Vareet Hates to Sneak
She hates to sneak,
This servant girl named Vareet,
She's not especially sleek,
In these walls.

But there's magic abound,
The prince was confound,
Kingdom's run into ground,
Queen stands tall.

The redhead's not ignored,
By the queen she's abhorred,
Voice now sounds untoward,
Notes Vareet.

From the queen shies away,
Recalls lost brighter days,
For help useless to pray,
Thinks Vareet.

So she slinks through the halls,
Searches cupboards and drawers,
As a servant ignored,
Out of sight.

A polyp to find,
Sea King is in a bind,
Kingdom's near out of time,
Nears long night.

The army's away,
Sees warships in the bay,
Men and women to slay,
The queen seeks.

Just a servant girl,
But seeks to end her world's hell,
So while fate's whimsy now swell,
Sneaks Vareet.

Can't deny she's afraid,
So keeps to shadows and shade,
Power the sea witch craves,
She avoids.

But the queen is on guard,
On her kingdom grips hard,
Her voice is still marred,
Paranoid.

The girl continues to pry,
Catches no glance from eyes,
Seeks polyp to espy,
Has scant hope.

But time is running out,
And with that redhead about,
And with the prince standing stout,
Cannot mope.

Vareet hates to sneak,
She's not especially sleek,
She's a servant girl meek,
But her job's not replete.

But even now still takes peak,
Seeks Vanessa's defeat,
Rule must be made obsolete.
