Yes mother

rosered asked for a oneshot of Emma trying to say "yes mother" but things going a little wrong.

NOTICE: I'm afraid this will be my last post for a week or so :(. My laptop decided it would break yesterday- I'm only able to share these last three as I'd written them on Sunday night. As I don't have my requests list I can't write until I have my laptop back, sorry! I hope you enjoy these three chapters in the meantime.

sunshine: check out chapter 186 :)

Emma's mom had been bugging her all day. Emma wasn't sure if she was on her period or something but she seemed to be extra naggy. Everything Emma did was earning her a mini lecture. By dinner time Emma was fed up.

"Emma when you're finished with your glass bring it through to the kitchen with all the other dishes- otherwise it gets forgotten and left until the morning." Snow sighed as she picked up the empty glass. Emma rolled her eyes. She hadn't forgotten about the glass, and she wasn't finished with it anyway. She was just waiting for the adverts to finish then she was going to go through and pour herself some more coke. She saw no point in arguing with her mom though in the mood she was in. Instead she rolled her eyes and sarcastically said "yes mother"…or at least that was what she had intended to say. Instead, what came out was:

"Yes mama." Emma quickly slapped her hand to her mouth, where had that come from?! Snow turned back around with a playful smile on her face as one of her eyebrows raised. "I meant mommy!" That was no better! "Mom! Damn it- mother! I meant mother!" Emma eventually spluttered out, but the effect was ruined. In fact her mom was positively glowing with happiness. She had obviously been spending too much time with her little brother and hearing Snow referred to as his mama or mommy.

"Well then, next time be a good girl and what you know mama wants without her having to ask." Snow lightly teased as she took the glass through to the kitchen. She could have skipped there, Emma had called her mama! Sure it had been an accident but Snow would take it.
