Link and starts tickling him again.

"Kirby! Hahaha! Stop I'm gonna pee!" Link begged.

"Power!"

"KIRBYYY! HAHAHA!"

-End Of Flashback-

Kirby wiggled her fingers. She can barely reach Incineroar's rib cage. She started tickling him and he immediately started laughing uncontrollably. Incineroar was too distracted to realize that his grip wasn't as tight. Kirby ducked underneath and Incineroar was hit with Lucario's aura blast.

Incinceroar was blasted and his body flew on a bunch of metal crates. He hit his head on the corner of one. It stabbed his skull and blood was pooling out. This caused the cat to be knocked out unconscious.

Lucario put his hand on his mouth. Did he kill Incineroar? He was frozen in shock. There's no way he did that? He was too surprised to realize that Kirby was behind him. She punched the back of his head as hard as she could. He fell on his face and the impact broke his nose. He tried to get up, but she grabbed his head and continued to smash it on the ground over and over again. She stopped when she saw a pool of blood was getting bigger on the floor. She dropped his head and breathed heavily.

She started to cry. She really is a monster. She can't control herself when she's scared. She looked at her hands and they were shaking. She did it again. She went too far. Yes, they were trying to kill her, but… That doesn't mean she should kill them too. She should've stopped. Even if it's self-defense this is…

She grabbed Lucario's body and cried all over him. She hugged the Pokemon tight in her arms. Rest in peace, Lucario. She gently put him back on the floor and went to the speaker. She kissed it and became Mike Kirby. She left the building and started running. She wasn't on the rooftop anymore, so maybe she won't be as noticeable.

She was running around in Smash Downtown city. After a bit of running, she found a bench and sat on it. She put her head down and put her hand on her chest. Her heart was beating so fast. She couldn't stop herself from breathing so heavily. She has to find her way back to the garden. Little Mac is waiting for her. He's definitely worried sick about her.

As she was about to get up, she was blasted. She fell on her face. She struggled, but she was able to lift her body up a little. She looked behind her to see Mewtwo floating in the air. His purple eyes luminated in the darkness.

"This ends here," He telepathically talked to her.

This is the strongest Pokemon in the world. She felt so weak. Can she even beat him? She doubted it. Her legs were covered in cuts and bruises. She felt extremely sluggish. Her brain felt like someone was squeezing it. Sharp pains were the only thing she could feel all over her body, and now she's about to go up against the strongest Pokemon.

"Mewtwo… Don't… I'm not a murderer," She whispered.

"Not a murderer? Then why did I see my fellow Pokemon dead on the floor not too long ago?"

"I… I didn't mean it…"
"I'm sorry, but a monster like you shall be perished by my own hands."

"Mewtwo…"

Mewtwo started charging up his strongest move. She didn't have the strength to dodge it. She stared at him with a miserable look as she saw his hyper beam get larger and larger. She closed her eyes and buried her face in her arms. Wait, this isn't the end. She still had one trick up her sleeve. She's still Mike Kirby. She had enough willpower to summon a microphone. She screamed at her legs to get up. It was difficult, but they got up. She looked up at Mewtwo and apologized in her head. She put the microphone up to her mouth and…

"AAAAAHHHH" She screamed as loud as she could.

This caused a shockwave throughout smash downtown. All the glass shattered. The ground started to shake. Mewtwo felt a gust of wind and then nothing. He stared at the monster, shocked not knowing exactly what she did. He saw the glass hit the floor, but he didn't hear it. Then he felt hot liquid oozing out of his ears. His psychic powers failed him and he fell on the floor. His entire body was paralyzed and before he could do anything else his consciousness left him.
