Vision 6. Ambushed by Vipers and Dragonkin

The next day we were woken in time to let Jasmine and Jessica to take point, so we were free to roam about paris, and so far it was peaceful, which made us more weary "I dont get it sis its the day of thh full moon…theres no sense of struggle or anxiety in the city, and I nodded and yawned we woke at about 9:00pm with the vision of what happened long ago, the real story made what happened to us give more visual.

December 25th christmas year 1995

Ciaran, Judas, and Sarah, and I were just finishing dinner aka throwing food at each other, which we really shouldn't be doing, then elizabeth shooed us into the back front room while the we were cleaning the dishes and the boys( and Kali) were forced into our second living room where all the kids jumped onto floor we were just kids, Ciaran and judas were trying to figure out out to get a specific story book down from the high shelf that was their orders and of course it was going as planned...badly,

"Hey hold still I cant reach it '' Ciaran would complain as he stood on Judas's shoulder because he was younger, and of course Judas lost his footing which dropped Ciaran as a couple books fell on him.

"Oh god your an idiot' judas growled at ciaran, and Ciaram responded with

"No your the idiot you weren't holding me right" then judas responded with

"Well You can't balance" and they were about to get into another fight while Kali was goating them because she enjoyed our brothers fighting because she was a punky

sprite screaming

"get him Ciaran, get him'and I would yell opposites at them,

thats when we would walk in and Elizabeth would once again chastise Ciaran and judas who both were apologetic to elizabeth as she pulled out of the book and handed it to us and Judas went to go sit down and read.

So as we sat and talked, and screwed up, Elizabeth sat down with us and we started to take part in festivities of yuletide. We were all just relaxing for now Kali, me, and Sarah were talking girls and music and talking about presents and goading the boys to fight

"Judas, why do you keep picking on him? Ciaran why don't you step up?"

Ciaran looked at Judas and stuck his tongue at him. "Yeah Judas stop picking on me"

"As if you wont stop getting in my way of authority"

"Children, calm yourself it's time for presents, judas come over here and help"

Ciaran snickered and elizabeth said "you too Ciaran"

Ciaran and judas as punishment for screwing off were forced to pass out the presents.

Maybe 10 minutes later we all had our presents.

Kali went first since she was the youngest" she called out and opened a small present, it was a gem necklace, a real emerald necklace. "I got a necklace it's pretty"

Of course Ciaran smacked her forehead. "Little Kali you have to read who its from"

she blinked and looked away at the box. "Its from Ciaran thanks bro"

He rolled his eyes and smacked his forehead again. "Your welcome, ok my turn

Ciaran picked up a box and read the box "Judas?"

Judas nodded in a proud accomplishment."of course little Ciaran"

Ciaran frowned and looked at him. "Your pride is showing"

He said opening the book and it was a pentacle, a silver star with a circle around it with jewels around it.

"Do we only have jewelry? What are we girls?" Sarah asked, and I smacked her upside the side. "Well yeah," and Kali laughed and so did the others.

"My turn again" Kali yelled, and looked at the box sign. "Its from Sis sarah"

Sarah smiled at her and she opened them and it was cute clothes, some she still wear even now:

'Ok my turn, ' Sarah said, picking a book and opening the card. "Its from my Brother Judas"

Judas smiled and gave her the peace sign and opened it to a book of genealogy.

"What's this?" She asked, and Judas spoke. "Remember when you were making that mess of paper on genes this is a book on genealogy" her eyes lit up she then dove into judas almost knocking the tree and pecking him with kisses

"To much too much"

"Hey you guys watch the tree"

"I don't know what they're fighting about bout I think Sarahs winning"

There's a lot of talk like that.

"Come back here guys it's time to continue the presents"

After the love fest went back to normal,I picked up a box and looked at it.

"It's a big box and its from Judas," I smiled at him, and winked at him we had something going on, SO I reached in and revealed it to be another guitar, an electric acoustic.

"Another guitar? I already have an acoustic guitar"I blinked, looking sort of disappointed and looking at Judas. That's when Judas stepped over.

"True love you have an ACOUSTIC guitar, this is an ELECTRIC acoustic guitar"

My eyes yes widened, I wanted a guitar that would play electric and acoustic.

"Hey hey sis when I get older can you teach me how to play the guitar?"

I smiled and looked at her. "But you don't have a guitar..

"her smile faded because it was true sarah piped up.

"What if you gave your old black cherrywood guitar to her?"

"I don't know I really like that guitar I looked at her as if thinking that's when she decided

"Ok if I get another instrument I'll trade you" I smiled and nodded

It wasn't shortly after that her final present from ciaran was a silver flute, and just like that christmas was over and soon enough everything was settled for the rest of the night

until that night, around 12:00pm we thought everything went well, until the the witching hour thats when we heard such racket, like an earthquake and when I started to sense people trying to break in and me, Ciaran, and Judas running down the stairs, fearing for my sisters I mentally locked their door. I was the top fighter and judas wasnt around so it was me and CIaran. Suddenly the door busted and even as young as we were we were table to hold our own. 2-3 guys were taken out by me alone, that was without my vampiric powers,until awkakaened and then me and Selena were were taking on an army and By now I counted 5-6-7 guys taken out by me and suddenly I got blasted back as Ciaran released a kinetic wave of energy that blasted 2-3-4- dark ones including me to the corners of the room hard enough to send waves of pain through my system as I slammed my back, shoulders into the wall as I crash, falling to the floor, and when I woke up I heard

"Bring her" and suddenly I felt my self pressed against the wall, I couldn't even touch the ground,

"Ugh let go, who are you this hurts Ciaran," I call out and I saw our brother captured, and Kali and I was standing alone why weren't she help me"

Finally I heard Judas speak

"Ciaran pay attention, I know your coherent hear this now for the crimes of witchcraft under the italian law of the vatican-the canon episcopi and recently the summis desiderentes affectibus

"Sis SIS wake up your gonna walk into the street" Suddenly I felt someone pull on my leather jacket and suddenly a semi truck drove by me and thats when I realized I was in the center of paris, blinking hard and nearly getting hit by a bus or was it a semi? I couldnt tell,. thats when I looked down at Kaliya and she shook her head at me. "Your spacy than usual right now lets focus, lets get some breakfast" and I nodded and we both sighed and continued through the city. I just heard questions about the city coming from my own mind. Ive never been in paris, it was nice, if my world wasnt so wrapped in my brother's non responsive self I would be paying more attention to the sites, but right now my mind was on Ciaran who at this moment was in a hospital room, non-responsive. How long has it been since I heard my brother's voice? I sighed deeply as I started to walk up side Kali, holding her hand. I looked at her and she smiled at me, slightly I know what was going through her head, even after years away from one another I knew her thoughts even without seeing into her mind "Its been a long time since we've been here" Kali finally spoke after a half a mile of silence just us walking in each others pace, and I nodded. "You remembered.." I said and she nodded. "Its one of my core memories, you me and CIaran travelling through paris, not much has changed though it has gotten colder" and I smiled and patted her shoulder and she stopped as I did and she looked at me. "Selena..how did we get here?" and I didnt know how to answer. I just looked at her. "I dont know how to answer that honestly, and maybe I"m not the one to answer that question for you…but honestly I think that Ciaran would be good saying that we are being tested..our love, my bond, you me ciaran and now that we have other friends now..its time to challenge them..see how well they handle what we know so well" and She smiled and nodded and looked down slightly and I grabbed onto her chin and lifted them up to my eyes and smiled. "We are going to come out of this stronger, happier, and with more connections than before..just you watch" and She smiled and nodded and at this point we had reacheded Mcdonalds, I suddenly sensed a shift in Kali's behavior and she looked at me. "Its funny Sarah,judas, and Ciaran and I went to a mcdonalds not too long ago before they left venice…it was nice, it was before we went out that night to Ciaran's hands on assignment with the venetian butcher, Ciaran was so happy to be with us and It was the best" and again she sniffed, and I smiled and wrapped by arms around my sister and wiped the tear away from her eyes and patted her back. "Ciaran is fighting to get back to us if he wasnt he would have flatlined already hes in there, whatever hes fighting against, he needs our support we cant give up on him, the instant we give up on him, he gives up on himself and thats when he truly dies…lets go into this with strong conviction, dont talk about him like hes not here, dont say things like he was, because was is a term that means hes not anymotre..calm baby sister" I said and she nodded and wiped her own tears. "Adversity through faith.." and I smiled at her and we both headed inside when I reached for the door something went off in my brain and I jumped out of the way as a group barreled through frmo mcdonalds and I widened my eyes their aura was palpable they were serpents, dragonkin I could tell because their aura matched what I sensed in russia alexis, abel, and the third I didnt get an exact connection but he was a dragonkin, a serpent and now IM runing into them, I see it with my eyes but they seemed to not notice they were young about Kalis age maybe younger, their behavior was childish, and they were fooling around, piercings, colored hair, makeup you can tell a serpent and a dragonkin by how they show themselves off, and how they act around one another there were 5 of them, three girls two boys there was little I could learn about them as they were gone as quick as they appeared, dolts they didnt even help me up. "Kids am I right?" Kali said smirking slighly and I smled sarcastically at her. "Dont talk Kali your at their age" and Kali looked hurt and blushed slightly. "Miss Selena I assure you I maybe young but I dont ACT young" she said, and I pulled myself up on my feet and tickled Kali causing her to giggle and start swatting at my hands. "Se-se-selenaheha STOP" She then reared back and tried to deliver a swing of her elbow and I caught her. "Easy kung fu Kali I'm just joking" and she blushed. "But I said stop.." SHe said quietly her bridge of her nose slightly reddened. I sighed and kissed her. "Lets get some food"and just like that she perked up and nodded. "Yeah I want some bacon chicken burgers minus the bacon' and I laughed slightly and we both entered into the building.

When we entered into the building it was a mix of humans and human likes- France was easily a place to say seemed safe, but frmo my viison there were dragons, VIpers, and Demons, and dhampires spread in the mcdonalds, hey just because we dont need it doesnt mean we dont want it, on the contary if you didnt change when you eat wouldnt you like fast food more? "We're already predators…" I thought out lod and Little Kali clapped her hand on my shoulder and I looked at her. "Huih?" and she Scowled at me slightly. "Sis I think we should get you looked at you havent been paying attention to me and know I'm getting concerned you even almost walked into the middle of the street" And I only smiled at her and shook my head. "I'm just concerned about Caleb…ohh damn it now I"m doing it" I said and scowled and she laughed. "Its a name judas picked out for him, I suppose if CIaran didnt like it he would have said something" and I rolled my eyes."it still doesnt sit with me that I he was pulling strings by pulling strings, how do we know that this supernatural hornets nest exist?" I asked out loud and suddenly was tha a blade I felt at my backside? Thats when I heard "I think you are speaking rather loudly about sensitive topics I think you and I should talk" and I looked behind me and I didnt see anything but sure felt something sharp in my back thats when I blinked what was against me? And did I hear that voice? No I shook it off and looked at Kali and smiled at her and nodded, trying to push off and at first nothing hapened until we stepped to the cashier alittle while ago and again I felt the sharp stab of something like a blade only this time I felt something hot lightning or fire against my backside and a voice this time a womans voice. "We werent asking tell your sister that you need to use the bathroom then sneak off and meet us behind the mcdonalds." this time I felt the heat against my back and I know they werent going to let me go thats when I sighed and looked down at Kali who seemed to have no knowledge that I was being attack internally and even I was asking if I was losing my mind because no one was there but Ive had knowledge of beasts and soldiers and warrirors that could be invisible or… "astral.." I said out loud as I entered into the bathroom, looking at the mirror but even in the mirror there was nothing there. This was nuts who was attacking me? Thats when the instructions came to me "We werent asking tell your sister that you need to use the bathroom then sneak off and meet us behind the mcdonalds." behind the mcdonalds? Can I speak anymore of danger than places that we werent allowed to go to? I sighed and looked into the mirror and spoke hopefully that whoever was putting a gun to my head…or in this case a blade to my back can hear me. "Ok I'm leaving the mcdonalds I'm gonna be mad if this is a prank" but how could it be? I felt it so vividly nd soon I walked around the back of mcdonalds where it shaded over the restraunt where there were 4 members sprawled out, some standing, some sitting, some walking, etc. and soon I walked into the shadows and revealed they were the ones that had just left the place thats when I felt it, the power that formed off them my eyes widened slightly but they were just kids, right? I sighed and closed my eyes and let my appearance fill out my being my eyes diming my pupils making them smaller and yet the green remains shar as ever. My aura of purple energy following around me undampned and this got a look from all four f them thats when I stepped forward into the light. "You have some nerve attacking me in bright daylight Kids" I spoke and let my aura form over the ground as it formed apair of open portals where my weapons would come from and thats when the one of the young males stepped forward in front of me. "Silence your spells Hybrid we dont mean any harm but we must have a word with you-" "On your mouth-" the female spoke, she had black hair with a stripe of blue through it and she was build hard clearly thats when the male spoke. "Britney, your going to get us deeper than we are already, She has a right to be informed not intimidated" and the male looked at me as I was glaring at them. "Apologies Hybrid we're kind of high heat so when she hears people talking about our kind it erks her" and thats when I closed my aura and portals and took a deep sigh. "Ok, you got till my sister calls or texts me"
