Morgan CSI Level 3 asked for a oneshot of everyone leaving town for a few days to see where Emma grew up. They bump into the Swans.
ouatfanforlife: Sorry, but I can't do your request. When I did the first request asking for Emma to meet Ruth after going to the past I said I would make up my own scenario so I didn't only pick out one from the many I had.
Guest who asked for Emma not acknowledging her parents: Sorry, I'm not clear exactly on what you want. Could you clarify for me please?
Guest who asked for Emma hiding being hurt: I know I've written a chapter with that description. I just can't remember the name! Have a look for it, I know it's there!
Guest who asked for Emma needing to be force fed: Check out "The piggy princess".
I'm back at uni now, so less days where I can post multiple chapters in one day. Sorry about that!
"So this is where you spent your childhood?" Charming said in awe looking right around. Emma could see a near identical expression on her mom's face. She shrugged.
"Well, sort of. It's a lot different now." She mumbled. Emma didn't see the big deal. But both her parents and Henry were determined to see Boston with Emma. Finally Snow and Charming had left Neal with Ella and Thomas for the weekend and they had gone. Suddenly, Emma gasped.
"What, what is it?" Snow asked excitedly, thinking maybe Emma had seen an old favourite toy shop or something. Maybe she and Charming could go in and buy Emma something, just a little something to be part of her childhood. The other three followed her gaze and saw her staring at an older couple with a girl around the same age as Emma walking between them as they left a cafe.
"Do you know them mom?" Henry asked. "Did the girl stay at a home with you?" Emma shook her head, looking slightly horrified.
"No." She croaked. "That's the Swans. That must be the kid that...that..."
"That they replaced you with." Charming finished the sentence for her. All four were now staring at the little family. They seemed to notice, and the woman looked over at them. She caught Emma's eye and nearly collapsed. Her husband helped her up, not seeming to notice the small audience. She shoved him off and insisted they carried on. That made Snow and Charming's blood boil. She couldn't even look Emma in the eye. They both went to march forward and give them a good talking to. They also had blame for the torture Emma faced in her childhood and should also have it on their conscious. Emma quickly grabbed them by the scruff of the neck.
"Woh there! Where are you going?"
"To remind them of the child they gave up." Charming snarled.
"Just leave it, please." Emma pleaded. Snow and Charming turned to face her. They could see she desperately didn't want them to go. They really wanted to go and let the Swans know what they had done, but if Emma didn't want them to they'd restrain themselves. They wrapped her in a giant group hug with Henry making his way in too. Nobody cared about the people hustling and bustling about them. They would enjoy this moment as a family, sharing their grief and hope.
