Just saying this in advance: I'm not going to write when Blitzwing, Grimlock, or Waspinator are speaking. The reason why is that it's obvious in their dialogue. Blitzwing is german, Grimlock talks like a caveman and says "me Grimlock," and Waspinator has that weird buzzing and refers to himself by name constantly.

Optimus

It was only this time a week ago when Soundwave vanished out of thin air. Even after only a day, the Decepticons were, agitated, to say the least.

Blitzwing was livid. "Vat is zee meaning of zis, vere is Soundwave?"

"Relax! Shockwave and I are working on this tracker as fast as we can!" Wheeljack shouted.

"Vell, jou are taking too long!"

Shockwave replied, "One week is hardly too long when building an experimental tracker."

"Shockwave," I asked, "If you don't mind me asking, what exactly is this tracker?"

"It is a genetic tracker I invented. It uses a genetic sample to track subjects across the galaxy. I invented and began developing the tracker during the War, however never got to finish."

"Let me guess, this is another of those 'we have a problem and we have to dig out one of Shockwave's old experiments to fix it' scenarios. If I had a nickel for every time we've had to do that, i'd be able to retire early." Bumblebee joked.

"Cybertronians do not retire, nor do we use Earth currency. In addition, the value of a nickel multiplied by the amount of times we have had to use my unfinished inventions does not create a sufficient fund for human retirement."

"It's a figure of speech. It means we've done this a lot." Bumblebee explained.

Wheeljack pleaded, "Can we focus on finishing the tracker, please?"

"Yes, how about we cut the scrap and get on with it!" Starscream bit.

Knockout commented, "No offense, but I don't see you doing anything."

Starscream sneered. Shouldn't you be focusing on your patients?"

"Well, at the time, there's not much for me or Ratchet to do." Knockout explained, "Everyone's been treated, and they're all in a decently stable condition."

"Don't you have Buzzsaw to worry about?" Barricade asked.

"Well, yes and no. I know Buzzsaw is our best chance at finding Soundwave, but he has to stay in stasis lock for the remainder of the week."

"A veek! Zat is far too long."

"How is a week too long? We live for millions of years!" Wheeljack complained.

Jetfire pointed out, "I think he means that a week without Soundwave to keep order at Trypticon Station can make things a bit, chaotic."

"But Soundwave's been away for months before!" Wheeljack continued, "Why can't they handle him being gone for a week?"

"Because the other times, he left on diplomatic trips. This time, he vanished, literally." Barricade answered

"Wazzzpinator is nervouzzzzzz."

"Oh shut up! You're always nervous about something!" Starscream snapped.

Jetfire scolded, "Starscream, don't be rude. You know Waspinator has anxiety."

"Ugh, fine." Starcsream mumbled.

"Considering what's going on," Barricade started, "Waspinator has every right to be nervous."

"Me Grimlock not worried about Soundwave."

"Why not? The rest of us are." Bumblebee asked.

"Soundwave is strong fighter! Me Grimlock know Soundwave not in danger."

Shockwave explained, "It's less about our concern with anyone who tries to fight Soundwave, and more about our concern of where he is."

I requested, "Starscream, can you prepare your Seekers for a search party when the tracker is finished?"

"Alright," Starscream responded, "but I'm counting on Buzzsaw waking up first."

"I actually agree with Starscream. Considering how many problems we've been hitting with the tracker, Buzzsaw will probably wake up before we finish." Wheeljack commented.

Jetfire exclaimed, "Leaking lubricant, is there any good news?"

"Besides Buzzsaw and the rest of the guys in the medbay being in a stable condition, not really." Knockout responded.

Bumblebee commented, "At least we've got that."

"I just wish Soundwave is safe." I announced.

"Optimus," Bumblebee asked, "what even happened with Soundwave?"

"I'm afraid I do not know. One minute, we were researching his past, the next he vanished."

"Did he say anything of note before he vanished?" Shockwave questioned.

"We were talking about records we found, nothing else."

"Strange," Knockout commented, "why would he vanish so suddenly"

"While I am unsure of the reason, Soundwave vanished while reading texts relating to Logos Prime. I read the texts myself, but found nothing out of the ordinary."

"Eizer vay, it's not much help to us. All of his minicons, besides Buzzsaw, are gone. So are his veapons."

"Strange, he never had his weapons on him." I stated.

"Well, maybe someone stole them." Bumblebee proposed.

Starscream retorted, "Please, not even Swindle would dare steal Soundwave's things."

"That's the only way to explain why his stuff is gone." Bumblebee responded.

"Regardless of whether someone stole Soundwave's things, our priority should be finding him." I reminded them.

Wheeljack answered, "We know, Prime. It's just that we're struggling with getting this blasted tracker online, not to mention everything else."

"I understand, Wheeljack."

"So," Knockout asked, "What are we going to do?"

"Me and Ultra Magnus are going to be in charge of keeping the peace, Starscream is in charge of the search party, and the two engineers are going to work on the tracker." Barricade answered.

I agreed, "Barricade is correct. There is not much else we can do besides hope for the best."
