Bring her home
A few people have asked for a oneshot of Emma being sucked into the hat.
Emma took a deep breath. This was it. She could get rid of her powers, be normal. Emma turned the doorknob and stepped into the room.
There was no chance for her to hide after she had entered. She's been set up, but it was too late to go back. There was a bright flash of white light…and then nothing.
Elsa came running into the house as fast as her legs would carry her.
"Emma!" She yelled. Was she too late? She saw the door lying open, and dread filled Elsa's stomach. She just knew that's where Emma had been. Slowly, Elsa walked into the room. It was empty, or at least that's how it appeared at first glance. Then she saw the hat lying in the centre of the room. Cautiously, she wondered over and picked it up.
"Careful dearie." Elsa jumped and span round, the hat still in her hand. "That's some pretty powerful magic you're holding there." She recognised the man from when she first came to Storybrooke, people here called him Gold.
"Where's Emma?" Elsa asked, trying not to show her fear. The man chuckled and it made Elsa feel even more uneasy.
"Why, you're holding her. She is now part of that hat." Elsa nearly dropped the hat in shock.
"What do you mean?" She asked agitated. "What have you done to her?"
"I mean what I said dearie, Emma is part of the hat. Her magic was too powerful, she was a danger to everyone here. It's best for all that she is trapped away."
"You monster!" Elsa yelled, the ice beginning to build up in her hands.
"Be careful dearie." Rumple warned her. "That hat can just as easily trap you if I so wish." Just then, Snow and Charming came running into the room. They could see the angry tears in Elsa's eyes.
"What's going on?" Charming asked. "Where's Emma?" Elsa pointed to Rumple.
"Him!" She yelled. "He had her sucked into this hat!" She said, holding it up.
"What?" Snow gasped. "Is this true?" Rumple nodded.
"Yes it is. You know yourselves that Miss Swan had next to no control over her magic. She was a serious threat to this town and I got rid of the threat." Rumple didn't feel the need to share the whole truth with the small group, it was none of their business.
"Well get her out!" Snow demanded. Rumple shook his head.
"That's not possible. Even it was I wouldn't. Miss Swan was far too dangerous." Charming had heard enough, he charged towards Rumple, ready to knock him out but with a wave of his hand Rumple teleported across the room.
"Violence towards me will not get your daughter back. You should be grateful. She could have killed your son…"
"No she couldn't! Emma would not have killed her brother! You can try and run you coward but I will get you, dark one, and you will pay for what you've done to my daughter! And we will get her out of that hat, we won't lose her!" Rumple smiled at him.
"That's the thing, dearie. You already have" With a quick blast of purple mist, Rumple was gone. Snow took the hat from Elsa and stared at it, heartbroken.
"I'm so sorry." Elsa said. "I was too late to help her. If I'd arrived just a minute earlier…"
"It's not your fault." Charming croaked, emotion building up. "It's Gold's. But we will get her out. We won't lose her again." Charming looked to Snow who nodded in determination.
"No, we won't. We need to get Regina and Blue. They're our best hopes to save Emma." Knowing there was no time to waste, the group rushed out of the room to fetch Regina and Blue. Emma would not be left wherever she was. They would bring her home.
