I'm back and ready to finish the story at least! This will be given extra length because of the long hiatus to make up for it.

Chapter 42: Source of Misery

Previously, Azry was outed as the killer of Eli, Jimmy's past life. The real surprise though, was that he had allied himself with the worst possible being in the world and had masterminded the events that led to all that transpired. What is Azry's endgame and why did he choose to work with Lucius Heinous I of all people? But wait, what happened to Sara when she finally confronts the Worst Tyrant in Miseryville's history?

Few minutes ago…

Sara says while being determined, "Lucius Heinous I… Your reign of misery will end!" She walks toward to where Lucius I is, preparing to use her Arc Gear to freeze him.

She enters through the wrecked building to find Lucius Heinous I's body and freeze him for good. She sees him, "There he is!"

Lucius Heinous I is lying on the ground with his body being smoked by Gabriel's ultimate attack and his wound on his chest exposed because of it. He shows no signs of being conscious as his arms are wide open.

Sara thought to herself, 'Gabriel's strongest attack really did critical damage to him. I wonder how he was able to learn techniques that can harm Lucius due to not having sacred power like Jimmy and Uncle Uriel… However, he planned this for me to put the finishing blow to him. I'll be the one to stop him for the last time.'

Sara forms a sword made of ice and imbues it with her sacred aura. She refers to this as the Holy Winter Sword!

She leaps up from the ground and prepares to stab Lucius Heinous I through the wound caused by Gabriel. She thought to herself in determination, 'Lucius! Your lifelong tyranny ends at last! Now away with you in frozen slumber again!'

Suddenly, Lucius I blocks the blade with his bare hand one inch before it stabs into his open wound. It all happened in one second much to Sara's horror.

Sara is horrified, "No… You were faking it the whole time!"

Lucius I tells her, "I admit, the last time someone wounded me in the way that I was in critical pain, it was your father along with your uncle. Difference is, the power Michael had was more potent than this and yet…!"

Sara immediately let go of her sword before Lucius I could grab her.

Lucius crushes her sword made of ice and shouts, "The fact that a human managed to give me this wound is INFURIATING!"

Sara is alarmed, "Oh no!" She immediately tries to run off before he can get her and uses snow as smokescreen to hide her presence.

Lucius I sees her and shouts, "And yet, another tries to freeze me?! That won't happen!" He looks around for her and finds her. "Michael! Your followers have already lost! Now your daughter will pay the price!" He tries to grab her.

Sara screams, "NO!"

As soon as Lucius I grabs her, his hand phases through her much to his shock. "W-What the?!"

The image of Sara disappears from his view, making him realize that he's been tricked due to a small device below her projecting her image.

Lucius I growls, "A projector?! Who's responsible for this?!"

DJ Skullz's voice is heard, "Alright! Now our special guest arrived!"

Lucius I growls, "It's you!" He turns over to see DJ Skullz behind him who is using his artificial Arc Gear: Sound Model.

DJ Skullz tells him, "That's right, Lucius the First. It is I, DJ Skullz, the head of the Technology Department of Chronic Watchers and the Number One DJ of Miseryville! Now that our leader did his part, it's my turn to stop you!"

Lucius I sees him and smirks, "So, you are the one who's going to fight me. I heard about your display in battle and let's say that you are not comparable to the human who wounded me. Now, where is that girl?"

DJ Skullz then tells him, "I figured you would say that. However, our leader told us to hold back our true strength so the young generation would show what they are capable of. Otherwise, I would have managed myself already against one who can use music as well. Now, I'm serious this time." He recalls when Cerbee and Angel defeated D-Bones who's one of the Shadow Heart 13.

Lucius I laughs, "Muahahaha! That will be your undoing! You trust them too much to manage them! Now the Warrior of Light and others won't be able to fight me after their drawn-out battle!"

DJ Skullz prepares to fight, "That's why, us adults will be the one to stop you here! If you want Sara, you must go through us!"

Then back to the present to the bombshell that was dropped from last chapter…

Azry reveals to them in sinister glee, "Let's make this clear! I'm not working for Lucius Heinous I… To create the new Age of Malevolence, I'm working WITH him!"

Jimmy is shocked, "No way…"

Asmoe is utterly shocked by Azry's reveal to him, "You what?"

Beezy, Saffi, and Cerbee are equally shocked that Azry of all people is working with Lucius Heinous I to enact their plan to begin the Age of Malevolence.

Heloise is speechless from what is going on, realizing that her birth was also part of said grand plan.

Levon is stunned, "What did this guy just said?!"

Lotia is horrified to realize that she was a pawn to both Azry and Lucius Heinous I. "No way…"

Belphy is surprised, "Why would he announced such a thing during captivity?"

Candy is horrified, "How evil…"

Lillian and Jez are horrified to hear that Azry formed an alliance with the worst possible being.

DJ Skullz and Mamondo are also alarmed by the sudden turn of events realizing it cost Abadi's life.

Gabriel is shocked in realization that Azry and Lucius I were ahead of them all this time. "No… This can't be."

Lucius Heinous VII is upset, "The New Age of Malevolence? That's what the First was up to all this time?!"

Samy screams, "Then we have been played all along!"

Lucius Heinous II to VI were utterly shocked to hear that the First's real plans had nothing to do with misery.

Lucius Heinous II is horrified to realize that the First has been conspiring with Azry all along, "The Age of Malevolence?! But what about misery?! Was that all lies?!"

Lucius III shouts, "Grandfather has been lying to us!"

Lucius IV growls, "Why that lousy…"

Lucius V is horrified, "This can't be happening!"

Lucius VI is stunned, "Then… We have been set up by that man and that brat!"

Astaro calls them out, "Now you get it! He doesn't care about any of you or me! Yet… Why is Azry working with that man who ruined Mother?! After everything, he was the one who took me in to get away from Father!"

Barbara is horrified, "Then that means, he must have been the one who engaged in the explosion of S.S. Libertas…"

Nataz is angry, "AZRY! You were the one who betrayed the Valentine clan! Not only that, but you were also setting me up to be killed for you own goals!"

Azry smirks, "That is right. Don't you get it, human? I never wanted your seat in the Order of the Blackheart or your crown in the first place. Your plans to rewrite history by going back to that moment in the past to preserve Paradise or Heaven is incompatible with our own ambitions! I used all of you to get to this point! Humans and mortals alike are so easy to manipulate!"

Nataz is incredulous, "You were the one who reached out to me! You helped create the Order of the Blackheart by scouting for the best warriors you can find! Everything you did for me was to help put an end to the Misery Empire and restore Paradise! Why do you betray me now, after all the years in training you and serving me from the First Generation?!"

Azry responds, "Just shut up and listen to me. You'll know why we engaged in all this!"

Asmoe growls, "You are in no position to demand us to listen to you! You've betrayed your own clan by collaborating with that man! You are a disgrace to the Valentine Clan!"

Azry sneers, "I said, LISTEN!"

BOOM! An explosion of darkness from where Azry stands and engulfs the entire floor of the Lux Sidus where they are.

Levon grunts, "It's already gotten dark here!"

Lotia tells him, "Even if Azry made this room darker, he's still here and he's in front of us!"

Asmoe is shocked, "Impossible! I should have sealed your powers!"

Azry responds, "I already developed a countermeasure just in case for that! It may be strong to seal Valentines, but not with the very power I have!" He then breaks out of the ice Levon sealed him in with his enhanced strength due to rage.

Asmoe screams, "WHAT?!"

Azry shouts, "I've absorbed the power of Astaro's Wrath! I'm still evolving, brother! Now, I have you all for this moment!"

Levon shouts, "Lotia! Let's get back to our Overdrive forms immediately! We need to take him down!"

Lotia nods, "Okay!"

Levon and Lotia activate their Overdrive forms, only for their forms to dissipate due to the natural aura around them being disrupted. They are stunned to see what just happened.

Asmoe couldn't believe it, "How?!"

Azry then says, "This is my ultimate technique, Dark Dominion. Within this domain, the natural aura is dominated by my darkness and your Overdrive won't do you any good. Not only the aura is dominated by this power, so is the power of darkness within it! You are all at my mercy!" He pulls out his hand and unleashes his power at them.

WHAM! Asmoe, Levon, and Lotia get slammed onto the floor face first by a gravitational force from Azry's darkness! All three have been overwhelmed by the power.

Jimmy is worried, "EVERYONE!"

Heloise realizes something, "Wait a second, that power seemed familiar…"

Beezy wonders, "What is it?"

Heloise tells them, "The powers that used darkness and gravity… They are like when Asmoe used the Black Lotus and Beliando when he had powers of the evil demon Drake. Don't tell me… Azry must relate to them?!" She comes in a shocking revelation.

Nataz is horrified, "Impossible… I gave Azry that power and he used that to cause everything that happened. Yet, why didn't I foresee this? How on Earth did he go beyond my oversight?!"

Azry then says, "It's simple, Your Majesty… The moment you bestowed me the powers to cross space and manipulate darkness, the Malevolent One's will drove out the inner darkness out of me and allowed me to conduct my wish starting with betraying you! The powers of darkness and 0 were the powers of the ultimate being all along!"

Nataz is stunned, "T-That can't be…"

Azry then says, "After all, I'm the one who helped scout for those who will be chosen by you as your elite! You think it wasn't a coincidence that every person I chose post-First Generation that was an enemy of the Heinous dynasty, were already rotten to the core themselves?"

Astaro growls, "Bastard!"

Barbara is stunned, "No… That is not true."

Azry then says, "Only Barbara was an exception to that because only unlike me, Astaro who already had Heinous blood within him, and Ba'el being an Alpha Hell Demon… She was chosen because she's the one that you would be most open to."

Nataz realizes what Azry meant by this, "All this time, I thought I was following the path of the one I made despite the ark power.."

Azry answers, "No… The path you followed was already predetermined by the will of the Malevolent One. You were the only one rebelling against the Malevolent One so you could make your dream come true. Instead, we did the work to make sure you were dancing into our tune so you would face your downfall at the hands of the Savior himself!"

Nataz is horrified, "No… Then everything I wished to be it was all for nothing?"

Jimmy responds, "Uriel… Azry won't get away with this!"

Heloise shouts, "It's time we deal with this guy and then Lucius I so this will end!"

Azry then shouts, "It will only end when I say it ends! Do you all forget the fortress above you?!"

Nataz growls, "I won't let that happen! The very fortress will still be in my command along with my Lancers! I command this to halt!"

Beezy looks ahead and is shocked, "Guys! Look!"

Jimmy and the others witnessed the Lancers that were the golem army created by Nataz, they ended up rising and they looked toward the heroes before pointing their weapons at them.

Nataz notices and realizes, "What the?! What are they doing?! They are not the enemy! Enough! I created you to serve our purpose!"

Azry then drops a bombshell, "You may have created the fortress and the army to command yourself, however… I was the one that made sure that they operated very well thanks to my genius. That's why you trusted me by giving me the administrative commands over not just your fortress, but also your army in case you were inactive! Your defeat by Jimmy was the plan to give me control of everything in your empire!"

Jimmy is stunned to see that Azry helped him defeat Nataz so he could take full control, "No…"

Nataz is horrified to see the Lancers that were deactivated following his defeat, were reactivated by Azry's command. "I can't believe this…"

Heloise is stunned, "Azry is a tech genius! He even beat me to that."

Azry chimes in, "That's correct, Heloise! All the data from the lost technology of the past, I have access to all of it thanks to Nataz! I learned a lot from it after all!"

Beezy screams, "This can't get any worse!"

KA-BOOM! An explosion occurred far from where Jimmy and the others had gathered with Nataz and Barbara.

Lillian is horrified, "That came from where DJ Skullz is!"

As the screen on the building shows where it happened, they saw something that really shocked them.

DJ Skullz is lying against a destroyed wall, with his skull face cracked and his body showing heavy damage. He shows no signs of being conscious…

Heloise screams, "DJ!"

Beezy is shocked, "Oh no! Who's going to host the club then?!"

Lucius I laughs evilly, "HAHAHAHA! Your measly artificial Arc Gear isn't enough to stop me!"

Lillian is concerned, "DJ Skullz. Get up…"

Jimmy can only be frustrated since people are already falling because of the setup by the true masterminds behind all this.

Azry smirks, "Oh Lucius I, right on cue. I just told Nataz here of our alliance and you've already taken down one of the Chronic Watchers."

Jimmy growls in anger to the point of calling him by his real name, "Lucius!"

Astaro glares at him, "Father…"

Lucius I then shouts, "As of now, refer to me as one of the Overlords of the New M

Nataz realizes how Azry has been plotting behind his back, "No way… Azry, I know home wasn't kind to you but for you to do this… Yet, WHY?!"

Lucius I is amused by Nataz's shock before telling him, "Oh, you are going to love this. Azry didn't have a good childhood when he was growing. What made it even worse is that he found out who really killed his hero."

Nataz realizes what Lucius I meant, "Hero? No way, Azry… you were begrudging me for this the entire time?'

Azry answers, "It is true, Nataz. Back then, I was a follower of Michael. He inspired me to never give up and make my family proud. He was basically the uncle I've ever wanted. However, I received news of his death, and I was saddened. Master, that was an understatement."

Asmoe realizes, "Brother… You mean all this time…"

Azry then tears up, "When I heard Michael was dead, I was utterly devastated. He was gone and with that… I felt despair. Hopelessness. Pure misery."

Lucius VII is horrified to hear that Azry was devastated from his idol's death.

Azry then says, "He was the reason I didn't give up even when Asmoe had greater potential than I! I wanted to prove that I'm strong enough to be Asmoe's big brother but… I had to find answers by coming to you. You told me a lot about why you didn't fight because of what happened back then. I was able to find Nataz who took me in as he hid away from the world due to possessing the Right Arm of the Malevolent One, Tempus. I promised him that I wouldn't let anyone know of his existence due to spies from the enemy Heinous empire that founded Miseryville."

Asmoe is surprised that was how Azry was able to find Nataz.

Azry explains how it went down, "Nataz taught me everything about the power of aura and trained me to use it in ways my father couldn't despite being trusted with it by Michael. Then he told me that the Valentine clan is in danger of losing everything to an unexpected attack, based on a vision he had from Tempus, the Right Hand of the Malevolent One. He told me that this power is a dark one that would have corrupted him fully if it weren't for the powers Michael shared with him to make sure he doesn't lose full control of himself. He told me that to make sure that Lucius Heinous I didn't get the power needed to become all-powerful with both arms of the Malevolent One, he had to uphold his brother's sacrifice to go into hiding so he can strike back in the future. This way, he will have the most likely chance to win along with reuniting with his brother's reincarnation."

Jimmy is awed that Nataz foresaw the final showdown happening.

Nataz responds, "I did confess to you that Michael fell to my sword and the reasons for it… Yet, you didn't tell me how you really felt back then even when I confessed to you! Azry, if you felt this way the entire time… Why did you hide it until now?!"

Azry then says with a death glare, "That's because… It was all part of getting revenge against you. You were human like Michael, and he was your brother… Yet, you killed him! You ruined his chance to make this world a utopia!"

Lucius I then smirks, "That's not all… Azry already knew that you killed him."

Nataz realize in horror, "You knew all along?!"

Azry then says, "Little did Master know, I already discovered the truth about Michael's sacrifice thanks to a certain being who guided me. It was a Hell Demon whose job is to look after Tempus, Ba'el."

Everyone hearing this are surprised that Ba'el was encountered by Azry BEFORE Nataz.

Azry smirks, "Ba'el was the one who told me that 'What will happen is already decided'. I asked him what he meant by that and how did he know that my family would suffer the tragedy. He told me it was simple; all of this was decided by the will of the Malevolent One. Ba'el who sought me as the potential heir to Tempus brought me over to Lucius Heinous I. When he told me that you killed Michael, it broke me… The devastation allowed me to resolve to get you to tell me the truth, which confirmed it! Uriel! You killed Michael all because of your jealousy over him! All because not only he was a bigger hero than you, but he also won the girl of your dreams who you killed following her sacrifice!"

Everyone is horrified to hear that Azry revealed that Nataz killed Michael over the woman they fell in love with.

Nataz is solemn, "I… I… It's not true… That wasn't it at all. I may have loved her, but my brother's happiness…"

Barbara is saddened because Nataz might be telling the truth, "Master…"

Asmoe then tells him, "Get to the point, Azry! You already got Nataz to admit his secret to all of us! This had more to do with what Nataz's plan to atone! Tell me, what was YOUR goal all this time?!"

Azry exclaims, "As you can see brother, this entire world has gone into Hell all because of Nataz's pathetic love life! This weak love is the source of all the misery that happened in this world! He is the very reason that I grew to despise this chaotic world and everything that has to do with love!"

Nataz is shocked to hear from Azry accused him while Jimmy and Asmoe are stunned to hear what he is talking about.

Azry explains, "Heloise's love toward the man so oblivious that it took a life-changing event for him to realize it and that Beezy dumping Saffi for one who was not what they seem. Yes that's right, I watch the show too! Lucius VII's wife leaving him and his girlfriend using him for riches, and who could forget my dear brother losing his sanity over Sara's death?!"

Beezy groans, "He's really not letting me live that down."

Asmoe is stunned by what Azry said about him.

Lucius I comments, "I admit, I didn't see Asmoe using the power of the Black Lotus coming. If it weren't for that, I wouldn't have to wait all that time in frozen state just to get our plan going!

Of course. Those annoying Chronic Watchers have always kept an eye on me when I purposely froze myself just so they can make sure I don't make a move. However, I already laid the foundations of our grand plan while you work in the shadows undetected so we can get to this point."

Lucius VII is alarmed, "What? What is he talking about?"

Asmoe's eyes widen, "Wait, you mean…"

Azry tells him, "That's right, Asmoe. The Black Lotus of Hades can be activated by the deepest, darkest desires which the dark soul within will grant it too. Sara's sudden death wasn't planned at all which was why the Black Lotus activated prematurely. All you did was set us back to planning for this time instead."

Asmoe then realizes that everything that happened was because of his deep desire to destroy the Heinous Empire and how that wish made him live extraordinarily long through his blood. "It can't be…"

Azry then says, "Now you get it? That's the powers from the Malevolent One which was used to give you power to eliminate the Heinous Empire because they killed Sara. Unfortunately, you had to be stopped and so they tried to seal you but the Malevolent One's power within you let you live on even in blood. So because of that, we had to move forward from era to another until this era where Nataz is promised to meet the very person who inherited Michael's will and the power that comes with it! The very person that would free you from your predicament by letting the Black Lotus get closer to him! Thanks to that green goblin lying to Lucius VII about where he got it from, the pieces were all coming together!"

Heloise is dumbfounded, "Green goblin? Wait, doesn't he mean…?" She realizes who it was, which shocked her due to what led to the very incident back then.

Lucius VII remembers, "Oh no, then that means… Samy! You had the Black Lotus and you said it came from the temple that housed it in Hart Island, yet I couldn't use it! However, Jimmy who was possessed by Asmoe was able to!"

Samy remembers how it happened and says, "It's true sir! I told you when we tried to retrieve it, over 10 of our men died trying to get it! However, I was the only one who survived!"

Back then, waking up after managing to get out of the temple alive, he saw a dead Minotaur soldier lying on the ground with the Black Lotus somehow in his hand. He grabs it immediately and goes to take it back to Lucius Heinous VII, not noticing that the Minotaur soldier holding it was already dead from being impaled through the heart from the back. A hooded man saw Samy take his leave and laughs evilly just as he puts away his black blade that was bloodied.

Azry points to himself, "He didn't even notice how the Black Lotus was caught already! It worked because the only one who can get it are either the descendant of Michael, a pure-blooded Valentine like me, or Nataz!"

Gabriel is stunned, "No… That's how it all started."

Jimmy remembers, "That's right. I was taken over by something within. The power was said to be the darkest me, but it was Asmoe that had taken over! Now that I realize something, it was the malevolence from the power granted to Asmoe that made it happen!"

Heloise wonders, "How did that power get to Asmoe like that?"

Nataz then says, "The Black Lotus of Hades corrupted Asmoe because it used to be the heart of another who's vile as Lucius I and Azry!"

Lucius I glares at him, "You do not speak of the one!"

Heloise realizes what kind of being would cause Asmoe to become something he wasn't which cause her to shake in uneasiness.

Azry says, "So, to think that don't know what would possess Azry for that to happen. They really don't know yet only Nataz and Michael who should have told Jimmy the whole story."

Lucius I chuckles, "Hehehe, that's correct. I mean, it's no wonder that Asmoe was so consumed with malice and corrupted his love for Sara…" He laughs. "Hahahahaha! Hearing what happened made me laughed!"

Asmoe was in tears when Lucius I mocked him.

Heloise is shocked, "So that's why…"

Lucius I laughs, "Hahahaha! He became the very thing he hated the most! Now that's rich! Oh, how about unleashing that powerful demon Drake into this world?"

Azry responded with a smirk, "That's right. Beliando was a genius himself who knew how to make use of the advanced technology that was of the past. That's why I came to him for greater power to make use of his knowledge to apply for our endgame!"

Heloise, Saffi, Levon, and Belphy are shocked at the revelations that Azry came to Beliando which led to very unfortunate events that came from it.

Levon growls, "I knew it… Beliando was scum, but you had a hand into what happened to me! Did you realize that he chose me to be his guinea pig and got me to think Beezy was the one who caused my soccer career to go short?! You bastard!" He struggles to get back up to attack Azry.

BAM! Azry kicks Levon to knock him back down, "Don't interrupt me!"

Levon gets sent hurling onto the floor. "ARGH!"

Lotia cries out, "Levon!" She hisses at Azry for hurting him but is held back by Asmoe from attacking him.

Asmoe tells her, "Don't, Lotia! Don't let him give you the opportunity to anger you!"

Heloise remembers what it led to, "That means… Gamma being made into what he is was because of you!"

Angel exclaims, "I became part of the Darkoid projects just so he can test out creating synthetic Hell Demons!"

Heloise remarks, "Same with Madame Bouffant as well…" She tries to find her, "Where is she?!"

Lucius I then says, "Plus, that Levon managed to turn that woman against Beezy. If he was a real man, he would have set her straight like I would if a woman does that to me!"

Beezy growls angrily, "Shut up!"

Saffi is mad that Lucius I mocked her and Beezy for what happened during the Nu Venom uprising. "That misogynist!"

Azry then says this, "Despite Beliando's brilliance, he was in over his head trying to create another Black Lotus while also trying to use Drake's strong demonic power with his flawed design of an Arc Gear-like device. Still, there's progress to be made from that and we are close to finishing it! It's too bad Kronos couldn't even find the key to utilizing the power needed!"

Lucius I smiles evilly, "That's right! You already found what the key is, right?"

Azry says, "Yes… So that's why Jimmy, his friends, and Chronic Watchers will give us that key to making our plan happen! If only Heloise's mother was alive, he would have gotten it already!"

Heloise is stunned, "That's why?!"

Nataz reveals, "In order to be the Maiden of Destruction, it means not only having the power of the End Seed but also surrendering yourself to be the Malevolent One's forbidden fruit since you have the powers of the End Seed! They want to use your sacrifice so they would have the powers of the Malevolent One! That's why they want to get Tempus from me so it can be used with Infernus as part of enacting the Clash of Devils!"

Heloise realizes in horror, "If I've become a sacrifice for the Malevolent One, then the Black Lotus… It was meant to be a vessel for my body! An evil being that made Asmoe that way!"

Everyone hearing this are shocked to realize what Lucius I and Azry have been planning the whole time.

Asmoe shouts, "Brother! You did everything to make this happen! Yet, what about our family?! You know what happened to them! They had the technology that protected us!"

Azry tells him, "I'll tell you… That's why for your sake, I made a deal with Lucius I to let you live a luxurious life here as his elite soldier. You were already as talented and strong as our parents expected you to be. If only you haven't met that girl, you would have still been safe and be with me after I usurp Nataz's growing army to be Lucius I's equal!"

Asmoe realizes what he meant much to his horror, "You… Set all this up for me?"

Azry replies, "That is right. As your big brother, I always looked after you. If it weren't for me, your parents wouldn't have forced you to live out your destiny as a gifted warrior who would eventually lose to Lucius and die for the sake of pitiful humanity. That's why for your sake, I killed them."

Jimmy and the others are shocked to hear that Azry confessed to helping create the Valentine Massacre that resulted in Asmoe's orphan status and the death of their parents along with the rest of their family that were the last stronghold against the Heinous Empire.

Nataz is stunned, "You, what?"

Asmoe is utterly shocked, "What?"

Levon and Lotia couldn't believe what they had just heard.

Azry says, "I used the knowledge of the ancient tech that protected the Valentine Clan to not only disable their defenses, but I also summoned the Hell Demons to kill everyone in the clan! Their sacrifices were worth saving you!"

Nataz is stunned, "No…"

Azry growls, "The fact that you had to meet that girl regardless and then decide to leave Miseryville with her back to what we used to call home, derailing the deal we planned to make you safe from our true goal! I had no choice but to notify Lucius that you were in that area to get you back alive including your girl!"

Asmoe is stunned from the revelation that Azry was the one who not only killed their family but also exposed him and Sara to Lucius I as part of their alliance. "It was you… You did this…"

Lucius I then says, "Heck, I didn't even want to kill you back then because of our deal. Sara on the other hand, Michael's daughter, would have been the vessel anyway before she grew out her body. However, she had the nerve to protect you and get herself killed instead! What waste of potential she had!"

Asmoe growls in anger from hearing Lucius I bringing up Sara.

Nataz is horrified, "So… That's why? You did all this..."

Lucius I smirks, "That everything that transpired was all because you failed to save the one you genuinely loved. Vashti, she was quite a memorable woman."

Nataz reacts in anger, "Keep her name out of your disgusting mouth!"

Azry gloats, "I knew it! Ha! So, all because of her death, that made you what you are! You were never strong like Michael; you were WEAK and still is! If it weren't for your weak heart, none of this would have happened! That's why you need Tempus to set everything back to the way it was no matter how it destroys reality! That is by far, pathetic! Now, you doomed Michael's children, his successor, and your faux daughter!"

Lucius I then gloats, "Indeed it is! I want to thank him! All because of his actions, he became the most miserable person in all of history! His weak heart became the foundation for my empire and the memorable experience I had that caused the birth of my son Astaro!" He laughs evilly.

Jimmy and everyone else are stunned to hear what Lucius I and Azry said to Nataz in cold fashion. They look at Nataz and are surprised to see how he reacted to said accusation.

Nataz is devastated and tears up while admitting, "I confess… It's all my fault… I did this. I caused all this… The power I needed to set everything back. It made me forget; the pain of losing Vashti… My brother… I let my own misery ruin this world and made that empire as well. Astaro was born out of said cruelty as well…What have I done?!" He starts wailing in despair realizing the weight of his actions that plagued the world today.

Jimmy, who accused him earlier of letting his envy consume him, is saddened by the truth of Nataz's fall into darkness. "Uriel…"

Heloise even tears up to see that Nataz is crying over the loss of his loved one.

Levon and Asmoe are stunned to realize how Nataz's origin relates to them.

Lucius I starts clapping, "There you go, everyone! As it turns out, the all-powerful Nataz who was Michael's equal only to lose to his successor… That's who he is all along! He's the reason this world came to be! He wanted to use Tempus so he could bring her back! But he's right… His misery help created this empire, and it is the foundation of our legacy."

Lucius VII is saddened to see how the misery of Nataz led to the creation of the empire he oversaw.

Astaro saw how his master revealed that he's the reason everything happened to him. He sympathizes with Nataz, "Master…"

Azry is dismissive of Nataz's sadness and tells him in anger, "How pathetic! You ruined our utopia because of that?! That's why?! You wanted to use Tempus so you can undo that and restore your pathetic love life?!"

The heroes along with Lucius VII and Gabriel are taken aback by Azry's dismissive anger.

Barbara calls out Azry, "Azry! Stop! Master Nataz just wanted to be happy like all of us! He wanted to undo everything so we could have our Paradise again. He wants his own brother to be happy. He even saved me from my wreckage!"

Azry responds, "Oh Barbara, you should be grateful that I simply saved you. I mean, you are the lost princess of the richest family in Miseryville. The family that disappeared because of the bombing on that cruise ship."

Mamondo is surprised to see that Barbara is the lost princess of the Fortuna family. "Now I see…"

Jez remembers, "I… I remember that fateful day. Barbara's family was on that ship…"

Barbara is shocked, "How… How did you know that?"

Azry answers, "Ever since Apolly took possession of Abadi after killing him, he told me about her and how she might have potential. However, even if Nataz knew about this… How he views you goes further than that. We must know, what he is to you?"

Barbara comes to him, "Master… What am I to you?"

Nataz responds by hugging her, "My child… You are like a daughter to me… Which Vashti and I would want. I'm sorry…"

Barbara starts to cry, "Master… No matter your actions, no matter what you done… If you wanted me to be your daughter, then you should have asked! I would be honored!" She bursts into tears as she hugs him.

Lucius I is sickened by the display of affection, "Pathetic that he and that broad would cry like this."

Azry sighs, "Well, it is sad that they delude themselves this way. Barbara had terrible parents growing up so of course she's desperate for a parental figure."

Lucius I then says, "That's right. That's why you wanted to punish humanity and mortals alike, correct?"

Azry answers, "Yes, love and family… How rubbish! I'll blow everything away humanity built to delude themselves!"

Saffi growls in anger and roars, "Shut it, you couple of piles of crappy-crap! Don't you dare say that these two aren't like family!"

Beezy is surprised, "Whoa!"

Saffi then shouts, "Barbara wanted a parent who looks out for her, and Uriel wanted a child with his true love! How is that wrong?!"

Jimmy is riled up, "Saffi's right! You are the ones who are wrong!"

Beezy shouts, "Yeah! Don't knock him down for it! I screwed up with my love life before but never again!"

Heloise is angered, "Don't mock something that is family!"

Nataz is stunned by Saffi's outburst to them, 'Barbara is here and yet, this one reminded me of Vashti… Michael, did you know all along?"

DJ Skullz's voice is heard, "How cruel… You laugh at a man who lost those he had love for his life. Whether it is his brother, his former love, or his true love… What you folks have done is unforgivable!"

Lucius I is shocked, "What?! He's still alive!" He looks back to see DJ Skullz.

Azry is annoyed, "How stubborn!"

Lillian is relieved, "DJ!"

DJ Skullz then says, "I admit… Even I can't do well against you with just this alone. Time Shadow and Mamondo were always better fighters than I. As for me, I try to make it up with all the tech I can make!" He at once does a kip-up to get back up standing, despite the major injuries he suffered.

Lucius I is not amused, "I could have sworn I broken you already."

DJ Skullz explains, "I enhanced my body to have my bones made from Arcanium and cybernetic implants to take more blunt damage. It still hurts since you are stronger than I expected. Then again, I'm risking my life to fight you for the sake of the kids' future!"

Lucius I mocks him, "You bag of broken bones need to understand. You won't be able to do this much damage to me! I'm the strongest! It'll take me more than what Time Shadow did to defeat me!"

DJ Skullz then says in serious tone, "That's why, we've been honing our techniques to take you down right here and right now. So now, the grand finale is here! Cee! Dee! It's time to turn on our Ultimate Sound System now!"

Cee and Dee, DJ Skullz's assistants who arrived, pulls out their tablets and shouts, "Yes sir!" They press on their tablets to summon the Ultimate Sound System.

Lucius I sees he's being surrounded by four beings around him, and he is confused, "Wait, this is it?"

A group of four female bunny dancers wearing astronaut helmets that obscure their faces with bunny ears sticking out of them and in leotards surround Lucius Heinous I.

Everyone is stunned by what was supposed to be DJ Skullz's secret weapon.

Lucius I smirks at him, "Are you kidding me?! This is your Ultimate Sound System?! If you wanted to give me ladies as part of your bargain, they should be organic like those two instead of synthetic!"

DJ Skullz responds in joyful tone, "You may be right. They are the Moon Sounders! These fine ladies who I call were originally made to be animatronics for my upcoming attraction for a family restaurant."

Cee and Dee are remarkably confused about DJ's claims about making a family restaurant using the animatronics despite their sexy designs. Beezy, Levon, and Angel on the other hand, approve of the sexy designs by pulling a thumbs up.

DJ Skullz then says in serious tone, "However due to your incoming arrival, I needed something to finally stop you since Time Shadow's role in beating your strong body down has already happened. That something is, the speakers that can move around that I manufactured to work with my artificial Arc Gear: Sound Model."

Lucius Heinous I realizes what he is about to do in shock as he sees that each Moon Sounder open their helmets to reveal that their heads are speakers that are made like the Arc Gear: Sound Model. "Wait, this is…!"

DJ Skullz then plays on his keyboard in junction with his Arc Gear: Sound Model, "Now behold Lucius I! The final song you'll ever hear! Moon Sounders 5.1: Moon Rabbit Rave!"

Five powerful sound blasts from both DJ Skullz and the Astro Sounders hit Lucius I, being caught in a sounding blast that engulfs him.

Lucius Heinous I roars in pain due to body being inflicted, "AAAAAGGGH!" He tries to cover his ears to protect himself, but it's not doing anything. "Impossible! This is just sound! Yet, my body is hurting!" He starts to have his nose bleed due to the attack.

Heloise is amazed, "He's getting hurt! Amazing!"

Beezy is surprised, "Those bunnies can really bring the noise!"

Angel growls, "He had that with him this whole time?! That could have been useful against that rocker knight!"

DJ Skullz then shouts, "That's right! Even if you cover your ears, it won't do you any good! This attack was made to not burst your eardrums but immobilize you as you hear the music. For everyone else, it would already knock them out due to the powerful sonic booms from these speakers. However, your strong body can unfortunately take it which I knew would be the case."

Lucius I struggles and tries to overcome it, "No matter what you throw at me, I am invincible! Have you forgotten that?!"

DJ Skullz smirks, "Hehe. Your body may be hard to damage, but we wouldn't have produced the strategy to defeat you if it weren't for one thing: You are only half as powerful as you were back then!"

Lucius I growls, "You worms!" He tries to march toward DJ Skullz despite being sound blasted from all directions.

Cee tells DJ Skullz, "Sir! The Arc Gears from the androids are overloading at their maximum frequency! They won't last a minute!"

Dee shouts, "Sir! Give us a signal!"

DJ Skullz growls, "Wait for it, ladies! We are almost there! Abadi's gone so we had to improvise to make up how he'll go down! This has been millennia in the making!"

Azry growls, "So they have been hiding their true strength this whole time! No matter, it won't be enough…" He looks back and is surprised, "What the?!"

Asmoe is revealed to be regaining his full strength and charging his light, "They won't give up, brother. Now that the real masterminds behind all this have revealed themselves, there's nothing more fitting than being taken down by the ones who were the biggest victims of that day!"

Azry sees that this is happening because Asmoe's light is in an air bubble that is blocking the effects of his Dark Dominion technique. "Impossible! How?!"

Levon is the one who made the air bubble due to his Arc Gear, "I manipulated the air from the water of Lotia's Aqua Model to create a bubble for Asmoe's light to get stronger. I'm not just wind after all, Azry."

Lotia then says, "Not only that, but it's also not just Asmoe that's about to ruin what you and Lucius I have done."

Asmoe smirks, "Exactly. It's just so happened that is turns out, she's potentially even stronger than I."

Azry realizes what this means to his shock and shouts, "Damn you!"

DJ Skullz shouts, "It's now showtime!"

Lucius looks up and sees much to his shock, "So, that was your plan all along!"

Sara is above the sky, in her Arc Gear and is flying above in a new form of hers. Her dress is glowing white, her wings of snow looking more angelic and has a snowflake halo over her head. She shouts her form, "Overdrive: Winter Maiden!"

Nataz is surprised, "Sara… You've gotten stronger."

Heloise is impressed, "She even went Overdrive too…"

Azry growls, "Impossible! How could she get that powerful?!"

Asmoe gets up and says, "You underestimate our love for each other. That will be your downfall, brother. This time, we will end this finally!" He activates his Awakening form and creates his aura blade from his right hand to make it shine even brighter to dispel darkness around him.

Jimmy shouts, "Everyone! Now's our chance! Let's fight back and cheer Asmoe and Sara on!"

Jimmy, Beezy, Heloise, Saffi, Angel translating for Cerbee, Levon, Belphy, Candy, Lotia, Jez, Lillian, Gamma, and Mamondo scream out before the fight back against the Lancer army. "GO!"

Asmoe and Sara are filled with resolve, preparing to put to an end to the two masterminds that were the cause of their tragic lives.

Nataz looks on, seeing Sara about to strike down Lucius I. "Sara… She's graceful like her mother."

Jimmy overhears Nataz and realizes what he meant. 'So, you mean all this time… the power within the Arc Gear: Glacier Model…'

Nataz responds with a bombshell, "Yes… what I did with said power was my grandest mistake along with what led to Vashti's death. Jimmy, I wasn't the original user of the Glacier. It was Elizabeth!"
