Little troublemakers
Fefisgbf13 asked for a oneshot of Emma teaching Neal some pranks.
Emma pressed her finger to her lips, trying to get her brother to be quiet and control his giggling. If their mom heard them they'd be caught. Neal nodded, biting his lip a little to help him.
"Jings George almighty!" Snow screamed as she opened the cupboard, not expecting the rather terrifying clown face when she opened it. Once Snow had screamed Neal- and Emma- couldn't hold back their laughter any more. They guffawed from their hiding spot underneath the table. Snow heard them laughing and glared at the troublesome pair.
"Oh haha." She said dangerously. "How very funny. I could have had a heart attack, and then who'd make your favourite lunches for you?" Snow said, hands on her hips. Emma at least had the decency to try and stop laughing, Neal was still unable to do so.
"Sorry mom." Emma said, working hard to keep at not laughing. "We won't do it again."
"See that you don't. Now the pair of you scoot. I don't want to be tripping up over you while making lunch." Emma helped Neal out from under the table and they left the kitchen.
"Don't worry buddy," She whispered when safely out of Snow's earshot. "I have one up my sleeve for dad too." Neal gave a cheeky grin, he loved his big sister sometimes.
"No, I'm telling you he can't."
"Yes he can!" Neal "argued" back. David looked up from the paper he was reading.
"What's going on?" He asked the pair. Neal stepped up to him.
"Daddy, Emma said you can't roll this coin down your face without dropping it. She says your fingers are too chubby." Neal said, holding out the coin. David looked over to his daughter.
"Oh does she now? Did you defend your old dad son?" He asked Neal. Neal gave an angelic smile as he nodded. Charming patted his head. "That's my boy." He praised him, taking the coin. He very easily rolled the coin down his face. "There, my fingers clearly aren't as chubby as your sister thinks!... Why are you two laughing?" They didn't answer. Emma and Neal high fived before leaving the room in fits of laughter. Charming got up to follow when he got his reflection in the glass of the door.
"Emma! Neal!" He called. "You little troublemakers!" He couldn't believe he'd fallen for that old trick. But what could he say? His children made quite the good team.
