Nathair1: Thanks. Yeah, I noticed that after posting the chapter. I don't know why that is, maybe the site is going under a lot?
Enjoy the next chapter.
Iruma walked up to Kirio with narrowed eyes before Kirio spoke, "Don't you see, Iruma? We can take down the power ladder, we can return to the way things were, where demons were free to torment before the Ranking System took hold, sending us lower class demons into despair, but once the power gap is gone, we can go back to the way things were before!"
"You're insane!" Kiro gasped at the tone in Iruma's voice, "You're going to destroy the school just because of the Ranking System? I have demons here that I care about it here and if-"
"That's the beauty of it, Iruma, I'll trap you in a safety box, preventing you from dying while the others suffer," Iruma hissed through his teeth, "Your friends Azz and Clara, they will die in a fiery explosion an-" before he could finish, he fell back as Iruma's fist made contact with his jaw. Looking up, Kirio held his cheek, "What was that for?" Iruma ignored Kirio as he grabbed the charging shell and ran out the window.
Landing on the ledge, he looked up and muttered, "Please reach! Ifrit Mode!" Arching his arm back, he threw the shell into the sky while shouting, "Libera!" in a flash of light, the shell was surrounded as it reached the top of the barrier and Iruma growled.
Kirio began laughing as he stood up and peered out the window, "You fool! Only the power of Sullivan can destroy the barrier! And he's not here, so it sucks for you!" Iruma smirked as Kirio hummed in confusion.
'I'm sorry, grandpa,'
'Iruma-kins? What's going on?' Iruma heard Clara's voice in his head.
'I'm going to have to break the promise I made to grandpa, Clara. I'm going to have to release all the magic stored in the ring to save everyone,' Iruma took a deep breath and shouted, "Pandora!" in a rush, Iruma felt an intense pain course through his body as the light grew brighter.
"Iru-boy, you did what had to be done!" he heard Ali speak into his ear, "If you hadn't then everyone would have died!" the barrier began cracking, "Give it one more push, Iru-boy, send that shell straight through the barrier and destroy it!" the barrier shattered as the shell exploded, lighting up the night sky and a bell began ringing as everyone stared at the fiery explosion in amazement.

Iruma moaned as he slowly opened his eyes, only to see Sullivan smiling down at him, "Good morning, my precious grandson,"
"G-grandpa? What happened...and why can't I move my body?"
"You let out a lot of magic recently, so your body is trying to recover, and it might be your little friend, too," Iruma looked down to see Clara sleeping on top of him and he sighed before he slightly smiled, "We found the two of you here along with Kirio," Iruma looked up again as Sullivan explained, "He was taking away by Demon Border Patrol without putting up a fight. Clara was glaring at him as she cried over you, she shortly fell asleep when Kirio was taken away,"
"Clara? Clara it's time to wake up," Clara moaned as she slowly opened her eyes and looked up. Her eyes widened as she slowly sat up, "Hey...are you okay?" tears began building up behind Clara's eyes and Iruma arched a brow, "Cla-" before he could finish, Clara laid on his chest and cried a little, "Ouch,"
"I thought you were dead, Iruma-kins! That was a lot of magic and I thought I lost you!"
"You didn't lose me, Clara...I'm glad to see you're safe," Iruma gave a weak smile, "I wasn't going to let him destroy the school and hurt you or possibly worse," Clara continued to cry as Sullivan stood up and picked Iruma up, placing him on his shoulders, "Grandpa?"
"Let's go join everyone else down in the courtyard, grandson," the older demon looked down at Clara and slightly smiled before picking her up, "And I wouldn't dream of leaving my granddaughter-in-law behind," Clara smiled and nodded as Sullivan flew out of the window and down towards the courtyard as students and staff alike ran towards them.
Iruma looked around in confusion as Clara climbed up Sullivan's arms and leaned closer to Iruma, "You saved the school, Iruma-kins," Iruma looked at his mate as Clara sighed and leaned up against him, "What did Kirio do that made you so mad? I was scared when I felt how mad you got,"
"He threatened you," Clara looked up with wide eyes as Iruma sighed and shook his head, "He said he was going to put me in a box and watch as the school got destroyed, and everyone died, and then he mentioned you and...I realized that I couldn't just sit there and do nothing, so I grabbed the shell, jumped out the window and...used the spell grandpa told me not to unless it was an emergency,"
Clara frowned and nodded, "Hey, Iruma!" the two looked up to see Ameri running through the crowd, a smile plastered on her face before she stopped and panted, "That was amazing, those fireworks...but still...didn't you say we would watch them together!" Iruma hummed in confusion as Clara narrowed her eyes slightly and snaked her arms around his arm, resting her head on his shoulder, "You said so yourself, that we would watch them together,"
"Uh...I don't think so...maybe you misheard me," Ameri moaned as she puffed her cheeks out and Clara slightly smiled, "I'm sorry if you misunderstood me...but you did enjoy the fireworks, so...it's no problem, right?"
Ameri moaned in annoyance as Alice walked over to them and smiled, "Iruma sir, that was amazing! You stopped Kirio and saved everyone in the school, but that's to be expected for you, sir," Iruma nodded as Clara smiled and kissed his cheek before the sound of bells ringing filled the air as the sun began to rise.
Like one or two more chapters here before I start walking on the sequel, and like Found, this is going to be a trilogy. Please enjoy.
