Caught in the act

A guest asked for a oneshot of Emma avoiding her parents for a week. Eventually Snow has enough and lures her to the cell at the station and uses her daughter's captivity to find out what's going on...

Snow sat patiently at her daughter's desk at the station. She knew Emma would arrive soon. For whatever reason Emma had been dodging both her and Charming for a week now and they'd had enough. Snow had "borrowed" Henry's phone to send a text asking Emma to come to the station and meet him. Snow heard the main door open.

"Ok kid, I'm here. What's going on?" Emma asked. She halted when she saw her mom sitting there. She was sitting at her desk, arms folded across her chest, giving Emma the sternest look she'd ever seen. Emma turned to leave.

"Oh not so fast!" Snow got up and grabbed Emma's arm. She quickly pulled her into the cell and locked the door shut.

"Mom!" Emma complained. "Let me out of here! You can't just lock me up for no good reason!"

"You mean like you can't just dodge your dad and I without any reason?" Snow countered. Emma's face went red and she looked down.

"I'm not dodging you." Emma grumbled.

"Well then why haven't we heard from you in a week? When we call you you're ignoring us. What's going on Em?" Emma didn't answer. Snow sighed, sitting back on the chair. "Well we'd both best get comfortable then, because neither of us is leaving until you spit it out."

"Oh alright fine." Emma spat. "I came to see you last Wednesday... I thought something was wrong because I heard you shouting at dad. I went to your room to find out what was going on and then I realised that you weren't mad at dad...there was something else going on..." Snow suddenly got what was going on. Emma had nearly walked in on them- again. Snow couldn't help but burst out laughing. "It's not funny!" Emma shouted. "I am traumatised!"

"Oh come here." Snow chuckled, letting Emma out of the cell and hugging her. "Emma it's not that big a deal. I've nearly walked in on your and Killian at least five times..."

"Mother!" Emma said, going redder than she thought possible. Some things she just didn't need to know!
