The group continued to pursue Hantengu as he ran through the forest to keep avoiding their attacks.

"Stop it! Quit attacking me! I'm not the bad guy! I'm innocent!" Hantengu cried out.

"Cut the crap, you little punk. Who's going to believe what you're going to say now?" David asked.

"I have never told a single lie in all my life!" Hantengu said as the group was quickly closing the gap. "You no good villains!" he said, growing larger as he grabbed Tanjiro and started to strangle him.

However, Nezuko jumped over and covered him with blood, causing the demon to burn and stumble backwards as they attempted to remove his head.

"We're doing it!" Tanjiro said. "We're about to…" he said before they realized…how close they were to the cliffs.

"Whoa… That's a big drop…" David said.

"No…it's our….drop…" Hantengu said, walking right off and pulling the others down with him.

"No, guys!" Genya called out as he heard the fall and looked to the ground to see Nezuko lying there as Hantengu survived but lost his arms.

"I can't…regenerate. Zohakuten is using too much of my power. I'll need to replenish using human flesh." Hantengu said as he started to walk off.

"Get…back here." a voice said.

"Huh? Ah!" he cried out seeing the rest of the group hanging onto the rock face of the cliff.

"We'll chase you down…to the pits of hell if we must but we will decapitate you!" Tanjiro said.

Hantengu then tried to run after a group of swordsmiths as the group landed on the ground.

"Tanjiro!" a voice called out as a sword landed in front of him, revealing it to be Muichiro who threw it as Hotaru, Koza, Kotetsu, Kagane, and Gemini were with him. "Use it! Tanjiro, use that sword!" he called.

"Give it back! You've got to be kidding me!" Hotaru said as he held Muichiro by the neck. "I'll kill you! Don't use it! I've only honed it up to the first stage! Give it back!" he ordered.

"Tanjiro! It's almost daybreak! He's going to get away!" Muichiro said.

"You heard him. It's almost morning. Just a little bit longer." David said.

"Nedris said the only way to destroy this demon was to expose it to sunlight. If we can corner him until sunrise, we have a chance!" Tanjiro said.

"We have him now, he has no more avatars to sick upon us!" Superbia said, running towards Hantengu with his hammer.

"You fools! Do you not see…what he's running towards?!" Hayase said pointing ahead to three villagers in Hantengu's path.

"Villagers!" Gemini said.

"They won't last until sunrise. It's now…or never!" Hayase said.

"He's right." Tanjiro said as he grabbed the sword and with a burst of speed, dashed at Hantengu. "Hinokami Kagura…" he said with his blade against the demon's neck before slicing it right off. "Dancing Flash!"

It was then as if on cue, the sun started to rise. Tanjiro running back as Nezuko ran to him.

"Wait…what is….there's no protection from the sun here." Hayase realized.

"I know. That demon doesn't stand a chance." Mark said.

"Neither…does Nezuko!" Hayase said.

The group quickly realized the problem they were now presented with.

"Oh crap!" Mark said in panic. "Quick, we have to…shield her! No, stop the demon! Uh, uh, uh…!"

"Will you stop being so indecisive and-?!" Hayase started before suddenly, several shadows emerged from the ground and blocked Nezuko from the sun (though some patches of skin were still exposed). "What the-?"

"Powers…from the Homunculus known as Pride." Superbia said, his hand on the ground being the source of the shadows. "Some sun will still get through…but she will survive! GO!"

"He's right! Look!" Hayase said as the body was still moving even after losing its head.

"But how…" Sectonia said, looking at the head. "Its tongue says Resentment. The main body said Fear."

"He's still alive. But…" Hayase said as the sun started to peak and illuminate the field. "If we wait for the sun to do him in…it'll be too late for the villagers."

"No choice in the matter then. We're sorry, Nezuko." Tanjiro said as he and the Slayers took off. "Where will the main body be? Head….or body? Head…or body?" he pondered.

"His heart! Go for the big guy's heart!" Gemini called.

"His heart?!" Superbia said.

"Trust me on this one!" Gemini said.

"Alright, Hayase… Time to put your new blade to use." David said as he charged. "There's no other place to hide…than there!" he said as he charged the body.

The body then grabbed onto two of the villagers heads.

"Ah! We're done for! We're done for!" they screamed.

"You…damn demon!" David cried out as he slashed through the body diagonally, through the heart. "Atone for your sins!"

Hantengu was heard screaming as he fell from the half that was cut off as he looked at the slayers in fear.

"There's nowhere else to run now. The least you can do in your final moments is accept your defeat with dignity." David said.

Tanjiro then planted his blade into Hantengu's neck as he let out a scream of anger before he was finally beheaded, fading into ash as the sun hit.

"They…did it…" Superbia said as he felt weak as the shadows faded. "No…I used…too much energy. The girl…will…" he said before falling over.

Upper Moon 4, Hantengu

Slain

"They got him!" Gemini said.

In the field, Tanjiro was left on his knees as he cried there as the slayers surrounded him.

"Damn… Sorry, Nezuko. Guess we failed to protect you after all, didn't we?" David asked. "Damn it… Of all times it had to be… Huh? Wait, hold on."

"Nezuko….Nezuko…I couldn't even…" Tanjiro said as a figure was slowly approaching.

"Tanjiro….Tanjiro…." Sectonia said as Tanjiro slowly raised his head to see someone standing there across from him. Soon, Tanjiro's tears turned from sorrow to joy. As standing there was his sister, not burning in the sun as her bamboo mouthguard fell right out.

"Good…Good…morning." Nezuko uttered.

"Oh my god….." Gemini said as Kagane smacked her. "Ow! Why…

"Let…them have this." Kagane said on the verge of tears himself.

"Nezuko…spoke!" Sectonia said.

Tanjiro tried to run as the others helped him towards her.

"Damn, Nezuko… You really… You really scared us for a moment, you know that?" David asked.

"I…I really thought that…Thank goodness." Tanjiro cried as he held onto her.

"Thank…goodness…" Nezuko said as Tanjiro just cried his heart out as the group watched. Genya and Superbia watching from the distance as they smiled.

"Good for you….Tanjiro, Nezuko." Genya said.

Superbia couldn't stop himself from crying as he watched the scene unfolding before him. "(This time… this time…there will be no graves…)" he thought.

"You know what this means? It means Nezuko can journey alongside us without any problems at all. I'm sure Morgrem is going to be very happy to hear that." David said.

"That's right. She has no reason…to fear the sun anymore." Hayase said.

Out of the millions of demons Muzan had created, it was Nezuko Kamado who was the one who had conquered the sun. A fact he was quickly becoming aware of.

In a distant mansion in Japan…

"Now…I have no further reason to hunt down the Blue Spider Lily. Well done, Hantengu." Muzan uttered after having just killed two human women who walked into the study he was in. "It took so long, but it was this reason that for a thousand years that I expanded our kind. Not even the 12 Demon Moons manifested this trait. If I devour her, I will gain that trait as well. Then…I will finally be….perfect."

The Hero Alliance didn't know it yet, but now that Muzan knew of Nezuko's existence, he would be coming for her with all he had. The final battle with Muzan and the 12 Demon Moons…would soon come upon them in the future.

Before the group departs, the Slayers decide to reveal to the others their latest discovery.

"So, why exactly are you calling us all out here? We weren't exactly done with our pinpointing yet." Miu said.

"I know, but this couldn't wait, there was something you guys have to know." David said. As he led the group out of the Galaxy King, they saw a sight thought impossible…Nezuko in broad daylight.

"No way…." Jexi said.

"Oh Nezuko!" Zenitsu said, running towards her. "You…wait, can you say my name now?"

"Inosuke is the best." she said.

"I'm gonna kill that pig." Zenitsu said.

"Still, this is huge! Nezuko, Sun-Proof! She's the one in a million!" Dark Water typed.

"All the more reason to make sure Muzan never gets her." Nedris said.

"Yes, if he is to attain her blood, no one would be able to stop him." David said. "But for now… Let's take in this heartwarming moment. I'm sure Nezuko has a lot to talk about now that she can speak."

"Well… it's going to take her awhile. She hasn't been able to use her vocal chords in a few years." Mikan said.

"It's fine. Just hearing her voice is more than enough." Kabuki said, holding back her tears of joy. "Thank you, my lord."

"I can't take all the credit for this, you know. If it wasn't for Superbia and Nedris holding the line, none of this would be possible." David said.

"Yeah, all thanks to…wait, Nedris and who?!" Eddy exclaimed.

"Yeah… It's a long story." David said.

The group soon noticed said angel.

"Oh crap! He's back from the dead and here for revenge! Quick, someone snap his neck again!" Usopp said.

"Calm down. I don't think he means any harm. Question is, how is he alive?" Simon asked.

"Do you guys want the long version or the short one?" David asked.

"Honestly, I don't care. There's something I wanted to do for awhile now." Denji said as he approached the angel. "You know…your crusade was responsible for destroying my world."

"Was it?" Superbia asked. "I apologize, I…I came from the past. From my perspective, I have yet to start this crusade. And yet…that is no justification. I…apologize, for the pain I have put you through."

"Eh…no pain. Least not the kind you're about to feel." Denji said.

"Excuse me?" Superbia said before a kick was landed right in his crotch as he buckled down.

"Okay, we're good." Denji said, walking away.

"So he's from the past. But how did he get to our time?" Mari asked.

"Probably some sort of disturbance in Space Time. It does happen." Sheer said. "Problem is there's likely no way to send him back."

"Wonderful. So we're keeping him." Mark rolled his eyes.

"That's not going to be a problem, is it?" David asked.

"...Don't expect me to forgive him." Mark answered. "I'm not entitled to forgive him just because he's not the same psycho."

"...Fair enough." J-Hack said.

"But-" Noel started.

"You can't force the boy to forgive him. It's a decision he has to make." J-Hack said firmly.

David soon sensed a soul slip its way out of Superbia's hammer and in front of him.

"Who… Who are you?" David asked.

"I…am…Gerik." it said. "Where am I? Who are you? Where's Yuri?"

"Whoa, whoa, whoa… Asking too many questions at once. First off, you are in the Shinto Universe. You must have gotten here through Superbia." David said.

"Shinto…Universe?" Gerik asked. "How far are we from Kislev?"

"Don't know where that i, so… I can't tell you, unfortunately." David said.

"I see…your soul…you give off the same feeling as Richard and his allies." Gerik remarked. "What is your name?"

"David Ishihara. Pleasure to meet you, Gerik." David said.

"Wait, did you say…?!" Superbia asked in shock. "Gerik? Is that you? How can this…" he started before he looked down at his hammer. "He must've inhabited my hammer…can his soul inhabit weapons…?"

"I believe the angel is right." Gerik said. "I know not what sorcery this is…but I feel no taint of Chaos, so it should be alright." he said. "Hmm…David, was it? You remind me of my brother, Yuri. If it is alright…may I inhabit that blade of yours? The one on your back there?" he asked.

"You mean Hayase's blade? I didn't even name it yet, so… No wait, hold on. I have played Tales of Destiny, so I have heard about this through Stahn and the others. Blades called Swordians that are named after the warriors whose soul inhabits them." David said.

"I am not familiar with the terms you speak of…but I will accept them." Gerik said. "Though I fear my name is not so suited to being the name of a sword…"

"Well, I can't think of anything better at the moment, so…Gerik it is!" David said, holding his sword out.

"Very well then. From now on, I shall fight by your side with your sword in my name, Ishihara." Gerick said as he bonded to Hayase's new sword. "Might I ask though, what is the reason for so many warriors gathering together?"

"It's a long story. I'll tell you on the way." David said before turning to the group. "Hey, guys. Any of you heard of a place called Kislev?"

"Ah, I have." Superbia spoke up. "It all begins with Ursun, the God-Bear…"

Over the course of a half-hour, Superbia told the group of the events he had been involved in before his arrival in Tanjiro's world: his meeting with Unemi Force and the Freedom Seekers, their alliance with the Kislevite expedition to rescue Ursun, their encounter with Be'lakor…and Yuri's fall into Chaos.

"...and then Ursun roared, unleashing a powerful blast that launched me into this world." Superbia finished.

"Yuri…tried to kill Ursun?!" Gerik exclaimed within Hayase's sword. "I…never imagined he could fall so far…damn that Be'lakor!"

"Whoa…and I thought we had trouble fighting that Trillion chick." Eddy said.

"And Ursun? What happened to him?" Hope asked.

"He was imprisoned. Be'lakor has him trapped. But I do not know if he is still alive. For all I know now, Ursun could be dead." Superbia said.

"Actually, it might not be too late. If Ursun is still alive…" J-Hack said.

"...then perhaps we've found a way to kill two birds with one stone!" Hartwin added. "Not only can we stop whatever plot Be'lakor is plotting, but we just might be able to have Ursun give his blessing to J-Hack!"

"What's this now?" Superbia asked.

"J-Hack is running in this sort of… Electoral campaign for Demon Lord of Pride, and he needs the requirement of receiving a blessing from a deity aligned with order." Hope said. "We were searching for one while everything was going on here, but…"

"We may have just found the solution to our problem." Jin said.

"Superbia, is Ursun by chance an order aligned deity?" Adora asked.

"He is the God of bears, strength, fatherhood and the wilderness, and the patron god of the Tzardom of Kislev, or so I've been told." Superbia recalled. "He is, indeed, an order-aligned deity."

"Then we got ourselves a sponsor!" Eddy said. "Let's go bust him out of prison!"

"It is not so easy as it appears, I'm afraid." Gerik said. "I have no doubt that Be'lakor has moved Ursun. He must be somewhere deep within the Realm of Chaos. Ideally, we would need an army just to enter.

"Well that's easy enough. We can just ask your homeland for help!" Frosta recommended.

"My Tzardom?"

"Yeah. I don't know if you know this, but some of our pals are good at gaining allies to fight. If we do this, we could defeat your enemies and free the bear god." Frosta said.

"Not to mention that Richard and Rimuru are probably still there." Mark added. "It'll be great seeing them again."

"It will not be easy to reach Ursun as Yuri and I did. There is no doubt many other forces in my world now seek some part of Him." Gerik said. "Are you all prepared to face total war, even against the forces of Chaos itself?"

"You're talking to the guys who faced impossible odds." Jexi said. "Acnologia, Kaido, Galdera, Vide, even just recently we took on Sombron and Ganondorf."

"I…am not familiar with those names." Gerik said.

"They were strong, and now they're gone." Mark said.

"He's not kidding. With us by your side, you got yourself a heck of an army." Carmine said.

"Well…Okay. Let's do it." Gerik said.

"Alright. Next stop, the Tzardom of Kizlev!" Dark Water typed.

"I'm ready." Tanjiro said, now having his new sword with him. Its crossguard was the same one Rengoku's sword held, his sword displaying the characters for the word Slay on the side.

"Nice sword. Hope you've had enough rest after the big battle…cause its back to work." Jexi said.

"Of course." Tanjiro said.

"Well then…set the course! We're setting off now!" Jexi said as they began to depart.

Our heroes depart once more. With new swords in hand, they begin the journey once again, to make J-Hack a true Demon Lord.

To be continued…
