Chay
I walked around to check out my new home. I was walking around I came across my brother and his mate. They were talking and having lunch together. I kept going by them. Then I saw Mr. Korn was talking with his brother and a lady. Wait a minute!
"Mom?"
Suddenly, they all looked my way. I wasn't sure if they saw me or not. I took off in the other direction and right into a big guy.
"Oh, sorry."
"Who are you running from, little one?"
"I would say me, but it seems to be someone else today."
"Kim?"
I ran over to him and hid behind him.
"What are you..."
"Have you seen my son? He ran this way, didn't he?"
"No, I didn't. Hey, guys, did you see anybody come this way?"
Keng and Kang looked at Kim, then at the lady.
"No, sorry."
"If you do, see him, tell him to do better here, or he will have me to deal with."
"I will let him know, Mrs. Namphueng."
My mom finally left.
"Chay, she is gone now."
I jumped up and wrapped my arms around Kim, then kissed his cheek before I knew it. Kim's eyes were wide open, looking at me without blinking. I moved away from him.
"I'm sorry."
I turned and ran off again. When I stopped running, I walked into the part of the house where my brother was.
"Are you running again?"
I just looked at him. Before I could say anything, Kim and his friends walked up. Kim put his arm around me. I looked at him with big eyes. He was looking at my brother.
"No, I sent him here because I was talking to Keng and Kang."
"I thought he was looking for an out?"
Keng walked over to the other side and wrapped his arm around me.
"Not today. Chay has too many friends to entertain."
Suddenly, there was more than one disagreeing growl. Keng hurried and moved away. He didn't understand, but he knew he did wrong. He apologized as he moved away. Kim, Porsche, Mrs. Namphueng, and Mr. Korn all growled.
"Is your friend always this disrespectful to your mate?"
"Mom, it was just a joke."
"Be quiet.!."
"Mom."
Kim tightened his grip on me, but I wasn't having any part of it. That was my mistake. I wish I had taken the hint.
