The following morning, everyone had gathered in the mess hall for breakfast.
"Did you two not get much sleep last night?" asked Briar as she looked at Raven and Apple who were yawning a lot while they ate.
"We stayed up talking till around one," said Raven.
"Must have gone pretty far from the cabin since I could not hear you," said Cerise while pulling her hood down to reveal her ears.
"It was a private conversation so of course we would go a good distance from the cabin in order to talk," said Apple.
"Hey Raven," said Kitty while appearing out of thin air standing next to the witch.
"Kitty," said Raven, who had been scared along with the other three.
"Sorry, I was just wondering how you felt about one day ruling a kingdom and didn't think about possibly scaring you," said Kitty with a wicked grin.
"What… what do you mean?" asked Raven who was sensing that something was off in the way the Wonderlandian was asking the question.
"Once you marry Apple you'll rule over all of Ever After so I was wondering how you felt about that, I mean it's something pretty big when you think of it so you must be a little nervous," said Kitty.
"Oh, right," said Raven.
"I had actually completely forgotten about that," she said.
"That's alright; oh, have any of you been to Camelot before, the thought came to me after meeting Lancelot yesterday," said Kitty.
"No, can't say I have," said Cerise, which the others agreed with.
"Too bad, my mom went there once as a kid and said she had a lot of fun going around the whole kingdom," said Kitty.
"But she got run out by someone's family member after a prank went too far, never managed to set foot in the whole kingdom again," she said while looking right at the purple haired witch.
"That sounds… terrible," said Apple, who was starting to get as worried as her girlfriend had been.
"Yeah, but it's in the past now," said Kitty while vanishing.
"Okay, that was weird even for Kitty," said Briar before she and Cerise went back to eating, not noticing the worried expressions that Apple and Raven were sharing.
