Orphan
dancefan93 asked for a oneshot of Snow telling Charming what made the map work in 3x02. Charming gets upset and Snow tells him it's their job to change it.

Guest who asked for Emma bringing home Henry's father for the first time: again, too closely covered.
"So what was it?" Charming asked excitedly. He had been waiting to get Snow alone for hours to find out what truth made the map appear to Emma. Snow gave him a sad smile. Charming had been hoping so desperately that the truth would help bring their daughter back to them- bring them closer as a family unit as they searched for Henry. He did not yet realise how despicable Pan truly was. "Come on Snow, don't hold back on me! What was it in the end? Being our daughter? Being Henry's mom? Something related to being the Saviour? Being a real Princess?" Snow hated to be the one to tear down his hope, but he had a right to know. She placed a sympathetic hand on his shoulder and, giving a sad smile, shook her head.
"No Charming…nothing like that." Snow hated that the smile was already fading from his face- the light fading in his eyes. "Pan didn't want Emma to admit who she really was- who we know she is. He wanted to have her worst emotions brought to the front. He wanted her to "admit" who she thinks she is- an orphan."
"What?" Charming croaked. "No…no, she's not an orphan. She's our daughter. We love her Snow." Snow placed her hand on her heartbroken husband's face, feeling the same emotions herself.
"But it was true, Charming. For twenty eight long years for Emma. We might not have been aware of it- but she felt every day- alone and apparently unwanted. But you are right- it isn't true now. As her parents, it's our job to change that she was an orphan. But more importantly, to make Emma realise that she isn't one anymore." Charming nodded, a new determined focus in his eyes. His baby was not an orphan. She had two parents who loved her very much, and now Snow was right, they had to prove it to her.
