The Furious Wolf

Disclaimer: I do not own Halo or The Fast And The Furious franchise in any way, shape, or form, they belong to their respective owners.

Gwynx: Thanks!

Grudgematch: You'll find out soon, don't worry. And no, he won't. Dot can handle herself just fine, she's an A.I after all.

Jestalnaker94000: Sorry about the massive hiatus again, but hopefully this chapter was worth the wait. And it really is with young Dom's stubbornness. And who know he might build her one for Christmas.

Memnon45: Glad you like it!

NightEternity: Just a few more.

Guest: I suppose he could, but not sure if he would due to not being proud of his Reaper Days, especially after returning to them following the Fall of Reach.

CrimsonN7: You're welcome, and sorry for the hiatus.

King Kroniiclez: Who knows, he might get his shot.

MarauderPrime12: The same can be said about this chapter, too.

tylerlane8: Cheers, man. I'm glad you're like the story.

Statess: Well, for the moment. But this is a young Dom that we're talking about.

DeathCrawler: That it is!

Shashenka: You're welcome!

DarthRevan1998: Thanks, will do!

DRAGONfromheaven: Well Jesse was killed at the end of the first film, but it's a shame that Leon was never brought back into the franchise like Vince was, but considering his fate perhaps it for the best that Leon stays away.

Unknown 425: Thanks.

Guest: There isn't a Huragok in this version...at least at the minute. But that might change later if one turns up.

Sixfan29: It is, even if it went back on Hiatus again. There's a pretty big one in this chapter. It would, especially considering their origins. She probably will in time unless he figures it out by himself. And mid-rant too! More Leon than Jesse. Yeah, even if they're one and the same. He wants a better life for his family, even if at this point, they've already stolen over $6 million dollars' worth of goods.

shugokage: Thanks!

War Sage: Thanks. And there is a pretty big scene with Six and Mia in this chapter. It's a young Dom, one that's more hot-headed than in the later films. It was more a passing comment with Jesse, it's Leon that Dot needs to look out for lol.

Savitarsuffer: It really does, at least young Dom. And agreed about Vince. It would also help Six move on from Reach, honouring his team and accept what happened. Whether Six would run it, or Dot is still undecided if I do include Noble Industries in this story. They won't find out for a while that Six is the Ghost, but if he's been with them for years at that point, they no doubt will see that he's not the same person that he was when he first arrived there. And true about Brian, though it has to be done tactically otherwise Vince, and maybe Dom too, will be out for blood.

Mark91: It was bound to happen eventually. And when Mia does find out it might just be the end of their relationship, though if they've been together for years at this point, she might see that he's not the same person that he was. And at this point Six has known Mia properly for nearly three weeks but has known her for four weeks since there was a week where he was working on the supercar. And I think that this story will be a strictly Six x Mia pairing.

sniperbro1998: You'll have to wait and see.

Celtic. J: Not at all, lol.

Crimson1997: I'm hoping that their encounter with him look good and didn't come across as cringy. And thanks, it means a lot!

haha. plogue: I didn't lose interest, just working on other stories.

raven2327: You're welcome!

A fan: She is. And when she meets everyone, she might make a passing comment to Leon.

Mhkmasterofodst: I did years and years ago but like with all my stories back then I gave Six Forerunner augmentations and armour making him too OP, and I really wouldn't know where to start the story.

Nikkless: Here you go!

Chapter 19.

Leaving the bedroom after getting showered and dressed for work, Dom left Letty who was still sleeping soundly in bed. Quietly closing the door, not wanting to wake her, he turned and made his way down the hallway. Climbing the stairs, he stepped into the front room to find it empty, not even the TV being on.

Not expecting the others to be up yet and knowing that Mia would have already left for work, he had a feeling that Jericho would be out in his workshop. Deciding to grab a drink before talking to him, Dom walked across the room and into the kitchen. He really didn't want to get Jericho involved, but with Jesse injured and out of action for a while, he didn't really have a choice.

It had been almost a week since their encounter with the Ghost with only a few stolen cars and a broken hand to show for it, the former which Letty was still raging about. Jesse was more worried what his old man would say when he learnt that the Jetta was gone. And while annoyed that his Skyline had been taken, Leon just happy to still be breathing. As for him, he was pissed.

They hadn't been hurting anyone, and yet the Ghost had to come along and stick their nose in where it wasn't needed or wanted. And now because of them, everything was gone. Not just the cars that they used for street racing and had poured thousands into, but the Honda's that they been using. Leon and Letty were also out, both still refusing to have any part in the hijackings, and with Jesse injured it left only him and Vince, and since they had no cars, no gear, they had no choice but to stop...at least for now.

All they had right now was Vince's Maxima and his Barracuda, the latter which still need work. It was up and running, but he still needed parts for it to stand any chance of winning any races. Having to start from scratch again, he couldn't help but be reminded of when he first got out of prison. The only difference this time was that he had contacts, favours that he could call in. He also needed to find replacement for the cars that Letty, Leon, and Jesse had lost.

Not to mention think of something to tell Brian and Jericho if they asked what happened to their old ones. Forgetting about that for the minute, Dom grabbed a drink before leaving the kitchen and headed back through the house. Putting his shoes on, he opened the door and stepped outside. Walking down the driveway, he rubbed his eyes that watered a little from the bright sunlight.

Passing the cars that were parked outside the house, he saw that Brian had also left for work. Good, he wouldn't have to worry about him overhearing his conversation with Jericho. Reaching the bottom of the driveway, he found the workshop doors open. Walking through them, he spotted several metal crates that hadn't been there the night before meaning that his friend had been while they had been sleeping, once again missing meeting her. And at this point he was starting to wonder if she was even real.

Tearing his eyes from the crates, Dom looked across the room to see Jericho working on the Mazda that had been stripped bare, the panels currently laying on the ground, and was currently removing the windscreen.

"Need help?"

"Undoubtedly."

Taking that as a yes, Dom walked over to give him a hand. "Looks like you've spent a small fortunate." He remarked, glancing at all the high-performance parts on the workbench and on the ground, even if Jericho probably didn't pay for them since he designed them. "Not worried about losing all the money you're putting into the Mazda when I win her back?"

"No."

"Because money means nothing to you?" Dom questioned. Even weeks later, he still had no idea how Jericho got the money to buy this place. And not just the house, but everything else, too. The cars, the parts to build and upgrade, and even the supplies that he had brought to renovate the store for Mia, along with the truck to transport it all. There was no way that he had brought everything with the money he earned from his time in the military, not even with whatever money he still got from them.

"Because you would have to beat me."

Helping Jericho move the windscreen, Dom smirked. "Alright, let's not get carried away. You only won because you were racing a sleeper." He voiced, slowly lowering the windscreen onto the ground.

"If you raced like you make excuses." Jericho remarked dryly, getting an amused look from Dom.

"Funny, I don't remember this competitive drive a few weeks back." Dom commented, recalling how uncomfortable and out of place Jericho looked when he and the others arrived at the race to find him standing with Brian and Hector, and even trying to leave the second that the race was over. To be honest, he really hadn't been expecting him to show up, but he proved to be a man of his word.

"A lot can change within a few weeks."

Dom looked at him. "Such as?" He asked, having a pretty feeling that Mia was behind it. You'd have to be blind not to see how close they had gotten over the last couple of weeks. It was also the happiest that he had seen his sister in a very long time...which made everything more difficult. If they had to flee Los Angeles if the cops ever discovered that it was them behind the hijackings, would she even want to leave, and if she did then would Jericho come with them, give up the life that he had made for himself.

"An absence of silence."

Knowing that he was dodging the question, Dom changed the subject. "You doing the Mazda up for Race Wars?"

"No."

Undeterred by his bluntness, Dom continued. "Judging by the parts, I'm guessing that you've already worked on a design." He asked rhetorically, already knowing that he had. And naturally, he was curious what he had come up with considering what he had done with the Ford Mustang.

"Hm."

"Want help putting her together?"

"Don't you have work?"

Looking at him, Dom answered. "I've got some time to kill." He told him, mostly because he was waiting for Leon and Vince to get up. Letty hadn't left Jericho's since their encounter with the Ghost, and there wasn't anything that Jesse could really do at the minute with one functioning hand.

"Hm."

Taking his grunt as a yes, Dom walked over and opened one of the metal crates. "Listen," He began, deciding to stop beating around the bush. "I need your help with something tonight." Ever since meeting the Ghost, Vince had been more on edge than ever, and because of that his distrust of Brian continued to grow with him still believing that he was a cop...and with his disappearing acts becoming more frequent this week, even he was starting to wonder if Vince was onto something.

And with Jesse being injured and Leon having no car, he had no choice but to ask Jericho for help. And if what was on his file was true then Jericho definitely had the skills to help them out.

"With?"

Dom picked his words carefully. "I can't tell you, I just...

"Brian?"

"...How did,"

"Vince has been rather vocal with his opinions." Jericho answered. Looking at him, he continued. "Do you think it wise to take him?"

Looking back, Dom replied. "You don't, I'm guessing?"

"He has made his hostility for Brian transparent, and his reason for it." Jericho pointed out. "What if he is a member of the local law enforcement?"

Slightly thrown off by how he referred to the cops, but not as much as he used to be, Dom answered. "I'll handle it." He voiced cryptically.

"You're aware that the punishment for killing a law enforcement officer is a life sentence, or the death penalty." Jericho stated, and when Dom opened his mouth to retort, he continued. "You'll be looking over your shoulder for the rest of your life."

Dom said nothing.

"And what of Leticia?" Jericho asked. "I hypothesize that you both plan to produce offspring eventually, continue your bloodline."

No longer surprised how he phrased it, Dom responded. "Not how I would..."

"You planning on doing that as a fugitive? Hardly fair on your offspring, or your significant other. And what of Mia?" Jericho asked with Dom frowning. "She lost her parents, Jakob," Dom's frown was replaced with a hard look at the mere mention of him. "And if you go, that's all her blood-related family gone. You don't think that it'll have a psychological and emotional impact on her? Because it will."

Again, Dom wrestled with his thoughts. "So I should do nothing?"

"You should." Jericho replied. "Because if Brian is an undercover cop, you tracking him down in the middle of the night will be all the confirmation he needs to know that you're guilty of whatever he is potentially investigating."

Slowly acknowledging his words, Dom begrudgingly agreed with him. Though there was a part of him that wondered if he knew why Brian, if he was a cop, was investigating them. It wasn't even a question; Jericho was the smartest person that he had ever met. Figuring out it was them behind the hijackings wouldn't be difficult for him, even if they had covered their tracks.

"And if he is," Jericho continued, putting emphasis on if. "His investigation will only last for so long. Surely keeping our heads down for a couple of weeks isn't beyond your capabilities."

Despite the sarcasm, Dom knew that he was right. "...alright." He begrudgingly relented. His words about hurting his sister by leaving her behind bothering him, as did the thought of not being there if him and Letty ever started a family of their own. "Vince isn't going to like this." He thought to himself, already knowing how he was going to react when he learned that they weren't going to deal with Brian like he said they were.

It was later that day. Inside The Racer's Edge to maintain his cover, Brian sat behind the counter. He had little over a week left before Bilkins pulled the plug on the investigation, and he still had nothing. The last reported hijacking had been weeks ago; and whatever trail there had been to follow was long gone.

While Tanner still believed Dom was behind it, he was doubtful. Vince? Sure, but he didn't have the brains to pull it off. But Dom was far too controlled to resort to suicide runs, and he wouldn't be stupid enough to slap bright green neon onto the cars, either. That only left Johnny Tran and his crew. He had only met him the once, but from their brief encounter where his Eclipse was destroyed, they easily could have pulled it off. They had the numbers, driving skills, and...

Hearing the bell chiming, Brian looked over to the front of the shop to see Hector and his crew walking through the door. "Harry. What's up, dawg."

"Excellent, brother. Come on in, man. Check it, it's yours." Harry greeted back as they walked into the shop.

Walking past Harry, Hector approached the counter and smirked at the girl behind it. "Damn. What do we have here?" He asked making her smile, then looked over at Brian who got up from where he was sitting. "Hired some new help, huh, white boy?

"Don't even think about it." Brian grinned approaching the counter.

"All right, like that." Hector said, bumping fists wit Brian. "Where you been, white boy? Getting that ride of yours fixed?"

"Nah, I lost my Eclipse a while back." Brian told him. Getting a curious look, he brushed it off. "It's a long story. But I got a replacement."

"That Supra out front?"

"That's her."

Hector whistled in appreciation. "She's a work of art."

"She is." Brian agreed, very happy with his custom-made Supra that he had a big part in designing with Jesse and Jericho. And yet, he also felt guilty about all the money that Jericho had put into the car knowing that he wouldn't be there forever...something that bothered him more than he thought it would. Even with Vince there, these last few weeks had been the most fun he had in years; and within another week it would all be over. Forgetting about that for the time being, he talked business.

"So, what's up, man?"

"I need you to hook me up. Three of everything. I made a list." Hector told him. Pulling out a scrunched-up piece of paper, he handed it to Brian who accepted it. "Why don't you look that over."

Opening the paper, Brian smoothed it out and looked at everything Hector wanted. "When do you need this stuff by?"

"Tomorrow, today, now. Come on, man, white boys work fast, don't they?" Hector said impatiently.

While Hector said something in Spanish, Brian typed in everything that he wanted on the computer. Once he did, his smile slowly faded when saw that the parts were for a Honda Civic. "And you want three of all this stuff?"

"Yeah, three of everything." Hector confirmed. "What do you think about that? Check this out." Tearing his eyes from the computer, Brian looked to see him holding a wad of cash that only furthered his suspicion that he earned it doing more than just street racing.

Opening the front door, Six stepped into the house. Dom had left several hours ago, taking Jesse, Leon, and Vince with him giving him some semblance of peace and quiet...but not entirely. Nearing the end of the hallway, he heard noise coming from inside. Walking into the front room, he found Letty on the couch playing the Home Entertainment Console that he had built on Monday.

"Sup, Gigantor."

"Nothing is sup, Leticia." Six replied, walking over to her to see that she was once again playing the same game that she always did. "You know there are other games."

"Need for Speed is a classic." Letty defended her favourite game. "And your friend only made it better. Speaking of which, when are we going to meet her."

"How should I know?"

"You embarrassed of us or something?"

"Incredibly so."

Smirking, Letty continued. "Yeah, well, the feeling is fuckin' mutual." She retorted back at him. "But seriously, when are we going to meet her? We've been here for weeks,"

"I know."

"And we still haven't seen her." Letty continued, pretending that she hadn't heard him.

"Try waking up earlier, Leticia."

"Try building rooms on the surface." Letty shot back, not even reacting to the Leticia remark.

Six looked at her. "I didn't build the house." He informed her as he stood behind the couch and watched as she continued to play her game.

"That's surprising."

"Is it?"

"With how fucked up the layout of this house is, I'd have thought you were to blame." Letty commented dryly. "And are you going to keep standing there?"

"Undecided."

"Yeah, well hurry up and decide." Letty grumbled at him. "You're giving me the creeps just standing there."

"I aim to please." Six returned. Putting his work on hold for the moment, he walked around the couch and sat down next to Letica. Watching her play the game, crashing headfirst into oncoming traffic, he spoke. "I hope you drive better in person."

"Shut up." Letty snapped at him, her little crash letting the A.I's come racing past her and putting her from first to fourth. "That was your fault."

Undeterred, Six countered. "Only the incompetent blames those around them."

"Fuck you." Letty growled, scowling when she came third. "You distracted me."

"You should have remained focused, Leticia."

Her scowl deepening, Letty sat up and aggressively snatched the other controller from the table. Not taking no for an answer, she smacked it into his chest, all but telling him that he was playing. "You got any co-op games?" She asked rhetorically pressing the home button on her controller and clicked on the games and applications box.

"How should I know?"

"Because you built it."

"I built the Home Entertainment,"

"Just call it a console." Letty interjected, cutting him off. "You don't have to call it a Home Entertainment Console every damn time." She grumbled while looking through the games, trying to find one where she could kick his ass.

"As I was saying," Six continued despite the interruption. "I built the Home Entertainment Console, he said, earning a glare from Letty. "I did the hardware; Dot did the software."

"...whatever." Letty mumbled under her breath before stopping on a game. "What's Gears of War?" She asked reading the title that gained her interest.

Six replied. "We've already been over this, Leticia."

"We've already been over this." Letty repeated mockingly before clicking on the game and waited of it to load up. She had never heard of it before, and with a title like that it definitely would have been a game that would've pulled her in if she saw it.

After spending the day working at the store, Mia could be found in the kitchen. It had been six days since Jack's had opened and things couldn't have been better. Yeah, they were stupidly understaffed, and by that she meant that it was just her, but they were making money again; and this was just the first week.

Nothing like Dom earned racing or even in the garage, but it was a start. She might even be able to hire some proper staff rather and have more than one day off a week...but that was a ways off yet. But the fact that she was even thinking it showed how things were finally starting to turn around for them. And it was all because Grumbles had walked into her life.

Hearing the microwave beep, she walked over to the cupboard. Opening it, she grabbed a bowel from within. Closing the door, she walked over to the microwave and pressed the button making the door swing open and grabbed the bag of popcorn. Tearing it open, she poured it into bowel. Tossing the empty bag into the trash, she left the kitchen and headed into the front room where she heard a chainsaw coming from the TV as everyone, but Brian, Dom, and Jericho sat on the couch.

"Such bullshit." Vince grunted. Walking over to them, Mia wrinkled her nose as she watched him or Letty, she wasn't sure who was who, used the chainsaw attachment on the gun to carve through one of the enemies as she placed the bowl of popcorn next to the food and drink on the coffee table.

Leon looked at him sharply. "I'm not going to tell you again." He warned Vince. "And don't start." He begged him, feeling a headache coming on again. "You haven't shut up about it all day."

"For good reason." Vince growled.

Sitting down on the couch next to Letty, Mia looked between Leon and Vince. "Shut up about what?"

"Care to do the honours, V?" Leon smirked smugly around his toothpick. "You know, seeing as how you brought it up and all."

With a scowl, Vince did. "We were meant to be going out tonight to deal with the Buster and prove to Dom that he is a fuckin' pig, but the big guy talked him out of it." He told them, still annoyed that they were doing nothing.

"At least one of you has common sense." Mia commented through a smile, happy that Grumbles had managed to talk Dom out of going. Not only was the Ghost still out there, but if Brian really was a cop, then she knew that her brother and Vince would do whatever it took to keep their family safe, especially V who was just looking for any excuse when it came to Brian.

"Complimenting your boyfriend? That cute."

"And shouldn't you be talking sense into yours?"

Never taking her eyes from the TV, Letty mowed down the Locust. "This is the first I'm hearing about it. Not that it would do much good." She muttered. Even after they had nearly been killed by the Ghost, Dom was still planning on hitting more trucks. Yeah, well, he would be doing it without her. She wanted no fuckin' part in it.

"What wouldn't?"

Hearing her brothers voice, Mia glanced over her shoulder to see him walking over to them...alone. "Talking sense into you." Letty told Dom as he came over and sat on the other side of her.

"About?"

"About what you were originally planning on doing tonight."

Not missing his sister's tone, Dom looked over at Leon and Vince, knowing it was them. "Really?"

"Hey, don't look at me!" Leon cried out, not appreciating the accusation. "He's the one that was bitching about it." He finished, nodding over at Vince.

Vince scowled. "I wasn't bitching."

"Yeah, you were." Practically everyone chorused, which only made his scowl deepen at the betrayal.

While Vince scowled, Mia turned to her brother. "Where's Jericho?"

"Jericho? I thought he was Grumbles?"

Before Mia could retort to Letty, Dom interjected. "Still down in the workshop. It was getting a little too technical for me."

"Not for me."

Leon offered Jesse a sympathetic look. "Well, one-arm Jess, there's not much you can do at the minute." He said with a wince, earning a dirty look from his best friend, one that made him grin.

"I'll leave you to your game." Mia suddenly said, finding it way too violent for her liking. Getting up from the couch, she moved around it and walked across the front room and down the hallway. Slipping on her shoes, she opened the door and stepped out into the cool night breeze. Navigating through the darkness, she followed the light that was coming from within the workshop.

Inside of his workshop, Six placed his tools down and examined the new key that he had built for the Mazda. Except for when he procrastinated with Leticia on the Home Entertainment Console, he had spent most of the day working on the car. The interior had been completed to an acceptable level, one that he was contented with. The analogue dashboard had been removed, replaced with a digital one. As had the steering wheel, along with...

"Do you ever stop working?"

Tapping the touchscreen, Six answered Mia. "Only when I'm interrupted."

"And yet you're still working."

Hearing her gentle gait approaching, he replied. "You're not interrupting me."

"Careful, that almost sounded like a compliment, Grumbles." Mia teased. Walking over, she stood next to him by his workbench. Looking at what he was working on, she saw him holding an intricate device in the palm of his hand. "What's this?"

"A key."

"For the Mazda?"

"Hm."

Mia smirked up at him. "And what was wrong with the one it already had?"

"It lacked the features I require."

"Such as?" Mia inquired; her curiosity peaked. And rather than answering with words, Jericho tapped the front of the key making her jump and unconsciously grabbed and squeezed his muscular arm when the Mazda started. Looking at it, she watched in astonishment when the naked car drove across the room and over towards where they were standing.

"Okay, now you're just showing off." The brunette grinned as the Mazda stopped by them.

Six looked down at her. "I don't flaunt." He stated firmly, which only made her smile more.

"You know, I'm almost tempted to ask if you want to upgrade my Acura." Mia remarked half-playfully, half serious.

Looking down into her gentle brown eyes, Six replied. "And if I did?"

"Then I'd be stupid not to let you." Mia responded, staring up into his intense blue eyes.

"Hm."

Smirking, knowing that he was agreeing with her, Mia continued. "I heard about what you did today. Thank you for talking sense into Dom."

"I'm not going to let you lose your family."

Hearing his firm conviction, the brunette smiled softly. "You think I'm going to lose my family to street racing?"

"Street racing, no."

Noting how he phrased it, Mia's smile slowly fell, a pit forming in the stomach. "...what are,"

"Word of advice, if you're going to talk about hijacking trucks don't do it in a room that has camaras." Six interrupted.

While surprised that the front room apparently had camaras, Mia felt the blood drain from her cheeks. Taking a nervous breath, she spoke. "Then you know about..."

"I do."

"...So, what now?" She whispered quietly, almost scared to hear his answer, expecting him to be angry that they had brought the Ghost to his door…and a part, a selfish part of her was worried that he would tell them to get out of his house, that he would call the cops on them.

"For now, I need you to keep this just between you and I while I try and fix this mess." Six told her, his eyes never once leaving hers. "It shouldn't be too difficult."

Feeling her heart race, the crippling fear that had been consuming her for the last two months since Dom and the others had started hijacking trucks slowly subsided, though it did very little to rid herself of the dread of the Ghost finding them. "You're going to help us, even after..."

"They haven't hurt anyone." Six interjected, stopping her. "And like I told you, I'm not going to let you lose your family, Mia." He promised her. Family meant everything to her...and losing hers would destroy her. While he knew she had the strength to endure it, she wouldn't be the same woman that stood before him right now.

"And how are..."

"Let me worry about that."

Staring at Jericho, her heart pounding against her chest as she looked at him that only increased with his reassurance, Mia suddenly grabbed him by the front of his black tee and pulled him down, pressing his scarred lips against her and finally kissed him.

Freezing the moment that her lips touched his, his mind told him to pull away, that he didn't deserve her after the violent, and unredeemable animal that he had become since returning to ONI, but his body reacted differently. The key dropping onto the workbench, Six kissed her back. Her lips were soft, softer than anything that he had ever experienced and filled his chest with that strange, but not unwelcomed sensation that was eerily like the adrenaline he got from battle, only more pleasant.

Slowly ending the kiss, Six and Mia pulled away and stared into each other's eyes. "You have no idea how long I've wanted to do that." She said smiling up at him.

"Mia," The Spartan began only to be silenced with another kiss, one that he returned. Ending his second kiss, he sighed against her lips. "You're making this difficult." He admitted to her, making her smile.

"Good." Mia whispered back. "I already know what you're going to say, but I know that you want this as much as I do."

Six hesitated. "You deserve better than me."

"Isn't that my decision to make?" Mia asked softly. And not letting him answer, she went on. "I don't care who you were, only who you're now. The man that makes me happier than anyone ever has, the one that decided to renovate the store so that I would have something else other than a barbecue to keep my dad's memory alive, and the person that said he wasn't going to let me lose my family."

Six said nothing.

"And you did kiss me back; twice."

"...I did." Six acknowledged, albeit slowly. "These last few weeks with you have been the only time in my life that I've felt peace, but it's a peace I know I don't deserve. And someone like me doesn't deserve someone like you."

"I'm not giving up on you, even if you have. And I'm not giving up on us, either." Mia professed, then smiled affectionally. "Especially not after kissing you, Grumbles." She teased him. Her smile still in place, she leaned up and captured his lips for a third time, kissing him softly with her hand coming up and massaging his powerful chest through the fabric of his shirt. And smile when he kissed back.

Far away from Los Angeles and hidden beneath the surface, the hum of machinery reverberated throughout the large underground facility, one that had been former military, but all record of it ever existing had been wiped. The only two people that knew of it's existence were Six, and the man that had sold it to them.

Projected atop the holographic pedestal, Auntie Dot watched as drones buzzed through the facility carrying various parts that had been constructed there; some for Six, others for the projects that she had ongoing. While he might have been contented with hunting down and slaughtering criminals, no contented wasn't the right word, but in his vengeful and hateful state-of-mind, he needed something to take his anger out on. She didn't condone it, but she understood it to a degree. That's what ONI had turned him into,

And just one of the reasons that she had come to despise them for what they had done to him and all the other Spartan-II's and III's. You could argue which program was ethically worse, but they both turned children into the supersoldier, robbed them of their innocence and indoctrinated them into military service. While she was certain that ONI would argue that the III's were given a choice, it was an illusion of one. They asked vengeful orphans, some even as young as three years old that had lost their families, their friends, their worlds, if they wanted revenge,

None of them possessed the mental capabilities to make that decision, which ONI took advantage of, manipulating them when they were at their lowest, and because of that nearly a thousand children had been turned into expendable supersoldiers.

But she had gotten off track,

While Six might have been fine with hunting and killing criminals, even if it had been weeks since he had last been in his armour and done so, she knew that this was too good of an opportunity to pass up. They had been transported to the twenty-first century, either theirs or an alternate one, they still hadn't confirmed which yet, but they had the chance to not only improve the technology of this era but bring about some serious change and...

Looking at the holo-screen that displayed Six and Mia kissing, the A.I beamed. "Yes!" Dot cheered, pumping her holographic arm in triumph. "My OTP has come to fruition. I shall call them, Jerimia."

And cut! And here is finally the next chapter for the Furious Wolf! I hoped you all enjoyed it, and sorry for the long ass wait. I really didn't think it had been that long and when I looked when I last updated, yeah. Again, sorry about that.

Granted not much happened, other than Six and Mia finally sharing their first kiss. And thanks, or unthanks, to his presence, he prevented Dom and Vince from going out looking for Brian, hence why I didn't write the whole segment where Vince knocks Brian out before they go to Johnny Trans garage; just one of the many butterfly effects Six will have on the Fast and Furious universe. But Six will encounter Johnny Tran soon.

And since I mentioned that I was going to include Call of Duty Modern Warfare into the story during the five year time gap, I said that I was going to use the original trilogy since it had all three games out. But since it's been so long that now the remake/reboot trilogy has three games, which series should I use? Original, or reboot? Or a mix of both, such as have reboot Ghost since, at least to me, he has a much better characterization in the reboot?

I also decided to keep the Supra for Brian since I might be giving Leon the Skyline R34 as his replacement.

Not really much to say other than let me know what you all thought.
