Hiccup jumps back from the scare and took a few moments to catch his breath before looking at Toothless and telling him "Good gods, WHAT did i tell you" .At this he looked at the girl and immediately realised it was Astrid as he thought and he could tell she was balling out in laughter. After she had finally finished laughing she looked at him and said "Gods Hiccup that was funny". Hiccup responed with "yeah i guess it was but why you said you wanted to talk here because you didnt want the possiliblty of anyone reading what you wanted to tell me correct?". After Hiccup said this he watched Astrid respond. She put her left hand on her right elbow and swayed back and forth looking nervous which surprised Hiccup as it was rare for Astrid of all people to be nervous hell up to now he wasnt sure she could be nervous. He kept starting at her for a couple of seconds when Astrid responded rather quietly "Yes Hiccup… i did suggest that." And before you ask me what it is i want to talk about its about….. Us." Our relationship and how it is going to progress." Upon finishing that she looked relieved that she was able to get that across but anxious awaiting his response. Hiccup looked a bit shocked at her bluntness but then remembered that this was Astrid, she had none of those girly beating around the bush aspects of other women he spoke to what she meant is what she said. He liked that bit about her, he couldnt for the life of him understand social norms he was never one to fit in but since when was that news he thought. After finishing his thought process he responded "Well i guess we should talk about that then, come take a seat with me." He said whilst gesturing towards on a flat rock big enough for the two of them laying next to where he was currently standing. Astrid nodded and walked over helping Hiccup a bit as he was still a bit slow with it. Astrid thought that they better not need to run or walk quickly any time soon otherwise she would have to carry him. Though she would not mind doing so she wouldnt want to as she knew how embarrassed that would make him.

"So Hiccup, as you know my father has been forcing me to stay away from you but i could not just allow that. I l love him and r r respect him (Hiccup noticed how she forced those words out but he didnt understand why) but i just cant stand staying away from you." Upon saying this she kissed him on the cheek for the first time since their romantic flight. He blushed ever so slightly at this causing Astrid to giggle a little bit at how easy she could make him blush. Hiccup nodded and then responded "Yeah as you know when your mother told me that news i didnt take it all to well to put it lightly" he said whilst putting his hand on his neck and laughing nervously at the thought of it. "I responded that way because i thought it meant that you wouldnt want to be even see me again since i know that you put in all that effort during dragon training to impress him especially. Also i didnt get to tell you this but i am sorry for upstaging you during that, i know how competitive you are and i also know you cant handle loss very well."

Upon saying that Astrid blushed as well and had a slight smile upon her face when she said "Thanks Hiccup but theres no need to apologise, you beat me within the rules i suppose" she grinned as she elbowed him and continued "thats for being in the grey area of the rules when you beat me." Hiccup rolled his eyes and said "Yeah like i said im sorry also no kiss afterwards? Its tradition you cant break it already. He said laughing slightly. Astrid rolled her eyes before saying "I didnt think you had it in you, to be blunt and take a bit of initiative like that even if its as small and annoying as that" she said before then giving him what he wanted and kissed him on the lips. Hiccup beamed with glee upon receiving the kiss causing Astrid to roll her eyes again before saying "Anyways this is not what i wanted to talk with you about, its… more personal than that. You see Hiccup i am at the age where my father can legally use me as a bride to secure alliances. Of corse since your father is the chief this limits who he can trade me off to since the chief does still have to agree to the chosen groom if it is outside of the tribe but that still leaves thousands of men. And the only one i want is you. But i already know my father will never let us marry, i mean he litterly recently told me to avoid you at all costs so thats a no go. As i hope you know Hiccup if my father were to wed me off to someone we could never speak again as we are already know to have at least been in a semi romantic relationship before the marriage. So i need you and your fathers help, my mother is already willing to help me but i need both of yous. What i want is for us to be betrothed so he cant marry me off against my will but for that we will need to out play him and i dont know how. Upon hearing why Astrid wants his help so bad he cant help but feel sorry for her and it doesnt take him a second to think about his answer before he responds "Of course Astrid". Upon subconsciously saying that he and Astrid hug each other closely feeling each other. At this point he could not help but notice the feeling of 2 hard pointed objects pressing into his chest. After thinking for a minute he realised what this could be and he felt the temperature of the weather and realised that it was relatively warm. Meaning that it was what he thought it was but he had to check to be apsaultely certain. So he spoke "Astrid." Astrids lifted her head to look into his emerald green eyes as he continued. "Ar… Are you… a… aroused?
