Axe asked for a oneshot of Charming walking in and seeing Emma with glasses for the first time. Also for Codi asking for Snow and Charming making Emma wear her glasses because she can't wear her contacts. Guest who asked for something daddy Charming this is for you too!

Emma came into the station in a fluster.

"You ok there?" Charming asked her, noticing her distress.

"Yeah." Emma sighed, sitting at her desk and digging around her bag. "Sneezy hasn't gotten my contacts in." Emma pulled a small case out of the bag. "So I have to wear these again." Emma glumly pulled them out of their case and put them on. "I feel so stupid." She grumbled. Emma noticed her dad looking at her funny. "What?" She asked.

"I didn't even know you wore contacts." He told her. "And you look far from stupid. You look beautiful and very smart." He said sincerely. Emma blushed under her father's praise.

"Well thanks." She mumbled.

"You're welcome." He said, smiling at her.

One week later

"Emma for the last time. Put your glasses on." Snow sighed, after catching her daughter squinting at the TV again.

"I'm fine." Emma lied. "I'm not squinting…I'm just tired." Snow raised an eyebrow at her daughter. For someone who was so good at detecting lies in others Emma could be an awful liar. Snow grabbed the newspaper and held it up beside the TV.

"What's the headline?" She asked her daughter. Emma turned and looked at the paper, unable to read it.

"It says My daughter is a grown woman and able to make her own decisions about her eye care." Emma tried.

"Emma." Charming said sternly, taking Emma's glasses case and putting it beside her. "We'd rather not have you go blind. So please, for once, do as your mother says and put on your glasses." Emma knew she would get a headache if she didn't put them on, so reluctantly she took them out of the case and placed them on her face.

"There." She grumbled.

"It should only be for a few more days." Snow encouraged her. "The delivery should be in by then."

"Yeah sure." Emma mumbled. Snow and Charming just looked at each other. They smiled. Both having the same thought. If Emma thought glasses here were bad they were nothing compared to what was on offer in the Enchanted Forest!
