"So tell me Yuki-san, how have you been feeling as of lately?" A woman asked in a tone of that of a professional, while she was jotting down a couple of notes on her clipboard. "Are you still feeling tired or fatigued at times when you're most active, or having dizzy spells from random cases of anemia?"
The girl who the woman was talking to shook her head, her long chestnut colored haired flowed along with the movement of her head.
"It doesn't happen all the time, but I still do find myself getting tired when walking to school if I don't get a full eight hours of sleep." The girl known as Asuna Yuki stated to her personal doctor, the person responsible for getting her back on her feet after spending two years trapped in S.A.O and A.L.O. Currently Asuna was sitting on top of a table in an examination room, wearing nothing but a pink hospital gown as she was having one of her routine check-up's. "I think the last time I had a dizzy spell was in school during PE, we were in the GYM doing running exercises when I suddenly collapsed. I didn't lose consciousness, but it did take me a while until I was able to walk without the help of someone else."
The doctor frowned to hearing her patient's unhealthy cases, and flipped through the clipboard checking to see if she could figure out the reason Asuna was experiencing these phenomenon's. "I have to say I am a bit worried!"
"Excuse me?"
"It says here that your height is 168cm, (5 feet, 5 inches), a normal height for a girl your age, but I'm worried about your weight, Yuki-san."
"Eh-what?" Asuna asked back, those words were a complete ambush. Her heart began racing as the subtle thought "I'm getting fat?" raced through her mind. "Well, I guess I've been pigging out on cake a bit too much when I get together with my friends."
"No, I'm not saying you're overweight, what I'm saying is that you are far too thin and frail for someone as tall as you are Yuki-san. Your body isn't getting enough nourishment, and that's what's causing your episodes of fatigue and anemia!" The doctor spoke strictly. "It's been a few months since you were finally able to wake up from your coma, and yet you still only weight about 45Kg (99LBS)." Asuna closed her eyes and winced to the harsh tone being directed towards her, but opened them once she felt a hand pat the top of her head. "Honestly, I know you young kids like to watch your figures and all, but please don't do it to the point where it affects your health?"
"Honestly Sensei, I'm not trying to watch my figure or look good to impress anyone, it's just I haven't been able to eat much since waking up from S.A.O. The cook at my house does prepare a normal sized portion of food, but I'm never able to clear my plate."
The doctor sighed, writing down Asuna's latest statement on her chart. "I see, go ahead and lay back for me, this won't take long." Asuna nodded and laid back onto the cool leather table, wincing once it came into contact with her skin. The doctor took Asuna's arm and began applying light pressure starting at her wrist, then worked her way down to Asuna's forearm. "How about liquids, are you able to drink properly?"
"Y-yes!" Asuna answered back in a high pitched squeak as her sensei's fingers were getting dangerously close to her armpits. "I can still drink normally. I actually intake more liquids than solid foods."
"Okay, I know the perfect solution for your problems." The doctor purposely let her fingers trace down the area near Asuna's armpit very slowly, making her shrill loud and attempt to pull away. "I'm going to prescribe some protein drinks for you to start drinking, doing so will assist you in gaining a few pounds. Your arm is so thin and frail I feel that I can snap it with very little effort, plus you don't even have the strength to pull out of my grip despite feeling a ticklish sensation."
"So you are doing that on purpose?"
"Yes I am." The doctor smiled. "No meat means no muscle. I could do this all day and you'd be helpless to stop it."
"I…see." Asuna spoke, deciding on rather she should get mad for being teased. While her doctor was strict when it came down to her health, she has good bedside manner and also has a playful side to her, but one Asuna herself didn't like. "How often should I drink them?"
The doctor let her fingers trace down Asuna's body even further, stopping at the two soft lumps on her chest. "I would say two to three hours after each meal." She took a firm grasp of the softness on Asuna's chest. "My, what a surprise, you're as thin as a board, yet these are surprisingly soft and plump.
A low toned "Ahh!" escaped Asuna's mouth, and was embarrassed beyond belief that she could make such a sound. "Sensei stop it, what are you doing?" She shrieked as more strange sounds escaped her mouth.
"This is a physical examination Yuki-san. I don't know what you think I'm doing to you, but by those weird sounds coming from your mouth this isn't your first time experiencing this sensation. Just what exactly were you doing for the two years you were trapped in that death game, nothing dirty I hope?"
Asuna's face flared up as every single thought in her mind came to a screeching halt. "Well…..that is, uhhh!"
"Please keep it to yourself, I'd hate to have to write this down and for your mom to see it later." The doctor replied, taking her hand away from Asuna's chest, and letting her fingers trace down to her soft tummy. "I see, your breast seems to be getting all the nutrients because your skin and bones around your stomach area also!" She began wiggling her fingers against Asuna's stomach.
"Ahahaahah! No quit it Sensei, that tickles!"
"Yes, I can see that, and yet, you can't bat away my hands because all of your energy is being used up by you laughing so hard." The doctor explained without letting up her assault on her patient's body. "Now I take it when I see you three months from now you'll have some meat on these bones right?"
"Yes, I promise, now please stop, I can't take any more of this!" Asuna shouted. The doctor stopped and watched as she had a very hard time trying to catch her breath. "Jeez's Sensei, you're mean!" She said with a pout with her cheeks puffed out.
"Yes I know, I'm the demonic doctor who whipped your butt back into shape faster than those who woke up two months earlier than you did." She laughed handing Asuna a sheet of paper. "Okay, we're all finished here for today, I'll see you in August for a follow up appointment. Just take that prescription sheet to the pharmacy, and they'll get you what you need."
"Yes Sensei." Asuna shook her head. "Oh yeah by the way, wasn't there something else you wanted to talk to me about? I think you said you needed a favor from me?"
"Yes, I did have a favor to ask of you Yuki-san." The doctor looked away, now she was the one blushing. "But don't worry about it. It's a beautiful Saturday afternoon, please go and enjoy yourself."
"Everyone I know is quite busy right now."As to say "please let me help!" Asuna gave a friendly smile. "Later on tonight we were supposed to get together and train and prepare for the next floor boss, but until then I'm pretty much free."
"I don't think you'd want to do this."
"If there is anything I can do to help then please let me." Asuna would not give up.
"You're really going to regret it!"
"Sensei just tell me already!"
The doctor smiled. "Okay, then how would you feel about wearing a diaper again?"
"E-Ehhhh!" Asuna shrilled loudly.
"I told you that you'd regret hearing it!"
"B-but why do you need me to wear a diaper, how is that going to help you?"
"When you were discharged from the hospital, but still had a hard time keeping a hold on your bladder and needed diapers to prevent any accidents, did you ever log into the virtual world?" Asuna shook her head. "Describe the feeling you got when logging in with a diaper between your legs, but playing with a character who wasn't wearing one."
"It felt weird, like something was missing. My body had become so accustomed to having a thick diaper between my legs that when I logged in and my character was wearing normal underwear, something just felt off."
"I see!" The doctor took down more notes. "Many people who are incontinent and depend on diapers to help prevent accidents all tried to play virtual games also, but sadly they experienced the same feeling you did. It's because of that they are unable to play properly and end up quitting in just a few months. By getting together with the makers of the various virtual games, we have come up with a program that allows incontinent players to wear diapers in the game. Although when equipped they'll work in the same since armor does, there will be no wetting or messing within the game."
"So the reason why you asked me to wear a diaper again was because you want me to test out the program. You want to know if the players will really feel that usual comfort of having a diaper between their legs right." Asuna asked nervously.
"It wasn't that long since you've stopped using them, so you still should remember the feeling you got from wearing them."
"I guess!"
"It's like I explained before, you don't have to do this. I know asking you to wear a diaper again when you no longer need them is a bit degrading." She sighed. "Just go ahead and get dressed please, I'll be-"
"What will happen if this program doesn't get tested?" Asuna interrupted.
"If this doesn't get tested by tonight, then the few players who are dependent on diapers will just have to play with that inconvenience, or give up virtual gaming." The doctor explained. "Are you saying that you'll do it?"
Asuna nodded. "Yes, I will beta test the program for you Sensei. It's a little embarrassing, but everyone deserves an equal chance at the virtual world, that's what he's fighting for." She smiled thinking of Kirito. "It's my mission since Kirito-kun is still fighting to keep virtual gaming alive."
"If you're really sure that you want to do this." The doctor walked over to a cabinet and took out a thin gray ring like device known as the AmuSphere, the successor to the NerveGear, along with a package of adult sized diapers. "Then the test can take place in the privacy of this room. No one but me will know about this."
"Good, I was starting to worry how I was going to get back and forth without being seen by anyone." Asuna sighed a fresh breath of relief. "So do I log in now, or is there something else I need to do first?"
The doctor took a plain white diaper from its package and unfolded it. "You will be diapered here in the real world first, then when you log into the virtual world, access your armor storage and equip the diaper, and anything else that's included in the package that I preloaded on to the AmuSphere."
"Right!" Asuna responded with a bit of a blush as the diaper was slid under her. Never in a million years did she think she'd be doing this again.
The Doctor brought the diaper up to Asuna's waist and was ready to fasten it when she forgot something and let the flap drop back down on the table. "Oh, how silly of me, I almost forgot the powder!" She returned to the cabinet and grabbed a bottle of baby powder.
"Sensei is that really necessary!?" A hot fever swept over Asuna's face, her skin tone took a darker shade of red. "I don't plan on using the diaper so why the baby powder."
"Realism Yuki-san, plus you never know what might happen." The doctor winked while sprinkling the powder onto Asuna's nether regions. "I did forget to mention that while the diaper is equipped in the game, the system message that alerts a player that they need to use the restroom will be disabled. If you stay in the game too long then wetting your diaper in the real world might not be avoidable."
"You could have warned me about that sooner!"
"Hence why I used the powder on you, so you won't have to worry about getting a diaper rash for sitting in a wet diaper for a long period of time."
Asuna sighed as she put the AmuSphere on her head and laid back, making sure she was in a comfortable position, then logged herself into the game after yelling the command, "Link Start!"

Bright rainbow colored pixels clustered together forming into Asuna's avatar character. While she shared the same name and face as she does in the real world, there are some differences her appearance. Unlike her chestnut colored hair and eyes in the real world, Asuna's avatar hair and eye color are a bright blue color. Colors her character has not by choice, but because of the Undine race she chose.
She opened her eyes finding herself standing in the middle of the house she and Kirito are currently renting until they are able to clear floor 21 in New Aincrad, and purchase their old house on floor 22. As soon as she lifted one foot off the ground to take her first step, Asuna noticed the familiar feeling that her stride was off. In the real world, her brain is still registering that there is a diaper between her legs, and because of that, her in game character subconsciously walks with a bit of a waddle, despite wearing normal underwear underneath her clothing.
Figuring she should start the test and get this over with, Asuna quickly opened her status window and scrolled down to her armor and equipment. After scrolling down that section she quickly found something that wasn't in her storage the last time she logged into the game. The item itself was named "ABDL beta pack", and after materializing it, a bright pink package, a small round pink and white container, a couple of articles of clothing, and a bottle and pacifier appeared right in front of her.
"A-B-D-L? I've never heard of that abbreviation before, I wonder what it means." Asuna picked up the bright pink package first, just by looking at the picture on the front she could tell that it was a pack of diapers. "Well, these are the diapers that I'm supposed to beta test, but what with the bottle and pacifier, what am I supposed to do with them?"
Asuna sat the package of diapers down and picked up the pink and white container, once she opened it, she saw that there was a fluffy white puff sitting in a white powdered substance. "This must be baby powder, I wonder who was able to replicate that scent in this game?"
She closed the lid and sat the container to the side, then picked up the articles of clothing. Both items looked like shirts and were a powder blue color, but one looked to be too short, looking like it wouldn't go down past her stomach, it had the writing "baby girl" on it. The second shirt was too long, looking like it would go down past Asuna's legs, and there were buttons that looked to be able to snap together at the bottom, it had the writing "padded princess" on it.
"Am I supposed to test all these products out, even the clothes? Sensei never mentioned this when asking me to test out these diapers." Asuna asked while giving the items in front of her an intense stare. Figuring she should hurry up now, Asuna took the package of diapers, opened it, and took one out. A small counter that hovered over the package that started off at 16 was now brought down to 15, that determined how many usages the package had left.
When examining the diaper, Asuna thought that it looked too big to fit her, but after a few seconds of holding it in her hand, the garment began glowing, and it shrunk down to a size suited for her to wear. When pressing the icon above the diaper to equip it, a red circle with a white line through it popped up saying "unable to equip item."
"Huh? Am I doing something wrong, why won't the system let me equip the diaper?" Asuna pressed the button a few more times, but continued to get the same system error. She was about to give up when a set of instructions suddenly appeared over the diaper she was holding in her hand, and she read them out loud.
"How to equip: All armor and equipment, including undergarments, must be removed from player's avatar. Afterwards, the player must put the diaper on the same as he or she would do in the real world. If the player finds the size to be too big or too small, then hold diaper in hand for five seconds, and it will automatically adjust itself for a perfect fit."
"I see, so that's what I have to do. I wonder why putting a diaper on in the game has to be so realistic?"
Asuna sighed as she stood up and reopened her status window. Even though she was all alone in the house, she still felt the need to look around first. After pressing the button to remove all her armor and equipment, she found herself standing naked, and covered her embarrassing parts with her hands. "Okay, now let's get this over with!" She spoke in a determined tone, then fully unfolded the diaper.
After thoroughly powdering herself using the powder puff, Asuna sat in the middle of the diaper and quickly fastened it shut, then took the small blue shirt that reads "baby girl", and slipped it over her head. Sure enough Asuna was right, the shirt wouldn't go down past her belly button no matter how hard she tugged at it, so the diaper was in full view from front to back.
"Wow, I really do look like an overgrown baby, don't I?" She bashfully asked herself, gazing at her appearance in the mirror. Although Asuna was currently seventeen years old, she looked to be five years younger, mostly due to the childish diaper she was wearing. She didn't notice it at first, but now that she took the time to look at herself, she saw that the diaper she was wearing had cute blue colored teddy bears printed all around it, colors that matched her hair and eyes. "If anyone saw me like this, I think I'd kill myself!"
The diaper around Asuna's waist was very bulky and forced her thighs apart, but now that her brain registered a diaper between her legs both in-game and the real world, walking seemed natural, and not forced. She decided to test out this theory by walking around the house, she noted the diaper made a loud crinkling sound with every step she took as one would do in the real world. The annoying sound and the embarrassment Asuna felt only made her remember the hell she put herself through in order to regain full control of her bladder while she was still in rehabilitation.
In the end, Asuna was able to conclude that a person wearing a diaper in the real world must also do so in the game in order to have a normal playing experience.
Now that the test was over with, Asuna figured she should get changed as soon as possible before someone she knew saw her dressed the way she was. She opened her status window and quickly scrolled down to her armor section once more, but before she could de-equip the diaper in time, Asuna heard tiny footsteps coming her way, and a small voice call out to her.
"Mommy, is that you?" Asuna's blood ran ice cold, if this could happen in-game, all the color would have left her face leaving her as pale as a ghost.
"Y-Yui-chan……." Asuna slowly turned around, feeling both frightened and embarrassed.
"Mommy!" The little girl with dark blue hair, and wears an all-white dress ran up and hugged tackled Asuna, knocking her over. "Mommy, I'm so glad you're back!" Yui cheered.
"Yes, mommy's home, Yui-chan." Asuna hesitantly wrapped her arms around her in-game daughter Yui, who was an AI program in the form of a ten year old girl. "Were you a good girl while mommy was away?"
"Yes, mommy." Yui shook her head in an adorable manner. "I was good and watched the house while you and daddy were away." Yui then took a seat on Asuna's lap. "By the way mommy, what are you doing here so early? I thought you and daddy were supposed to meet up with the others and prepare for the next floor boss later on tonight."
"Well Yui-chan a lot has happened." Asuna answered back nervously when Yui suddenly began sniffing her. This made her feel…. very uncomfortable, even if it was being done by her adorable daughter. "Hey, Yui-chan, what are you doing?"
"You smell nice mommy, I never smelled such a relaxing and sweet scent before." Yui smiled as she was taking in Asuna's newly acquired scent. "By the way, why is mommy wearing a diaper?" She asked innocently with her head tilted to the side.
"Yui-chan there is a very good explanation for why mommy is dressed this way?" Asuna said, but wanted to find a way to explain to Yui without confusing the young girl. Sure, when it came down to facts about the game Yui is the best data source there is, but when it comes to anything else she was totally clueless, and her childish and innocent curiosity was known to cause uncomfortable situations.
"I thought diapers were meant for babies and the elderly who develop bladder problems because of their age?" Yui then placed her hand on Asuna's forehead. "Mommy is certainly not a baby, and your AmuSphere isn't registering any health problems with your real world body."
"Did you just look that fact up thanks to your searching program?"
"Yes, mommy, when looking up the term diaper and why people wear them, that's what I came up with." Asuna smiled at her daughter, knowing that this innocent little girl wasn't going to shun her for the way she was dressed. In the end she decided to explain the situation to Yui. "I see, so there are young people in mommy's world that depends on diapers thanks to a medical condition. Because they wear diapers in the real world, they also need to wear them in the game unless they want to experience a default in walking. Does that sum everything up mommy, you're wearing a diaper to test and see if that theory is correct?"
"That's right." Asuna smiled while patting Yui's head.
The small girl just giggled in Asuna's lap. "So mommy isn't an ABDL then?"
"ABDL…….." Asuna's face turned to a puzzled expression. "That abbreviation was the name of the item I just opened, but I've never heard of it before. Do you know what it means Yui-chan?"
"The exact meaning for the abbreviation ABDL stands for Adult Baby Diaper Lover. It's a small community of people who wears diapers, and acts like babies for fun, not because they have a medical condition."
"There are people like that in the world?" Asuna was completely stunned by what she just heard. "I guess the world is made up of all sorts of types, huh?" The blue haired undine looked at her appearance in the mirror once more, then looked at all the items that came from the ABDL beta file she opened, that's when the reality hit her. Diapers with teddy bears printed on them, babyish looking clothing in her size, plus bottles and pacifiers that were larger than usual. Asuna may have said she wasn't and ABDL, but at the moment, she looked like one. "Sensei tricked me….again! This file she's making me test isn't for people who have a medical condition, it's for those who enjoy wearing diapers for fun and wants to do so in the game also!"
"Umm mommy, your face is really scary!" Yui began quivering, remembering one other time Asuna displayed such a scary face. It was after she found out that Kirito was frequently visiting Casinos with NPC bunny girls as its employees, and was spending money that was supposed to be used to repurchase their house on floor 22. Asuna had to take a long deep breath to calm herself down, the system alert notifying her of a rise in her blood pressure was flashing in her face, and Yui was able to since this also. "Mommy are you okay?"
"Don't worry Yui-chan, mommy just needs to have a nice long talk with her Sensei when she gets back to the real world." She patted Yui's head, insuring the girl that everything was fine. "To answer your earlier question, no mommy isn't an ABDL, just a beta tester for one. Besides, how can I be a baby when I'm your mommy?"
"Then am I mommy's baby?"
"Hmmmm!" Asuna gave an amused smile while thinking. "I think I would say you're my little girl, you're far too old for me to call you my baby."
"That's not true mommy!" Yui spoke determinedly, catching Asuna off guard with her sudden outburst. "My program is only three years old, plus the term "baby" can be used as a term of affection. Mommy's who still calls their kids "baby", lets them sit on their laps like I'm doing right now, sleeps in the same bed like when we take naps together, and is sometimes fed by them like you fed me the other night."
"Yes, I guess you're right Yui-chan." Asuna said softly while hugging Yui from behind. "You're mommy's adorable little baby and nothing can ever change that!"
"Then can I be mommy's baby for real?" A loud "Huh?" Hopped from Asuna's mouth due to Yui's odd request. "Can mommy hold and cuddle me just like a mother does a baby in the real world?"
"But doesn't Kirito-kun and I do that with you all the time?"
"That alone doesn't fully explain to me why people in mommy's world enjoys dressing up and acting like babies." Yui crossed her arms while pouting cutely. "I'm curious about this and want to experience what it's like to be treated like a baby so I can understand why a person becomes an ABDL. So I want mommy to treat me like one."
"Yui-chan…….." Asuna was at a total loss of what she should do. She knew that once Yui had a question she'd never let it go, and would always go to great lengths to have it answered. Figuring she should just play along for the time being, Asuna stood up, picking Yui up along with her and held the small girl in her arms. "Sure thing Yui-chan, just for today, you can be mommy's baby okay."
"Yay!" Yui cheered wrapping her arms around her mother's neck, hugging her. "I'm so happy, I get to be mommy's baby!"
Asuna gazed at Yui's innocent and cheerful expression, she may not know what was going on in her daughter's head, but she was happy to be able to make Yui happy. "I guess when Kirito-kun and I are away in the real world for a long period of time, Yui-chan gets lonely here all by herself. When I stop to think about it, we really don't treat her like the child she is. Kirito-kun is always using her to test out inventions and programs he makes in the real world, and I'm always asking her to help me locate Item drops so I can create more ingredients for different dishes. I kind of feel bad about that, I guess I'll have a talk with Kirito-kun about this later."
"So mommy, what's the first thing we do?" Yui asked excitedly.
Smiling like the loving mother she was, Asuna shifted Yui in her arms carrying her cradle style. "Hmm! If Yui-chan really wants to be a baby, then I think we should get her into a diaper first."
"A diaper……." Yui looked at Asuna in excitement. "Mommy is going to put me in a diaper?" She had to ask once more, but unintentionally shouted.
"Yes Yui-chan." Asuna spoke caringly as she carried Yui to where the supplies were lying on the floor. "If you're going to be a baby today, then you're going to need a diaper, that's what they wear until they become big girls." Laying Yui on the floor, Asuna took another diaper from the pack making the counter drop down to 14, and placed it in Yui's hands where it shrunk down to a size that would fit her. "Okay, can you open up your status window and take off your equipment for mommy?"
Yui gave a cheerful nod and removed her equipment, leaving her nude as a new born.
"I see someone's excited about having a diaper put on her." Asuna ran her fingers gently across Yui's stomach, causing the girl to giggle and squirm.
"No, mommy, that tickles!"
"In mommy's world babies hate having their diapers changed, so tickling them is something we do so they're not as fussy." Asuna momentarily stopped her tickle attack to position the diaper perfectly underneath Yui's bottom, then picked up the powder puff. "But this might be a tad more effective than mommy's fingers."
Just as Asuna began puffing the powder puff against Yui's skin, the little girl began hysterically laughing and squirming.
"See I told you it tickles!"
"Hahahaha! Mommy no more!"
"Nope, mommy needs to make sure you smell all nice and sweet like a little baby." A thick cloud of baby powder filled the air, surrounding both Asuna and Yui as they both let out cute little *Achoo* sneezing sounds before going back to laughing and giggling at one another.
Now that Yui's entire body was coated from head to toe in baby powder, Asuna brought the diaper up to Yui's waist and snugly taped it up, then felt all around it making sure it wouldn't come undone. After making sure the diaper was nice and secure, Asuna helped Yui sit up.
"How does your diaper feel Yui-chan?" Yui got on all fours and wiggled her padded rump around, the cute site in front of her caused Asuna to giggle.
"It's soft." She answered.
"Do you like wearing it?"
Yui nodded her head vigorously. "Yes, mommy I love wearing diapers, can I wear them all the time instead of just today?"
"Yes you can, and after we have a talk with daddy you'll be wearing them from now on if you want to."
Yui squealed in delight and jumped in her mother's arms. "Thank you so much mommy, I love you!"
"I love you too, Yui-chan, now let's get you dressed." Asuna picked up the second shirt from off the floor and let Yui hold onto it until it shrunk down to a size that fit her. After placing Yui on her feet, Asuna slipped the longer shirt that reads "padded princess" over the little girls head, then snapped the bottom buttons between her legs finishing off her work. "So Yui-chan, how do you like your new look?"
Yui made an "Aww" sound as she looked at her appearance in the mirror, then jumped back into Asuna's arms. "Yay, I'm mommy's baby, I'm mommy's baby!"
Asuna hugged Yui tighter and the two stood that way for several minutes before breaking it. "How about we get you some delicious milk to drink, you must be thirsty after all that excitement."
Yui nodded, then a pacifier was placed into her mouth. She looked back up at Asuna wanting to ask the question, but found that she couldn't speak and keep the pacifier in her mouth at the same time.
"Yui-chan, when babies aren't eating or drinking from their bottles, they keep pacifiers in their mouths, and they suck on them." Asuna explained tapping the outside of the pacifier.
Yui nodded to Asuna's words and gave it a try, the feeling she got was unexplainable as a jittery feeling filled her chest….. then soon she began sucking on the pacifier non-stop.
"That's so adorable!" Asuna could only giggle to herself while she was watching Yui have the time of her life playing with her pacifier. She then sat her little girl down and headed into the kitchen to prepare a little snack for her. Asuna first opened the refrigerator and scrolled through its inventory, once she found the milk she pressed the button, materializing it next to her.
Next Asuna walked over to a cabinet and scrolled through its inventory, once she found what she was looking for, she materialized that also. Now that she had everything she needed for a wonderful snack, Asuna made her way back to where she left Yui, and giggled again to finding the diapered girl sprawled out on the floor, completely out of breath.
"Having fun Yui-chan?" Asuna asked, sitting the items down so she could pick up Yui from off the floor.
Yui took the pacifier from her mouth and nodded. "Yes, mommy I'm having a good time, but I don't think I'm doing it right?"
"What aren't you doing right?"
"Sucking on a pacifier nonstop makes my cheeks hurt, how do babies in the real world do it without getting tired?"
"Sorry Yui-chan, mommy should have made herself clearer. When babies feel like they're about to cry, they suck on their pacifiers and it helps them calm down."
"But I'm not going to cry mommy, I have no reason to!"
"I know Yui-chan, but in your case you can just suck on your pacifier whenever you feel the need to, and it will make you feel calm."
"It does make me feel calm mommy."
"Well, if you like your pacifier, then I just know you'll love this, Yui-chan." Asuna took the bottle and filled it up with creamy and delicious milk, then sat down with Yui lying in her lap, and held the bottle up to her mouth. "Now you're going to suck from this the same way you did your pacifier earlier, but this time milk will come from it."
"Wow a pacifier that produces milk!"
"Something like that." Asuna replied, placing the bottle into Yui's mouth, and watched as the little girl effortlessly drunk from it. "Now be a good girl for mommy and drink it all up." Asuna spoke in a soft tone. While she was using one hand to hold the bottle for Yui, she used her other hand to run her fingers through her daughter's hair.
In less than five minutes Yui was finished with her bottle and Asuna took it away. She then shifted Yui in her arms and placed the girl over her shoulders and softly patted her back.
"Umm mommy, what is this for?" Yui asked.
"Babies are supposed to be burped after drinking from their bottles Yui-chan." And as Asuna said that, the realization hit her. The virtual world was very realistic, a person was able to do most things one could do in the real world, plus more, but the releasing of gas and waste from one's body was nonexistent. "Ahahaha! Sorry Yui-chan I forgot that we can't burp in the game."
*Burp*
"Yui-chan……" Asuna was caught off guard. "What was that sound you just made?"
" I made the sound of mommy burping me." She smiled even though her cheeks were burning red. "Excuse me, I remember mommy telling me that burping wasn't ladylike, although I can't do it."
"And the little piggy is excused." Asuna poked Yui's tummy. "You're just a baby and don't know any better, right?"
"Right!" Yui replied back as she was handed back her bottle that was refilled with more milk, but before she could drink from it a cookie was held up to her mouth. Seeing that Asuna was feeding, and not handing it to her, Yui bit down on the cookie and swallowed. "Wow, these cookies are the best you've ever made mommy."
"And it's all thanks to you Yui-chan." Asuna poked Yui's nose, making the little girl giggle again. "You're always helping mommy find top tier ingredients so she can make the best dishes, I'm really grateful for that."
"It's no problem at all mommy, I'm always happy to help you and daddy!"
"I know, and that's why you're so sweet, mommy can just eat you up!"
"No, I don't want to get eaten by mommy!" Yui let out a playful cry as Asuna fake chomped on her stomach.
As time went on, the diapered mother and daughter pair found themselves playing around with one another, games like peek a boo and this little piggy until Yui fell asleep while drinking her second bottle. Asuna carried Yui into the room she and Kirito shares and tucked her in nice and tight. After giving Yui a kiss on the cheek while saying "have a nice nap", Asuna then returned to the living room.
Now that Asuna had finished everything that needed to be done, she was going to change back into her normal clothing and log out for now. Her sensei was probably wondering why she had been logged in for so long. Asuna reached down towards the diapers tabs to untape it when she noticed a large yellow stain on the front of it.
"W-what!" She let out a large shrill, then threw her hand over her mouth, hoping she didn't wake Yui up with her screaming. "What's going on here, why does the diaper look like I peed in it, that's not possible?" Asuna was still flustered. While running her hand down the diaper's smooth crinkly plastic and squishing her thighs together, Asuna became bewildered when she couldn't feel any wetness. It was like the obvious pee stain was just there for show and nothing else.
Deciding to investigate this matter even further, Asuna walked back over to the package of diapers and read through the instruction manual once more.
Warning: When a player wets his or her diaper in the real world, the diaper in the virtual world will turn yellow acting as an alert. Please log out as soon as possible and change your diaper to prevent the irritation of skin, or rash. When the back of the diaper turns brown, it means the player in the real world has soiled themselves, and will be forced logged out regardless if they are in a safe zone or not!
"No……It can't be……I didn't!" Horrified beyond belief, Asuna turned around to see that her diaper was discolored from the back also, she could see the brown coloring alerting her that she has a messy diaper in the real world. Before she could scream in horror and embarrassment, she felt her consciousness leave her avatar and everything around her when black.
The Real World: The examination room.
Now back in the real world Asuna's entire body was as stiff as a board because it took between 10 to 15 seconds for her senses to leave the AmuSphere and reconnect with her body. She slowly opened her eyes to blurred vision, a temporary side effect of using the AmuSphere, and stared off at the nervous look on her doctor's face.
"Yuki-san…….I'm going to ask that you please keep calm." She spoke timidly with her palm held out in front of her as if something were about to get thrown at her. "I did mention that the system message alerting you if you needed to use the restroom would be disabled, but I guess I should have let you use the restroom first before letting you log in."
Asuna looked at her doctor with a terrible expression, she was so angry and mortified that she couldn't form her words into sentences. Slowly she turned her gaze away from her doctor and towards her diaper, it looked a complete mess. It had been heavily soaked in the front, and the back was even worse. Warm, mud-like poop was smeared all against her backside, and some even leaked from the back of the diaper getting on the table and her clothing also.
Asuna's hair began to fly up as she took in a deep breath and screamed loud enough to shatter glass. It was the only thing she could do as not even 100 baths couldn't make her feel clean again.
Another hour had passed before Asuna finally left…. no stormed out of the hospital. She was in great need of a bath so she was allowed to use the ones in the nurse's lounge, but because her underwear had been leaked on, she was forced to leave while wearing yet another diaper beneath her red skirt. She still couldn't speak clearly from how angry she still was, and her face was as red as a tomato's. Innocent bystanders who saw the terrifying look on the girls face all moved aside letting her pass.
"Never again!" She growled to herself. "I will never wear another diaper again!"
That day, Asuna added another thing to her list of things that she absolutely hates. Slimy things, supernatural things, and now diapers.
