Clone Ness woke up. He stretched his limbs and turned around to face Lucas. He was still sleeping peacefully. He pulled Lucas closer to him and started petting his hair. He planted a kiss on his cheek and couldn't help but smile. Last night was amazing! They got so close and he hated to admit it but Lucas might be better than… Oh my god… Leaf.

His happiness faded away as he realized what he had done. He's so fucked. God dammit! He's still dating Leaf. He was so in the moment last night that he totally forgot about his girlfriend. Holy shit he's a dick. The only problem he thought about last night was if Mario found out. He forgot that he was already dating someone else. How could he forget? That's gotta be the dumbest shit he's ever done since he's been alive.

Ok, don't panic. He can still fix this. He can tell Lucas that he was in the moment. He's not ready for a relationship. Oh no, but then he'll be crushed. Things will become awkward between them and what if he doesn't want to be friends anymore!

Ness started having a panic attack. He put his hand to his chest and started breathing heavily. What should he do? Should he break up with Lucas or Leaf? Perhaps both? Oh god, he cheated. This isn't the first time, huh? He fucked Luigi. Man, he's the worst. Ok, well it's to fix the issue, but how?

"Hm? Ness, are you ok?" Lucas tugged on Ness's arm.

"Aaah!"

"S-sorry, I didn't mean to scare you."

"It's ok. Hahaha! I was just thinking about something. Yeah I'm ok."

"What were you thinking about?"

"Uh… About breakfast."

"Oh, well if you want we can go out."

"Perfect! Um, but I do have a request."

"Ok."

"Can we be lowkey about us dating?"

"Yeah ok."

"Wait, really?"

"Of course."

"Alright, well where do you wanna go to eat?"

"Um, we can go to Smashbucks."

"Perfect, let's go."

The two walked to the cafe. Ness ordered first. He ordered a breakfast sandwich and a latte. Lucas ordered a mini omelet and a cup of coffee. Lucas was about to pay for his meal, but Ness slipped in his card first. He looked at Ness shocked. Ness stuck his tongue out and winked. He then went over to a table. Lucas followed behind.

"You didn't have to," Lucas said, sitting down on the chair.

"What, are you getting upset at me because I treated my boyfriend?" *Smirks*

"B-boyfriend?!"

"Uh, yeah. We became official last night."

That's right. They're dating now. Lucas still couldn't believe it. He felt his face getting hotter. Boyfriend, huh? So, this is really happening. After all these years, his dream finally came true.

"So guess what?" Ness beamed.

"What?"

"I was thinking you and I could go to an abandoned area. There's this amusement park not too far from here."

"A-abandoned area?! I don't know…"

"It'll be fun~"

"Um, ok if you say so."

"Yes!"

"Gee, Ness. I'm not used to you being like this. You used to never like going out."

"That's because he's lame."

"Who?"

"Huh? Oh, I meant to say that's because I was lame."

"You're never lame."

"Psssh back then I was."

"What made you change? It happened out of nowhere."

"Being kidnapped does shit to ya."

"Yeah, ok that's true."

"Anyway, it's going to be so much fun~"

"Haha… Yeah."

After the cafe date, the two started walking around the smash mansion and talking. That's when Ness realized that his phone beeped. It was a notification. He checked his phone and saw that Leaf texted him. He opened it up.

Leaf: "hey I'm not doing too well. It's about Red he's… idk. Can u come overr? I want someone to talk to."

Leaf: "hello?"

Ness: "Sorry I fell asleep earlier last night. Rn i'm with Lucas, but I will gladly hang out with u soon."

Leaf: "Ok i'll see u sooon

Shit! Dammit, he should break up with her before things get too out of hand. It's going to be rough. Damn, he really doesn't want to break up. They get along so well and the sex is great. What should he do? Aww, but he had this thing planned with Lucas tonight. No, he can still do it. He has to juggle between them. He can do that. Easy peasy.

"Hey, Lucas, I'm really sorry, but Leaf is having a hard time and she wants me to help her," Ness said.

"You and Leaf?"

"Yeah, we've been hanging out."

"Oh. I had no idea."

"You don't have to worry about her. I'm gay."

"You're not bi?"

"Nope."

Lucas was happy to hear that. He doesn't have to worry about girls at all. He gladly said his goodbye. Besides, he can do his own thing now. Lucas liked being alone. Hmm, now's the perfect time to play video games.

Ness rushed over to Leaf's room and knocked on her door. She opened it and was surprised to see him.

"I thought you said you were coming over later," She said.

"Yeah, well I lied."

"You weirdo."

"That's me."

She let him inside. He sat on her bed and contemplated if he should break up with her or not.

"Thanks for coming over. I've been doing not so well," She said.

"Talk to me."

"Well, it's about Red."

"Ok."

"He's been so angry lately. We've been distant since he lost his Charizard. I understand his pain, but also… He became obsessed."

"About the imposter?"

"Yeah. I can't talk to him like a friend anymore. All he talks about is killing her."

"That's a bit much."

"I know, like I get it, but it's starting to scare me."

"I bet you've never seen him like this, huh?"

"No, not at all. He's always been so chill."

"I think you gotta give him space. Let his anger burn himself out."

"I know, but then I'll be all alone. He's my only friend that I enjoy being with."

"Hey, what about me!"

"Well of course you too, but Red and I, we go way back. I don't want to lose him."

"Don't think of this as losing him, think of this as letting him calm down until he figures it out. Still be there for him, but you know, don't hurt yourself in the process."

"When did you get good at therapy?"

"I've always had it in me."

"Really? You? You really have changed."

"For the better?"

"Absolutely."

"Ha! I told him I was better."

"What?"

"Oh, sorry I don't know where that came from."

"Uh, ok. Well, anyway I'm happy you're here. I feel a lot better when you're around."

She turned to face him with stars in her eyes. She looked so beautiful. He couldn't resist any longer. He kissed her on the lips. She was shocked at first because she didn't expect it, but it was a nice distraction from all the bad that's been happening.

The two started making out. He pinned her to the wall and started biting her neck. She let out a light moan. She reached into his pants and took off his belt.

["Eager, aren't we?"] He whispered in her air.

This gave her goosebumps. She was so excited. She needs this. She needs him. She grabbed the back of his head and pulled him closer. He slipped his hand underneath her shirt and started groping her breast. She pushed him down onto the bed. She took off her shirt and unhooked her bra.

Damn she looked good. He shouldn't but his brain wasn't able to convince him anymore. He liked both Lucas and Leaf. He can't decide. Well, maybe he doesn't have to. If he can keep this a secret, then no one will have to get hurt and he can have both. Sure, it'll be tough, but hey Lucas didn't even know he and Leaf were hanging out. She thinks Lucas and him are friends. It's perfect, they don't suspect each other at all. He's gotten this far, so he's sure nothing bad will happen.

Gordon couldn't believe his eyes as he watched Ness degloved his hand. He could never in a million years do that to himself. How did Ness do it? How was he able to stick through it? Gordon was wrong about Ness. He thought he was a fuck up whiny mess. He was nothing but that. That guy is crazy.

Gordon stared at Ness's skin. It was still in the shape of his hand. He started to shake. Oh god, he couldn't imagine how painful that could have been. Where is he now? He might die from blood loss. He said he will come back for them, but he can't if he's fucking dead. Yes, it was a stupid idea. A stupid crazy brave idea, but in the end of the day, he was able to escape and Gordon was still stuck here wasting away.

He heard Mario humming his theme song. Oh god, here he comes. He's going to find out that Ness is missing and who knows what Mario will do to them.

Mario: "Why, Hello everyone. I have some news to tell you."

Everyone was silent. Mario looked around the cave and realized that Ness was missing. He dropped his bag that was full of medicine for Sonic and the cat food.

Mario: "Where the fuck is Ness?!"

Everyone continued to be silent.

Mario: "GORDON! WHERE DID HE GO?!"

Gordon: "He…" *Stares at the skin*

Mario covered his mouth with his hands. He couldn't believe it. There was blood all over the shackles and the skin of Ness's hand. His hands started to shake. There's no way he actually did that.

Mario rushed out of the cave and looked around. He saw a trail of blood droplets. He went deep into the fucking forest. This isn't good. He needs to find him as soon as possible before he does something.

He threw out his Mr. Mime to take care of the prisoners. Mario hated doing this, but he picked up Ness's skin. He took out his Arcanine and made the Pokemon smell it. It tracked his scent. He hopped on its back. The Arcanine let out a cry and started following the trail.

-Lost In Melee Mountain-

Ness continued to follow the white markings. However, unfortunately the white markings disappeared. He still hasn't seen anything that looked like shelter. FUCK! It's ok, keep calm. Please keep calm. He sat down and started crying. He's hungry, he's tried, and his hand fucking hurts.

This is too much. Everything is so exhausting. His dad is gone. The clone took his life. He's been treated like an animal for 8 months. He almost got raped! He heard a murder scene, and he watched Luigi slam his hammer on Sonic's head. His life is fucked!

Ness looked up at the sky and realized it started getting lighter out. It must be dawn. He stayed up a whole 24 hours. Wow, no wonder why he's exhausted. His vision was getting blurry. It must be from all the blood lost. Whatever he does he can't fall asleep otherwise, he will never wake up again. He can't. He can't. No… His eyes are getting heavier each second.

Ness was about to pass out, but he felt something land on his messed up hand. It didn't hurt for some reason. He opened his eyes slightly and saw a butterfly. This butterfly seems familiar somehow. It made him relax. In fact, it somehow gave him energy. He watched the butterfly fly away into the distance. This butterfly… It…

Ness stood up and tried PK life up. It… It worked. He saw his fucked up hand heal right before his eyes. In fact, he felt great! It healed his face and everything. He couldn't believe it. T-there's hope after all. He got up and jumped up in the air. For once something is going his way.

"Where is he, boy?" A voice was heard.

Fuck! He poked his head out from the tree and saw Mario. He was riding an Arcanine. Shit… He spoke too soon.
