I thought and decided to add a few more girls to Naruto's harem. One of them is Hinata, Kin, and maybe Tayuya. Naruto will be a little overpowered from the start, dark, and smart. Later, we will see what powers I will give Naruto.

-So, let's start the story.-

*Now we can find Naruto in this room meditating. Naruto started to transform his chakra into dark chakra, surrounding him in the dark corners. Shadows started to move as if they had souls of their own.*

In the shadows of human beings, Naruto began to feel their souls and their presence, but he could only sense them in Konoha and its surroundings. However, Naruto then sensed his mother underground in the middle of the Forest of Death with a few hundred other people.

When Naruto opened his purple eyes, he released such a large amount of chakra and bloodlust that the area around the tower became engulfed in dark chakra and shadows. Then, it shot up into the sky, causing the entire tower to shake. Naruto stood up and started walking outside the tower, with each step causing the ground to tremble and crack. As he walked, Naruto's metal claws left marks on the walls when he ran his fingers along them.

When Naruto was close to the tower doors, he kicked them open as he left. In front of the tower, Naruto appeared with Hiruzen, Anbu, and all the Jonins.

Hiruzen: Naruto, you can't leave the tower.

Naruto: And why not, old fool?

Hiruzen: If you leave, you will be disqualified from the Chunin exams.

Naruto: Do you think I care? I'm going to save my mother, whom you and this village kept away from me!

Hiruzen's eyes widened and he asked, "What do you mean, Naruto? Kushina is dead."

Then, faster than anyone could see, Naruto appeared in front of Hiruzen and lifted him by his throat. He said, "Oh, so you don't know. But when I find who is holding my mother, no one is going to survive. I will kill everyone." When all the kids came from the tower to see what was happening, they all saw how Naruto was holding the Hokage in the air by his throat.

"And when I save my mother, I will come and deal with you, old fool, if you helped to keep my mother away from me."

Then Naruto threw Hiruzen over 50 trees, but what happened next surprised everyone even more. Suddenly, in the middle of Naruto's back, two large black wings appeared with metallic feathers. And Naruto shouted to the air and flew away.

-Location: Secret Orochimaru and Root Base.-

Danzo sensed and even saw dense darkness chakra surrounding the tower in the forest and shouted into the air. He started to walk faster towards the prison cells to see if Uzumaki Kushina and Uchiha Mikoto had not escaped.

When Danzo walked to the two prison cells, he saw that two women were still sleeping in the cells. Then, a Root Member appeared near Danzo and said, "Danzo-sama, someone has entered our base." Then, Danzo said, "Go stop him and call everyone here to take those two away." But then, Danzo and the Root member heard nothing for a few seconds. Suddenly, the entire base turned black, all lights and torches went out, and a voice was heard around them saying, "You have what belongs to me."

When Naruto landed, a secret door appeared. Ten Root Anbu attacked him, but Naruto, still with wings, shot metallic feathers at them. Five Root Anbu dodged, but the other five were like targeted dummies; their bodies were full of metallic feathers.

Naruto returned his wings, grabbed two dead root tantos, and rushed at five alive root members. Two of them were cut in two, while the last three were cut into little pieces like vegetables for soup.

When Naruto walked inside the base, he said, "Let darkness and shadows rule!" Suddenly, the entire base turned dark as all the lights and torches went out. Everyone in the base heard him say, "You have what belongs to me."

When Naruto found 9 corridors, Naruto created 8 shadow clones. However, they appeared from shadow and darkness instead of with a puff of smoke. Naruto thought that he would figure out the reason for this later. Then, he ordered his clones to go to each corridor and kill everyone in their path.

Naruto walked into the middle corridor, and his clones rushed to the other eight corridors. Then, the masquerade of the Root and Orochimaru's men began.

With others at the Tower, when Hiruzen woke up, he took off his worn Hokage cloak and said, "Anbu Jonins, we need to find out where Naruto has gone." But then, they saw an explosion. Hiruzen, the Anbu, and the Jonins quickly body flickered to the location. When they arrived, they found ten deceased Root members and an open secret base door. Then, they heard sounds of fighting and screaming.

-With Naruto and Danzo.

Danzo: How did you find this place, demon?

Naruto: Your shadow told me where you're holding what's mine.

Danzo: What do you mean?

Naruto: I mean my mother, you old fool.

Danzo: You think you can stop me? Root is me!

Naruto: All of your Root almost died, and you're going to join them very soon, Danzo.

-At the tower with the teams-

Sasuke: Let's go too.

Shikamaru: Why? Because Naruto may need our help.

Kiba: He's cool, but he's also our friend.

Hinata: Yeah, we need to go help Naruto-kun.

With Hiruzen, Anbu, and Jonins, when they entered the base, it was dark. But then, Danzo flew outside, followed by Naruto, who flew with his wings after a few seconds.

When Hiruzen's Anbu Jonins ran outside and teams arrived at the place, they saw Danzo without his bandages. Especially Sasuke was angry because on Danzo's right arm, there were 10 Sharingan eyes, and in his right eye, there was the Mangekyou Sharingan.

Danzo tried to move, but chains appeared from the shadows and grabbed him, locking him in place. His Sharingan eyes turned back to normal black eyes, and Danzo asked,

Danzo: What did you do to my Sharingan?

Naruto: Sharingan eyes hold the souls of the Uchiha clan, whom you and the council killed.

Danzo: What are you going to do? There are so many people around. You can't kill me.

Naruto: Naruto looked around and said, "They can try to stop me, but then they will die too."

Then, the shadow chains ripped off Danzo's Mokuton arm, which had Sharingan eyes in it.

Danzo: Wait, if I tell you who betrayed your parents, are you going to let me live?

Naruto: Yes, I'm going to let you live.

Danzo: It was your father's student, Kakashi Hatake, who betrayed your parents.

Kakashi: I did not betray my sensei and his wife.

Danzo: You betrayed not only Yodaime and his wife, but because of you, Hiruzen's wife died, and so many people in Konoha lost their loved ones because of you, fool.

Kakashi: Then tell me how.

Danzo: When you were at Obito Uchiha's grave, you revealed when and where Kushina would give birth to Naruto.

Naruto: Who else knows this information, Danzo?

Danzo: Hiruzen and all civilians and the Shinobi council, but they did nothing to Kakashi.

Hiruzen: How do you know that?

Danzo: Because the leader of Akatsuki told me himself when he killed the entire Uchiha clan.

Hiruzen: It was Uchiha Itachi who killed the Uchiha clan.

Danzo: No, Itachi tried to fight back but he lost.

Naruto: Who is that person?

Danzo: He calls himself the Ghost of the Uchiha, Madara Uchiha.

Hiruzen: Madara is dead.

Danzo: Then tell me how dead men can release the Kyubi and control it.

Naruto: So you mean, Danzo, that Hiruzen and all the council knew but did nothing.

Danzo: Oh, but Hiruzen did something.

Hiruzen: Danzo, don't.

Naruto: And what did he do, Danzo?

Danzo: Hiruzen Sarutobi told everyone in the village that you have the Kyubi inside you and took all the money from Uzumaki and Namikaze bank accounts. He left you with nothing. Hiruzen betrayed you like his entire village did.

Naruto: Is that true, Hiruzen?

Hiruzen: Naruto, you must understand that I don't have any other ideas on how to help Konoha. I will try my best to fix it, I promise Naruto.

Naruto: I will deal with you later, Hiruzen. I promise you that.

Naruto turned back to Danzo and commanded the shadow chains and claws to rip Danzo into pieces. Black dark claws dragged Danzo's soul into the shadows.

Thean Naruto turned to Kakashi.

Naruto: Hatake, because of you, my father died, my mother was kidnapped, and she was taken from me.

Kakashi: Naruto, I really didn't know, but he never finished because Naruto cut off Kakashi's head with the shadow scythe.

Naruto turned around as two shadow clones walked out of the bunker, carrying Kushina and Mikoto in their arms.

Sasuke: Mother!!

Naruto: Bring them to the hospital, and if someone tries to stop you, kill them all.

Sasuke: Thank you, Naruto, for saving my mother.

Naruto: You're welcome, but now we need a new Hokage and a new council.

Sasuke: Why a new council?

Naruto: Because the old one will die very soon.
