Yes, this was that fast! I just literally wrote this in an entire day because I was that enthused. I'll discuss more about certain elements but hope you enjoy this!
"Any updates on the other universes?" Miriam asked Uatu.
"Yeah, what's going on with Earth-2000?" Mei concurred.
"Sylvie has got to be up to something." Priya said.
"Well, more or less that she's not the only outside threat who has infiltrated that universe." Uatu answered.
"What do you mean?" Asked Tyler.
"After Sylvie," The Watcher began to explain. " Two more threats appeared not too long after."
He continued, "The first being Mesogog of Earth-1993. In another universe, ten years after the first recorded team of Power Rangers came another in the long line."
Uatu then showed the besties a series of images of the Dino Thunder Power Rangers performing their heroic battles.
"I love the Power Rangers!!" Abby screamed with excitement.
Uatu chuckled before moving on.
"In Reefside, California; a team of Power Rangers led by a veteran of the originals, Tommy Oliver, fought against one of their greatest foes; Mesogog."
Mei and her friends recoiled in fear upon seeing the villainous dinosaur themed villain as he hissed.
"Mesogog was Dr. Anton Mercer. A scientist, when experimenting with dinosaur DNA, transformed himself by accident into an alter ego; a personality and form different from his human self." He explained as he showed the transformation and the monster's own exploits.
"Why would someone experiment with dinosaur DNA?" Tyler asked in confusion.
"Because science?" Abby shrugged.
He continued, "Mesogog intended to reclaim the Earth in the name of the dinosaurs, wanting the Earth to return to the prehistoric era. Until finally, Mesogog freed himself of his human persona and accelerated further into madness in order to destroy the Rangers. But as always, the Rangers triumphed. Destroying his life's work but not before having one last personal battle with the Rangers."
The besties witnessed Mesogog turning into the Mesomonster and fighting the Power Rangers team until his inevitable defeat. The teens were impressed with the battle.
"But you said he infiltrated Earth-2000, how did he come back?" Mei asked in confusion.
"I'm getting to that." Uatu answered. "In Earth-2000, the chi wizard Daolon Wong after escaping his outcome as a result of the Deja Vu spell, resorted to darker means of getting revenge on Jackie Chan by combining a spell of necromancy and dimensional travels."
The old wizard was in an abandoned warehouse, surrounded by candles that dimly lit the interiors.
In a drawn circle, Daolon Wong kneeled as he chanted his spell.
"Gods of Death..." The dark chi wizard chanted in Cantonese, "bring forth a champion who would bring upon an age of destruction and darkness! From another world, another time! Bring forth the best of champions!"
As blue smoke erupted from his fingertips, they formed into a swirling circle of clouds for a moment until they erupted into a bright light.
To the astonishment of Daolon Wong, levitating in the bright light were bones of somewhat human and dinosaur all scattered. Until they started to connect and locked in place as they finally formed a body when the skull was reattached to the neck bone after the jaw was locked in place.
Suddenly, blood began to appear-restoring his bloodstream and soon his flesh. His flesh was completely restored. And with another flash of light, it dematerialized after a moment and soon enough on the floor, the figure in a landing position, soon stood up on his feet after opening his eyes and gasped.
The figure in dark, black clothing with three clawed fingers and a dinosaur-like monster head looked around his surroundings and then at his claws. Mesogog had returned and fully formed again much to his pleasure.
But upon seeing Daolon Wong, who looked on in awe, Mesogog hissed.
"Who are you?!" Mesogog demanded.
"I am Daolon Wong." The dark chi wizard introduced himself. "I have brought you back and into this universe."
He added, "I require your assistance for revenge!"
"What are you talking about?" Mesogog inquired.
"Daolon Wong then told Mesogog everything about Earth-2000." Uatu said. " The story of Jackie Chan, Jade, Uncle, the Talismans, Shendu, every event he knew and experienced, he told Mesogog."
"And it was there, Daolon Wong realized he made a grave mistake." Uatu added in a grim tone.
"Fascinating..." Mesogog said with interest. "But there's only one problem."
"And what pray tell is that?" Daolon Wong narrowed his eyes in suspicion.
"You." Mesogog simply said.
Daolon Wong gasped in shock.
"I'm afraid I'm not some lap dog for you to push around." Mesogog said with a bit of intensity. "I'll be the one to destroy this Jackie Chan and his apparent family."
"You cannot do that!" Daolon Wong shouted in anger. "I brought you back! You should obey me!"
"If you've read Frankenstein, you would know the monster rebelled against his creator." Said Mesogog. "But that being said, you didn't create me and I have my own agenda."
"And you're not part of it!" He angrily added.
"I brought you back, I can destroy you!" Daolon Wong exclaimed in anger.
Suddenly, the dark chi wizard screamed in pain as a yellow beam from Mesogog's forehead managed to hit Daolon Wong's head.
"Did not see that coming, did you?" Mesogog darkly chuckled as he used his psionic beam on the dark chi wizard.
Daolon Wong screamed in pain more until finally, he transformed and shrunk into a glass container with him paralyzed and inside it.
Mesogog sighed in satisfaction.
"Business as usual." Mesogog quipped.
Mesogog once again looked around his surroundings.
"There's possibilities I could do with this place." Said Mesogog before staring at the container that had Daolon Wong.
"It doesn't hurt to start over." He then added.
"And so he did." Said The Watcher. "In a very short amount of time, Mesogog managed to create a new homebase and a new laboratory with equipment he managed to find or steal. Enough so, he managed to perfect his inviso-portal technology to extend to multiversal travel.
And even he was the reason Drago had gone missing. For he had kidnapped him and Drago being Drago, he did not take that well. But unfortunately for Drago, he bit off more than he could chew when dealing with Mesogog."
Mesogog slid across the floor upon being blasted by Drago but appeared unharmed.
"What can you possibly do to hurt me?!" Drago said in his usual arrogant fashion. "I'm invincible!"
As Dragon began to charge at him, Mesogog struck back with his psionic beam. The beam encased his head and Drago began to scream in pain as his knees weakly gave in.
"But how?!" Drago screamed. "It's impossible!"
"Where in my universe, I had years of perfecting my abilities." Said Mesogog as he stood up and marched toward Drago in a dominating fashion.
"Whereas you only mastered powers you just stole for a couple of days." The mutant dinosaur added. "And yet, you lack coordination and ambition!"
Drago looked on in horror as it became evident he had been bested and overpowered by someone better and dangerous.
Drago screamed once more in both fear and distraught before completely turning into a container like Daolon Wong. But to the surprise of Mesogog, he saw purple streams of light escape Drago when he shrunk and spread across into different corners of the world.
"Curiouser and curiouser." Said Mesogog.
"The side effect of shrinking Drago had caused a side effect of the demon chi escaping him and spread throughout the Earth once again." Said Uatu the Watcher. " And so Mesogog made it his goal to once again, have the planet ruled by dinosaurs and find the demon chi so he could use for his experiments including creating monsters and create weaponry, to combine technology and sorcery. Even going so far as to recreate his Tyrannodrones."
He added, "In the meantime, he made trips through the multiverse to kidnap subjects so he could create dinosaur mutants out of.
His new generals consisted of humans from a few Earths such as J.T. Lambert and Dana Foster of Earth-878992, Joey Russo and Six Dorothy LeMeure of Earth-017591 and Dorothy Jane Torkelson of Earth-092191."
Mesogog looked at his new generals with interest as they stood in line in a militaristic fashion. Each one resembling a mutated humanoid dinosaur; all devoid of human features.
One resembling a reptilian with a birdlike pterodactyl beak. One resembling a spinosaurus with sharp jaws. One resembling a mutated tyrannosaurus rex with a large jaw. One resembling a mutated stegosaurus with spikes and dorsal fins around her body along with a spiky tail. And finally, a mutated humanoid dinosaur with triceratops features and Claws with a bad perm around her head.
"J.T. and Dana became Chamberlain and Spinosaur." Uatu continued on. "Joey and Six became Chomper and Spike. And finally, Dorothy became Cera. They were the new generals working for Mesogog. Nothing of their humanity remained. And now, Mesogog was ready to enact his plans."
Uatu then turned around and he noticed the expressions of disturbed fear on the besties.
"That guy is seriously disturbed." Miriam said as her jaw dropped.
"How bad is the other guy anyway?" Mei asked albeit hesitantly.
"I'm afraid as bad." Answered Uatu beside expositing. "For this incarnation of The Master was after his tenure as Harold Saxon ended in defeat thanks to Martha and the people of Earth helping The Doctor. But after surviving an encounter with the Time Lords, he traveled through the multiverse and infiltrated Earth-2000 and interestingly, he remembered something about his previous incarnation..."
A man with short blonde hair and a beard in dark clothing such as his hoodie, pants and shoes, was digging in the playground of an elementary school.
"Where is it?!" The Master asked aloud in an irritated fashion as he continued to dig after a while.
Until finally, the shovel hit something.
"Yes!" He exclaimed excitedly as he tossed the shovel aside.
He dug with his fingers and found a cube shaped container much to his satisfaction.
He stood up as he held the object in his hand and then pressed his right hand on the top. A bright light emitted-indicating his hand was scanned and approved.
The container opened to reveal talismans with each animal of the Chinese zodiac; the Talismans of Shendu.
But inside with them, was a small platform like device.
"Let me remind myself of what I said." The Master said as he pressed it.
Upon activating the device, a hologram of his previous incarnation, The War Master, appeared in front of him.
"If my future incarnation is viewing this message, or any of my past selves, then I'm pleased to see you found the talismans. This message is only ever for future or past incarnations that share my DNA." The War Master began before he continued.
"In the event I fail, past or future incarnations will receive these talismans to further my plot to conquer the Multiverse. Unless in the event I meet my past and future selves we collaborate.
In any case however, to whomever incarnation finds the Talismans of Shendu, they are yours. Do however you wish with them but be warned, there will be people looking for them. Specifically, this Jackie Chan, his niece, his extended family and Section 13. They will undoubtedly want these talismans back. But I trust you'll safeguard them and put them to good use. Do not fail."
With that, the hologram disappeared.
Tossing the message aside, The Master bolted away with the talismans in hand.
"And so The Master went to work." Uatu said. " The nefarious Time Lord decided to create weapons with the powers of the talismans."
The Watcher continued on. "He managed to have every weapon absorb the energy of the talismans to give them their power and in turn, sell them on the black market to either normal humans of this universe or in other universes. Making deals with even the most dangerous of alien races and their variants such as the Kree or the Sontarans.
Creating weapons such as a gauntlet powered by the Dragon talisman. But his greatest creation, being a different gauntlet that is powered by all twelve talismans; similar to the Infinity Gauntlet.
And of course, no villain is without their henchmen. For upon his recruitment from the multiverse, he gathered the Inhuman forces Lash, Sheath and Mordis of Earth-61065, enemies of the Inhuman Royal Family. The latter, an enemy of Spider-Woman.
And given The Master had learned of Jackie Chan when stealing his Uncle's book, he received further Intel about Chan and his family and allies thanks to further research on his exploits."
The Master stood from across the antique shop Uncle's Rare Finds with a sadistic look of glee on his face with hands behind his back as he stood ominously at the place.
"Your day will come, Chan." The Master said. "And there will be nothing you can do to stop me."
With that, he cackled loudly before departing.
"This did not go unnoticed by Sylvie, however." Uatu said.
Elsewhere from her base of operations, Sylvie viewed Mesogog and The Master via portal windows that allowed her to see what was going on.
"I do not appreciate competition intruding on my plans." Sylvie frowned.
"But as soon as the Tesseract is within my grasp, they won't matter." A grin formed on Sylvie's face suddenly. "I'll be willing to make war sure but I'll crush the competition!"
"I'll have to make a call to Dar-Benn of Earth-61065 however to update her and get the Kree empire ready for their invasion of this universe as soon as I get the Tesseract." She then added.
"Of course, she had the foresight to hire more help..." Uatu said.
Sylvie then faced her generals, the Black Order of Earth-030165; consisting of Proxima Midnight, Cull Obsidian aka Black Dwarf, Corvus Glaive, Yabbat Ummon Turru aka Black Swan and Ebony Maw, all of them on their knees like knights to their monarchy.
"As soon as the fight against Chan begins, make sure a lot of harm comes to him, his niece, the old man and that overweight imbecile. And kill anybody who gets in your way." Sylvie said to her generals before finishing with, "Understood?"
"Yes, mistress." The Black Order said.
Sylvie then smiled in turn.
"Mesogog and The Master remain threats to Earth-2000." Uatu said. " But Sylvie has proven to still be the biggest threat of the three. And it'll only be a matter of time before the three forces meet."
"That's scary." Mei remarked.
"Until then, however," The Watcher gravely said. "Jackie Chan and his allies will face their greatest battles."

And of course, here's behind the scenes stuff!
- Something I decided to use from L1701E being Mei and her friends from Earth-4113 with Uatu The Watcher. I have plans for them, especially as while the outcome wasn't what I had in mind originally, this would tie in well into what I actually do have in mind for them.
I can't say yet, only Ben2Dartmouth knows but it's a surprise. You'll know it when I finally write a "preview" to say it in one way.
But essentially, I like the idea of the entire Besties interacting with Uatu the Watcher that I decided to take a crack at that.
- The inclusion of Mesogog was also inspired by the recent History of Power Rangers video Linkara made which was also the inspiration of including Heckyl. Both villains just seem fun to write, hence why Mesogog is included.
- Originally like the Heckyl variant, I was going to write a Mesogog variant where he was still alive and include in Elsa and Zeltrax variants.
But telling Ben2Dartmouth the idea, he mentioned what he would do if it were up to him and I wanted to hear out what he had in mind and the more I thought about it, I was more enthused. So I asked him if I could use it and he said yes. Even the line "Business as usual" came from him and said I can include that as well. - The way Mesogog gets resurrected is a reference to how Freddy Krueger regenerated in A Nightmare on Elm Street 4: The Dream Master. Just minus the dog peeing fire. Like, come on, guys. Really?
- I never thought who would kidnap Drago or what happened to him given I mentioned he went missing in The Trickster but ultimately I decided on Mesogog being the reason.
And honestly, him and Daolon Wong being beaten by him I feel would raise the stakes in him being much of a threat to the J-Team for example.
- I thought at least in keeping in the spirit of Jackie Chan Adventures, there'd be something of a quest element between the demon chi being on the loose again and of course, the Tesseract.
- Kidnapping sitcom characters and turning them into monsters. With Mesogog back, originally I did think about him cloning Elsa and Zeltrax to go with the new generals but I decided in the end, it'd have to be new generals and I decided to basically have him do what The Rani does given how I wrote her in Rampage of the Rani.
Sitcom characters being the subjects, basically a sense of dark humor and purposefully I picked four characters from sitcoms I dislike, them being Step By Step and Blossom and those specific characters I hated the most that why not have them become supervillains?
Though on the case of Dorothy Torkelson, I only vaguely remember her show as a kid via Disney Channel reruns as the retooled series Almost Home. I did come across a couple of episodes on YouTube and honestly, I picked her for the sake of including a character from a very obscure sitcom.
- And also, Earth-878992 is home to the TGIF shows of the 80s and 90s like Perfect Strangers, Boy Meets World, Full House, Family Matters and of course Step By Step.
- Cera, Spike and Chomper are of course names of characters from The Land Before Time. A little joke of using names from an innocent children's franchise as names of dangerous villains.
- Chamberlain however I named after one of the Skesis from The Dark Crystal. Even my description is meant to evoke the guy.
- When deciding on the rule of three for villains, I wanted to use a Doctor Who villain and The Master was a candidate. I decided to leave it to a vote on the same Discord chat group which incarnation between the John Simm or Roger Delgado and the former won out.
Though I intend to write the Roger Delgado incarnation at one point.
- I wanted to play with Timey Wimey stuff with the talismans. Basically imply that yes, The War Master gets defeated but he's still crafty and will include some kind of failsafe.- Considering in the final season of Jackie Chan Adventures, there was a time travel episode and the talismans were still in Section 13 despite Shendu getting them back.So this is my answer as to how they came back.
- I struggled to think of a motive as to why The Master would spend time in the Jackie Chan Adventures universe until I thought "Hey, make him a weapons dealer!" And I wanted to give him an army anyway so, yeah.
- Originally, there was going to be a scene with The Master meeting with the Chitauri, a variant of them from Earth-030165 but I couldn't find a way to include that but that is still canon for this one shot. They will be his army.
- Mordis is from the Inhumans TV series and I've been wanting him as a villain for Spider-MJ and wanted to include him at some point. So I did.
- I wanted to make the point that Sylvie is still the biggest big bad out of the big bad three that infiltrated the Jackie Chan Adventures universe. So I included a small scene of hers to remind and illustrate that point.
And since I intend on giving Mesogog and The Master armies and a villain war is going to happen inevitably, it only makes sense Sylvie gets one. And I picked the Kree including Dar-Benn as I had just seen The Marvels which I love and yes, Dar-Benn in Earth-61065 resembles her MCU counterpart.
- Since giving Mesogog and The Master their own generals, I knew I had to give Sylvie her own. So I picked The Black Order.
- I did want them to be from Earth-61065 originally but I felt it'd make sense to have them come from the destroyed universe of Earth-030165 since they have no one to serve and Sylvie is their only option.
- I couldn't decide between Black Dwarf and Cull Obsidian, so I picked both names.
- Wanted to pick Black Swan just because and I like her design.
