The battle against Zohakuten became fierce as the group tried to avoid each of the dragon heads.

"Hinokami Kagura! Clear Blue…" Tanjiro cried out as Zohakuten hit a drum as Tanjiro was hit with a sound attack from one of the dragons and sent flying into a tree branch.

Nezuko went to try and help only to be blocked off by two more dragons while Genya fired at another one only for it to regenerate as it charged at him. Genya let out a roar as he snapped apart the dragon's jaw.

Tanjiro weakly sat up as he coughed a bit. "(M-My eardrums just burst! I'm so dizzy… I can't get up! It's no good! Get on your feet! Hurry!)" he thought as one of the dragons prepared to attack. "(Here comes an attack!)"

Zohakuten banged two of his drums as Tanjiro barely avoided a pressurized wind attack, only for his right foot to be badly injured as Zohakuten continued to bang his drums.

"This is bad. He can use all the attacks from the other four in succession." Sectonia said. "And it looks like they're even stronger than they were earlier."

"At this rate…" Nedris said before one of the dragons lashed out a tongue which extended out into much smaller ones as it latched onto Tanjiro's arm and pulled him into its stomach. "TANJIRO!" she cried.

"It's over." Zohakuten said, preparing to bang a drum, but a miracle soon appeared.

Backflipping into the air with blade in hand was Mitsuri Kanroji as she ran across the dragon that swallowed Tanjiro and sliced it to pieces, freeing him in the process.

"What a ghastly monster! What is that thing?" Mitsuri asked as she piggyback Tanjiro.

"Ms. Kanroji?" Tanjiro asked loudly.

"Are you okay? Sorry I'm late! That was really cutting it close, huh?" Mitsuri asked as she leaped onto the tree branches before landing on the ground.

"M-Ms. Kanroji!" Tanjiro said.

"Tanjiro… You can take a break now! Good job! I'm proud of you!" Mitsuri said, putting her hands onto his shoulders and shaking him a bit.

"(I-I can't hear because my eardrums burst.)" Tanjiro thought.

"Now…leave it all to me!" Mitsuri said as she ran into action as she swung her sword as it waved around like a whip. As one of the dragons charged at her, she wrapped her blade around its jaws before slamming it down, using its body to deflect the other two coming at her.

"Shameless tramp. Die as you are now. Blood Demon Art: Cries of Thunder Death!" Zohakuten called out as lightning surged at her.

"Shameless tramp? What an incredibly foul mouth for someone so young. Oh…but I guess demon's don't look their actual age, huh? Whatever! Love Breathing: Third Form!" Mitsuri said as she performed multiple slashes in midair under the moonlight, dispelling the lightning. "Catlove Shower! Just because you look like a kid…doesn't mean I'm gonna go easy!"

"Holy…" Tanjiro said in shock.

"Incredible. Her sword…it doesn't even look like a sword. More like….a gymnast's ribbon." Sectonia said.

Zohakuten banged one of his drums as one of the dragons sent out wind attacks, only for Mitsuri to dodge gracefully before slashing at it. "Love Breathing: Second Form! Love Pangs!" she said, cutting it up as another tree fired striking shots. "Love Breathing: Sixth Form! Catlegged Winds of Love!" she called out as she cancelled out the attack.

"No good girl…I'll just bury her with a spell." Zohakuten said, striking his multiple drums. "Blood Demon Art: Countless Striking Trees!" he called out as all the dragons came rushing at her.

"Oh no…can she…" Tanjiro said before they saw multiple slashes.

"Love Breathing: Fifth Form!" Mitsuri called out as all the dragons fell apart. "Swaying Love, Wildclaw!" she called before wrapping her blade around Zohakuten's neck. "Got him!" she said as Zohakuten opened his mouth to prepare an attack.

"Ms. Kanroji! That's not the main body! It won't die if you cut off its head!" Tanjiro called.

"(What? No way! For real? I made the wrong call-)" Mitsuri thought.

"Compressed Sound Waves!" Zohakuten called, releasing a piercing sound attack point blank on Mitsuri, but after the attack ended, Zohakuten was surprised at what he saw as Mitsuri was still standing on her knees, though her clothes were damaged. "(Unbelievable! This girl… Even after getting hit by that attack, she's kept her body structure intact! Did she tense up all of her muscles just before she got hit? Nevertheless…she still shouldn't have been able to withstand it! It's baffling! No, wait. I see. This girl's muscular strength…is a mismatch for her build. An abnormal constitution! This is great! Consuming high-quality flesh leads directly to power. But first…let me pulverize her skull and brain tissue!)" he thought as he approached and prepared to finish off Mitsuri.

Mitsuri Kanroji…is strong. Even as a small infant, she already boasted incredible strength when lifting a four kan pickling stone. On top of that, she was also a voracious eater, putting most sumo wrestlers to shame. Plus, she had pink and green hair from eating so much sakura mochi. While loved by her family, this lead to trouble with finding a husband. When she grew desperate, she dyed her hair black and denied herself large helpings until someone would come to her. But…that was not what she wanted. She wanted to be a bride of course. But not by being the girl most men wanted but…

"Protect Miss Kanroji!" voices called out as she snapped back to reality as all the guys, Sectonia, Nezuko and Nedris pushed her out of the way.

"You okay? Better watch yourself around this one." David said.

"O-Oh, yes. Thank you! Oh that's right." Mitsuri said before pulling out a sheathed blade to Nedris. "Master Tecchin finished repairing your sword, Miss Nedris."

"Thank you." Nedris said as she took it and unsheathed it, revealing the blade to be made of crystal with nichirin metal coated on the edge as it glowed a blue hue and upon it being drawn, four smaller blades appeared floating behind her. "Aetherius."

"Wow, now that's a nice sword." Mark said. "Hope you haven't grown rusty with it?"

"It may have been a long time but I will grow accustomed to it again in due time." Nedris said. "You'll watch as we…"

"Deal with this young one!" Mitsuri said as she and Nedris charged at the incoming dragons. "You all…need to find the main body!"

"You got it. This guy's departure is long overdue." David said.

They ran into the woods as the two girls battled the demon as he noticed.

"You little brats." Zohakuten said as he slammed a drum as one of the heads chased after the group.

"Oh no!" Sectonia said before they saw a figure slicing right through it.

"I…I made it!" Hayase cried out.

"Boy, are you a sight for sore eyes?" David said. "But how did…"

"I switched to another blade. Mokuzai o Korosu. The Wood Slaying Blade." Hayase said. "Of course, saving you wasn't the reason I just did that." he said, handing David a new sword.

"Wait…is this…"

"Masakado, reborn as a nameless yet more powerful sword. Utilizing Nichirin Steel, Angel Feathers, Spirit Essence, and Beast Hair. While it can no longer slay gods, it has the power to slay four different things! Demons, Angels, Spirits and Beasts will tremble at its might!" Hayase said.

"Far out." David said as he sensed Hantengu. "Which is great, because it might help put this guy down."

The bundle of wood that Zohakuten had Hantengu protected in was seen trying to slither away as the group soon grabbed onto it.

"Don't let it shake you off! Hang tight! Hang tight! Before the tree-thing… Before that snake-lizard thing…comes this way! While Ms. Kanroji and Nedris stop it from attacking!" Tanjiro called as Genya surprised everyone by chomping into the wood.

"By eating demon flesh…I can gain abilities beyond my own…sometimes…even their power!" Genya said as he devoured the wood. "It's temporary but…I can do this!" he said, ripping the pod right off the tentacle.

"Yes! That's…" David said as the branches started moving like whips.

Nezuko however tossed her blood onto it as it started burning.

"Yes….that's perfect. Let's…." Hayase said as the pod opened to show it empty. "Where did it go?"

"He ran off again? But where did…" Mark said before they heard twigs snapping as they noticed the tiny demon trying to slink away unnoticed which only irked the group.

"You little coward!" Superbia said as Hantengu started running now.

"You're not getting away this time!" David said.

"You can't run away from your sins! Every atrocity, every sin, every evil deed you've done! We're going to make you pay for all of it!" Tanjiro said as they pursued it while Genya pulled a tree out of the ground.

"You piece of crap!" Genya called before tossing it.

Hantengu screamed in fear as the trees barely missed him.
