Part 7 - Months Later
The first two weeks after being reunited with everyone she truly loves in her life, even over her traitorous parents whom she didn't even acknowlegde anylonger as her parents, she had moped abit and taken care of her twins, before she got up one morning, and sat down to the rest of the Spears' family surprise, and announced she not only was going to change her name to theirs, but also get in contact with an therapist and lawyer to help her out with the issues she still had to take care of from her ordeal over the past 9 years.
First thing she did after that announcement was to get in contact with the Manager that handled Michael and Eddie's work in the actor world, and Elizabeth as her name was, got in contact with a friend who was a lawyer, a tough lawyer, and he in turn, whose name was Alexander EagleHeart, after he learned what she had been through last 9 years and who made it all to happen to her, he was one hell of furious man, and went to work on lawsuits, aswell to have the so-called parents of hers to be brought for justice as in court days, as they would be tried separately.
He also helped her to have her name changed from Isabella Marie Swan to Isabella Maryanne Spears, as she wanted to have that name already, as she knew one day in the future, she would be married to Michael, but not everyone would know that until that day it happened and they let it be announced to the rest of the world, that she was married to Michael. But until then she would use it to be protected and shied away from others to try find out her story before she was ready to tell it.
Also she felt that her biological parents were dead to her already so she had no issues or felt it was wrong of her to do this part either, as she wanted nothing of them to be reminded more than she already had, and her twins; Ayla and Phoenix also got their last names as Spears in the process.
Michael was just happy to have her back in their life as whole, but he also knew it would take her time to let him in more than she already had, and when he heard she not only taken their last name as her own, but let the twins have it aswell his name as their father, he was one thrilled man, and happy to step up that role very easily with her aswell.
The others were just thrilled to see her coming alive again, and to hear she had taken the Spears' name was no suprise nor did it hurt them, for they knew she would be a part of their family one day in the future, so they only had happiness for her and the twins' sake.
Her therapy sessions had helped alot too, as the therapist knew of her story from her family who had gotten contact with the therapist for her, as all of them had her for their own sake, and she got so much help from her therapist for she understood her better by each session. Sure there was up and down in those visits, aswell some backing in her healing, especially when she had nightmares that was horrid and screaming ones the same night of her telling something new from the trauma she been through.
It had been about 6 months, when the letters of the upcoming trials against her parents showed up in the mail for her, and that same day she also got help from her therapist she felt it brought it all up again for her, the hurt, the pain and anger aswell disbelief that her own ex-parents could do this to her. How could they even do this to her, how the hell do you even accept that your own daugther of blood would be hurt in this way, and look the other way when it did for 9 whole years too.
She recently just before this letter arrived, had let Michael come and stay with her in the bed, as he helped her to sleep easier while her twins were in a different room now too, so she felt alone and vulnerable, and one evening she asked if he wanted to come and only sleep with her in her bedroom, and he had accepted and let her know that he would stay on one side of the bed, but he would come over to hers if she needed him at any point too.
The day of the letter arriving, Michael had come into their bedroom as he viewed it like herself did as theirs now, and he said
"You ok, baby?" She had also let him call her that name, and she only gave him a sad look, and he walked over to her side, and pulled her gently into his arms, as she said
"Do not ever leave me, Mike, please, I wouldn't be able to live if you did."
At that he just held her and said
"I will never ever leave you for any of this, baby. You are the strongest woman I know, and you have come so far already. I am proud of you like the others are."
Bella just smiled and held onto him for now. He just held her aswell, and kissed her head gently. He kept holding her through their sleep or rather as she had a fitful night with nightmares, but no screaming, just whimpering and tears down her cheeks, as she was dreaming of that night she was snatched while her parents stood back watching Nathan take her away in the night.
