This is the second to last chapter of the story. I am hopefully posting this with the previous chapter so there is not much confusion. Did I cut and paste from part of the last chapter? Yes. Does it make sense to because both are going up at the same time? No, but get over it.

Chapter 6: Puppet v. Lion and Bear: Return of the Beasts
Signaling them to backup Davis led them into a building. "So both of them have spirits with them but Machinedramon is still trying to get the thunder spirit out of wherever it is. Also, Piedmon used to know them when he was a rookie." Izzy summed up.
"Pretty much. What are we going to do?" Yolei said.
"We split up. One group takes care of Puppetmon and gets the beast spirits back and the other group goes after the spirit of thunder." Gennai said.
"Who goes in what group?" Ken asks.
Just then there was a ding from Izzy's computer. "Ken, Cody, Kari, and I along with our digimon go after Beatlemon. Both of them can get it while Kari and I take out Machinedramon. The rest of you go after Puppetmon." Izzy said reading Davis's email.
TK looks over at Davis "Are you sure?"
"Positive. If we don't take both out at once they might have the chance to warn the other." He signed which Gennai translated.
Nodding Tai called out "Alright everyone clear?"
Getting nods of agreement from everyone he said one last thing before they split up "In one hour if the other group hasn't heard anything from the other we go looking for them. Stay safe everyone."
With those parting words, they split up. Tai led the others toward the outskirts of the city to find Puppetmon. It wasn't hard even with such a big team as Puppetmon was scheming ways to get Machinedramon in trouble, catching the digidestined and what kind of prize Piedmon would give him for catching them while laughing insanely every few minutes because of the plans. Eventually, he came to a mansion-like house on the other side of the city from where they were.
Not wanting him to get a chance to do something to the beast spirits, TK shifted into JagerLoweemon while Matt and Joe shifted into Kazemon and Kumamon respectfully.
"Hey, Pinocchio." JagerLoweemon called out getting Puppetmon's attention. "Weren't you just looking for us?"
The puppet-like digimon turned towards them cackling before taking the wooden cross on his back and throwing it at them. Kazemon flew up and the other two ducked under it only for the Dark Master to the Warrior of Darkness with his hammer yelling "Bad Kitty."
Snapping out of their shock, the rest of the digimon attacked. With 11 digimon working together, they were quickly overtaking the mega digimon when he sent a smoke bomb off in the middle of the groups blocking their view and making the humans in the group cough. "Anyone know where he went?" Tai asked.
Kazemon cleared the smoke just in time for them to hear the doors slam shut. "My guess in there but I might be wrong." Ikkakumon said. Kumamon just gave him a dirty look before walking up to the doors.
He looked at it for a few minutes before turning to Greymon and asking "Do you think you can ram it?"
Greymon took a couple of steps back before charging forward with his head down. The doors flew off their hinges and hit Puppetmon who was behind them laughing at them. Upon realizing that they got in he took off running into the manor. The others walked into the manor behind Greymon just in time to see the evil puppet run. Tai looked at the assembled group and said "I think we need to split up. We need to find the beast spirits before he can get to them and we need to find him before he gets the chance to alert Piedmon."
The others nodded and Gennai said "I'll stay here and see if I can get in contact with the other Warriors and Lord Cherubimon. We don't know what kind of experiments that Puppetmon and, Ophanimon forbid, Piedmon did to them."
Breaking into three teams each person took a section. Tai, Greymon, Izzy, Kabuterimon, TK, and Pegasusmon, took the upstairs. Sora, Birdramon, Joe, Ikkakumon, Yolie, and Shurimon took the second floor. Mimi, Lillymon, Matt, and Weregururmon took the ground level.
Puppetmon was hiding in the attic knowing that they might find him called Piedmon. "What do you want?" the evil clown asked.
"They're in the house. Those wretched digidestined are coming for me. Save me."
"Use the beast spirits to attack them. By the way, is that fool Gennai with them."
"Good thinking," Puppetmon said before getting a confused look on his face. "Yeah, why?"
"Oh, no reason. Yes, I do believe I'll be coming." Piedmon said before shutting off the communication device. Turning to the Datamon near him he said "I want those pesky digidestined switched now."
Puppetmon stared at the device for a second before laughing and turning to the box next to him and opening it.
Tai's group was looking for Puppetmon or beast spirits when they heard a rumbling coming from in front of them that was all the warning they had before they heard twin calls of "Lupin Laser" and "Bolo Thunder."
"Run." JageLoweemon called.
The whole group turned and ran trying to outrun the metal wolf and beetle tank. Kabuterimon turned back intending to stop them using "Electro Shocker."
JageLoweemon seeing what he was doing called out to him "Wait stop. Metalkabuterimon is the Warrior of Thunder. That won't work."
But that call was too late. The electrical ball hit the Warrior of Thunder and did nothing. "Ah oops." the beetle-like digimon said.
"Lupine Laser." The wolf said monotonously.
The beam knocked Kabuterimon backward into a wall. The Child of Hope turned to look at the controlled beast spirits heading towards and made a decision. He turned to Tai and told him. "I'm going to try and stop them. Once the fight starts, run."
The Child of Courage nodded knowing that there was no way that they would win the fight. JagerLoweemon turned back towards the advancing beast spirits and got ready to attack. He lept towards them with a cry of "Ebony Blaster."
When the smoke from the attack cleared JageLoweemon returned to human form and said "That's it?"
Lying on the ground in front of him were the totems of MetalKabuterimon and KendoGarurumon. Picking them up he walked back to where the others were. Meeting up with the others they decided to go find the others to make sure that they weren't in serious danger.
They had just reached the stairs to go down to the second floor when they felt a blast of cold air. Exchanging looks of shock they raced down the stairs and nearly slipped from the ice on them.
Turning a corner they found Birdramon and Shurimon trying to hold off an ape with dreadlocks and axes while Ikkakumon was lying dazed on the ground with Kumamon firing his blizzard blaster at the approaching beast spirit. Greymon took the opportunity of not being seen to unless his "Nove Blast" at the beast spirit. Stunned by the attack TK shifted to Loweemon and used "Shadow Lance" at the same time as Kumamon used "Frozen Tundra."
The two attacks hit Koriikkakumon taking him out. There was a glow and it flew into Kumamon. Joe shifted back and faced the others. "Well, that happened." Sora said.
"At least you guys only had one after you. We had two." Izzy said.
"MetalGarurumon and MetalKabuterimon were not fun." Kabuterimon said.
"It would have been better if someone hadn't tried to use electricity against the Warrior of Thunder." Kouichi gave a light glare at the beetle.
Sora looked around at the damage from the battle and said "If we had to face the Warrior of Ice and you guys had to face the Warriors of Thunder and Light. Doesn't that mean that the Warrior of Wind is left?"
Nearly cursing at the fact that the last group with the least amount of people had to fight one of the Warriors on their own, Tai and Joe raced down the stairs with the others behind them. What they saw was Gennai missing, Kazemon and Lillymon locked in aerial combat with Zephyrmon and WereGarurumon facing down both Piedmon and Puppetmon while trying to protect Mimi. Not wasting any time Joe digivolved into KorIkakumon and went to help WereGarurumon while TK changed into Velgamon to help take down Zephyrmon. With the appearance of KoriIkakumon joining him WereGarurumon lept at Puppetmon with his "Blow Hard" attack.
Kazemon unleashed her "Hurricane Wave" Zephyrmon but it was dodged. However, Velgamon was behind her and used "Dark Vortex" on her allowing Lillymon to use her "Flower Cannon". The combined attacks defeated the Beast Warrior of Wind allowing Kazemon to absorb her other half.
Seeing that the two on the ground were having a hard time beating the two Evil Masters Velgamon unleashed his "Dark Obliteration" attack. The attack missed Piedmon who jumped back but hit Puppetmon killing him.
Piedmon looked up at the vulture digimon circling him and chuckled. He held up a keychain that resembled Gennai and left after saying "I can for what I want and got to see that the false Warriors are almost complete. Oh well come and get me."
Landing and transforming back TK sent the totem for Metal Garurmon through his shadows to Kari to help in her fight. The others had just landed when a bright light came over the group. When it cleared there were 8 confused humans, a Garudomon, a Lillymon, a MegaKabuterimon, a Shurimon, and a SkullGreymon standing where the others were.
One of the boys was about 17 years old with brown shoulder-length hair and reddish-brown eyes. He had on an orange shirt with blue tiger strip designs, blue pants with orange tiger strip designs, and brown boots. Another boy was about 17 years old with dark blue almost black spiky hair, golden-orange eyes, and two hoop earrings in both ears. He had on blue jeans with a brown belt, rips on one leg, a skull and crossbones decal on the other, a black long-sleeve shirt, and brown leather wrappings on his hands. He had a brown leather shoulder pad on one shoulder with the strap going over his chest, black buckles on his other arm, and light blue shoes with magenta toes. One of the girls was about 17 years old with mid-back length orangish-red hair tied up in two high pigtails and bright blue eyes. She wore an orange top and a knee-length skirt with nude tights underneath. Her shoes were tan ankle boots that didn't have heels. Another boy was about 18 years old with short brown hair and blue eyes with a mischievous spark in them. He wore a white shirt and brown pants. His shoes were brown and magenta sneakers with matching fingerless gloves.
The last girl was about 17 years old with green hair and dark brown almost black eyes. She wore a light to dark pink halter dress that had vine and leave designs on the top and green detached sleeves that ended in a yellow flower-like opening. She wore green knee-high boots with a yellow flower on them and a light to dark pink hat. Another boy about 16 years old with short black hair with grey eyes. He had a black shirt with a blue jacket and blue jeans. His boots were blue with black laces. One of the other boys was about 15 years old with short blond hair and blue eyes. He had a tan jacket and pants on with a light brown shirt underneath his jacket. His boots and gloves were goldish brown with designs. The last boy was about 13 years old with red hair and yellow eyes. He wore a white tunic top and pants with two belts around his waist. He had green sandals and a green cloak one with his face and head covered by a white mask-like fabric.
Matt looked at the confused group and said the one thing on everyone's mind. "It looks like whatever Datamon did finished. I think it would be best if we did a role call to figure out who everyone is."
"Greymon." Said the teen in the tiger strip outfit.
"WereGarurumon." The teen that looked like a punk rocker said.
"Birdramon." Said the girl with the twin ponytails.
"Ikkakumon. I think this is great personal. So many new opportunities for pranks." this remark came from the teen in white. It also led to Joe facepalming at the fact that the only thing his partner could think of was the pranks he could pull now.
"Lillymon." said the girl in the pink dress. Once they had a name and face the others could see that very little changed about her.
"Kabuterimon." the boy in blue and black said.
"Pegasusmon." the teen in tan said.
"Shurimon." the last teen said.
It didn't take much to piece together which digimon was who. Joe exchanged a look with Matt and said "I think it would be best to go meet up with the others. The same thing must have happened to the others. I just hope any battle was over before the digimon became human."
It took me close to a half hour to come up with the designs for the humans and in the end, I tried to figure out how to incorporate their schemes in human form. The only ones I didn't have a problem with were Magnamon (who I had come up with a while ago), WereGarurumon, and Lillymon who both were clothes. But who is Piedmon, why do the other Warriors know him, and why did he call them false Warriors? Another question why was it that Davis's throat was healed?
