Emma didn't understand why the so called Queens of Evil were being so nice to her. Whenever they had a confrontation they never hurt Emma. Sure, they would block her attacks but they would never retaliate. They would say really strange things to her. They would tell Emma that they weren't actually that different. That they would make a great team together. That they, and they alone, could give Emma her happy ending. See the thing was, they might not be hurting Emma, but they were hurting her loved ones. They might be avoiding Emma but they were indeed taking swipes at Hook, Snow and Charming. All that did was infuriate Emma. This was her family they were messing with. Did they really think she was just going to turn on them all? Just believe that the villains were the ones who could give her a happy ending? No, she'd seen Regina go down that path and knew how it ended. Like Hell was she doing the same thing. They kept telling Emma her heart was filled with blackness too, that she should embrace it. Her heart wasn't black…was it? She might be no angel but she wasn't dark either. There was one thing Emma knew for certain. If she did have any blackness in her heart, she would fight against it with everything she had.
