Chapter 4: Manarina:

Max's POV:

We then arrived in Manarina. "This has the greatest wizard school in the world," says Tao.

"It's also where we'll find the Princess," says Mae.

"What's she like, Mae," asks Lowe.

"Her name is Anri," says Mae, "she's my best friend and a lot like you, Tao... except she's more into ice magic."

"Let's go," I said.

. . .

We then arrived at the Manarina school. "So, where's the Princess," asks Luke.

"There she is," says Mae.

Princess Anri was practicing her magic. "Another beautiful wizard," says Luke, "I think I have a type."

"Anri," says Mae.

Anri stops. "Mae?" The two hug. "What are you doing here," asks Anri.

"Anri... both our fathers are dead," says Mae.

. . .

"This is sad indeed," says Anri.

"If you join the Shining Force," I said, "we can avenge your father..."

"I appreciate the offer," says Anri, "but with my Father dead, I now have a responsibility to my kingdom!"

"I understand," I said.

"Max, when you get to Runefaust, deliver this to the one I love!"

"And how would Max recognize him," asks Luke.

"Simple," says Anri, "'he's' the Princess of Runefaust!"

"Oh... I had no idea," says Luke.

"There's another thing," says Anri, "under this school is the Cavern of Darkness! There, you will find... the Sword of Light!"

. . .

We then arrived in the Cavern of Darkness where we ran into dark dwarves, dark mages, giant bats, snipers, and zombies.

"It's just one of those days," says Luke.

We then took them on. Balbaroy took on the giant bats and Hans was firing arrows at the snipers. We then managed to destroy them all. I then opened the case and the Sword of Light revealed itself to me. "Let's keep moving," I said.
