Seeing the trap they prepared was useless on Ben made the Etherious warier. They prepared some plans, but now they figure that most of those plans won't work either. So they need to find a way to defeat Ben with the most suitable plan.

"Damn, I can't stay still. Let's just fight him head on." Jackal said while transforming into his Etherious form which looked like a demonic beast.

Jackal dashed forward and Tempester shouted. "WAIT, JACKAL!"

Tempester wanted to stop Jackal, but Keyes stopped him. "Leave him be! You know how he is, so stopping him will be futile. Just use this chance to observe that human."

Keyes only wanted to see Ben's power and Tempester knew it. He followed Keyes' instruction because he knew it was the best thing to do. They can always resurrect the dead members later with their secret method, so dying is not a problem.

Jackal arrived in front of the thin Ben and touched Ben's body with his black arms. He smirked because Ben remained still and looked at him. In Jackal's mind, Ben was doing something very stupid right now.

"If you want to die that badly, then I'll grant it to you." Jackal said with a smirk.

Then, a massive explosion went off with Jackal and Ben in the center. The other Etherious back away because the radius of that explosion is wide. They were even pushed back because Jackal went all out with that attack that broke the surrounding tanks and walls.

"Did it work?" Franmalth asked.

Torafuzar scoffed and said, "Surely it worked. Even if his magic is heat based, it's nothing in front of our Curse power which is superior to magic."

"Superior, huh? I don't know which part feels superior." Ben said amidst the smoke, surprising the Etherious.

Ben was unscathed because Jackal's explosion didn't affect him. Jackal's eyes widened in disbelief because he used all his power with that attack. Not even a scratch was on Ben's body.

"Do you think a explosion like this can damage the sun?" Ben asked while grabbing Jackal's neck.

"Let me tell you something. Explosions of a bigger scale than this go off on the sun's surface all the time. So unless you can generate a much bigger explosion than that, you would never be able to hurt me." Ben said, placing his left palm on Jackal's stomach.

A dark red magic circle appeared on Jackal's stomach and Ben said, "Let me show you what a real explosion is before you die. Boom."

BOOM*

A much bigger explosion went off in the spacious room. It engulfed Jackal, Ben and every other Etherious there. The explosion even reached other rooms after breaking walls, floors, ceilings, etc. It kills many Etherious in the other rooms that were engulfed.

The cube shook and everyone can feel the tremor caused by the explosion. It was a really massive explosion even though Ben controlled it to avoid affecting his friends. So none of the Fairies were hurt by the explosion that killed many Etherious.

Jackal, who was in the center of the explosion, disappeared. Nothing was left of his body because it had been reduced to smithereens. The other Nine Demon Gates in the room were also injured, but they didn't die. Jiemma and Minerva were alive too.

"What's wrong? Why are you just standing there? This is a battle, you know." Ben said as if nothing happened.

The Etherious return to their senses and they decide to go all out.

"Yes, this is a battle. And you've turned the battlefield to our advantage." Keyes said as a dark aura covered his body.

Then suddenly, all the dead Etherious get up again as if they've returned to life.

"Necromancy? Very interesting." Ben said before looking at the other Etherious.

Torafuzar, Tempester and Franmalth are transforming right now. Torafuzar and Tempester changed into their Etherious forms while Franmalth transformed into Hades with a far more sinister and strange look. As for Keyes, he didn't transform.

Ben was now surrounded by many dead Etherious corpses and the transformed demons. He was interested in their transformation, especially Franmalth who transformed into Hades. Ben isn't interested in the power up, but he is interested in the method.

But it doesn't mean he'll take his time to observe them. He was already tired from his project that lasted 22 days and he is very hungry right now. So he will finish this faster and go home to get some food.

After deciding to get serious, Ben told all of them to come and not waste his time. Furious with the taunt, the Etherious immediately move to attack Ben. Jiemma also joined in, but Minerva remained behind. She even moved back because she knew that she won't win.

Ben smirked as they move forward and suddenly a very wide, dark red magic circle appeared below all of them. The Etherious don't know what it is, but they don't care. They just want to attack Ben as fast as possible.

Then, the Etherious hear Ben chanting his spell while slamming his fists together. "Sun Devil Domain! The Cursed Sun: Life Burner!"

A dark flame came out of the wide, dark red magic circle. Then in an instant, the dark red flame engulfed everyone there. A massive dark red sphere of flame appears in the cube and it burned everything that it touched.

Everyone in the cube can feel the heat coming from that dark red sphere of flame. Ben controlled the heat to not spread too much and just concentrates it inside the sphere. His targets are inside it.

The revived corpses were burned up instantly and the Etherious feel their bodies burning too. They can't move and just squirm around in pain because of the burning sensation. No one can resist it, except Minerva who appeared to be fine.

"I won't do anything to you because Sting personally asked me to save you if we ever saw each other again. You better thank him and change because you no longer have to follow your trash father." Ben said while looking at the dying Jiemma.

Jiemma died first because he wasn't as strong as the Nine Demon Gates. Even they struggled against Ben's power. They all knew it was only a matter of time before they were killed by the super hot solar energy that looked like a dark red flame.

But even in the middle of this, Keyes still had time to think of something. "This sensation. DON'T TELL ME! YOU! YOU'RE USING A CURSE, RIGHT?"

That question shocked the remained of the Nine Demon Gates and Minerva. Ben didn't answer and just smirked while looking at them.

"No way! A human is using Curses and it's even combined with Devil Slayer Magic." Keyes said in disbelief.

Ben smirked and said, "You're underestimating humans. We can even use the magic learned by demons, dragons and gods. Do you think we won't be able to use Curses? You're not that smart, are you? But be glad demons. You realized this before your death, so you can die peacefully."

Right after he said that, the 4 Etherious were reduced to ashes. They can't resist Ben's magic at all even though they said their Curse was superior. It's still a unique power otherwise Ben would never learn and use it.

Ben removed the sphere and a massive spherical room was created. The edges are fiery red and there were a lot of melted materials around it. Ben's hot dark red sphere of solar energy burned and melted everything it touched.

After the sphere disappeared, the only ones left were Ben and Minerva. Minerva slumped on the floor weakly while trembling. She had just witnessed something amazing and terrifying at the same time. She was relieved to come out of that hell alive.

Ben walked past her while saying, "Return to Sabertooth and be a better person. This will be the last chance you receive from me."

After saying that, Ben walked away from the terrified Minerva. He still had one more target to deal with, the guild master of Tartaros, the man known as the Underworld King, Mard Geer.
