Alex and Charlie were preparing for a day with Bill and Carolyn Standall and their daughters Destinie and Aurie are joining. Alex and Charlie knew that Destinie and Aurie would be overjoyed to get to spend the day with Grandpa and Grandma Standall. And Bill and Carolyn would be excited to see their granddaughters,son and son in law. They were going to spend the day together. It was going to be an amazing day together. First they had to get their daughters awake and ready to go to spend the day with Grandpa and Grandma Standall. Alex went to get their oldest daughter Destinilynn up. He entered her bedroom,stroking her hair as he said,"Destinie,time to wake up sweet princess. You have to get ready to go soon." The little girl woke up,"Hi,Daddy." Alex said,"Hi,sweetie. You gotta get up and get ready." Destinie said,"I want to go to sleep." Alex said,"I know you wanna go to sleep but you have to get ready to leave soon. I want you to guess why you have to get ready." The little girl was thinking,"Go to a place?" Alex said,"Yep,you,sissy,me and Papa are going to be going somewhere soon." She asked,"I don't know where we're going though Daddy." Alex said,"You'll know when we're there where we are going to go soon honey." She said,"Ok. I go to sleep now please Daddy?" Alex said,"I'm sorry but you've got to get ready now." Destinie sighed but nodded as her father scoops her up,"Come here,my precious princess." as he kisses her forehead as she snuggles into his embrace. The little girl said,"I love you Daddy." Alex smiled and said,"Daddy loves you baby girl." She got ready to go after he puts her down before she yawns and starts to fall asleep standing up. Alex noticed and he immediately picks her up and embraced her just like before she got herself ready. He carries her downstairs and sits on the couch with her nestled in his embrace,snuggling.
