A little too much

Fefisgbf13 asked for a oneshot of Emma having to deal with a teenage drunk Neal and having a little too much fun with him. Sorry for the wait and thank you for the encouragement!

"I thought I might find you here." Emma said, sounding half amused, half stern as she looked at her little brother, who had clearly had too much to drink.

"Emmy!" He exclaimed, holding his arms out wide. "It's nice to see you!" He slurred as his friends that were with him giggled, also clearly hammered. Emma couldn't really get too mad. She remembered what it was like to be seventeen. But she couldn't leave Neal out here. As far as their parents knew he was at a "sleepover". Emma knew from his face he was lying. And she expected to find him here, round the back of Granny's surrounded by empty bottles. She smirked slightly.

"You haven't called me Emmy since you were six years old. Has someone had a little too much to drink?" Neal giggled.

"Maybe." Emma rolled her eyes, coming over and helping him up.

"Come on. You can come and sober up round my place. I suggest the rest of you clear off as well before your parents find you." She said, giving the remainder of the group a raised eyebrow. Neal seemed fairly steady on his feet, just a little bit of staggering to the right. "You're going to have a killer hangover little bro." Emma chuckled, helping him into the passenger seat (with a sick bag prepared). This was where being a big sister instead of a parent was a good thing. Had it been Henry Emma would have been laying into him just now. But with it being her little bro she could be softer. She felt his hangover would be punishment enough. Especially if she perhaps woke him up at eight…

"Good morning baby bro!" Emma said merrily, walking into her spare room where Neal had crashed the previous night. He groaned in response, his head killing him. "I warned you about that. Here," Emma placed a couple of aspirin beside the bottle of water she'd given him last night. "That should help you be able to face mom and dad by lunch time. Don't worry, I didn't blow your cover." She promised.

"Thanks." He grumbled.

"You're welcome kid. I'll leave you in peace. I'll come through at about half eleven with some food. Please try and make it to the toilet if you think you're going to be sick." She requested. Neal grumbled a reply before going back to sleep. He was never drinking again.
