Hiccups
Razzledazzle asked for a oneshot of Emma getting the hiccups and her parents thinking it's the cutest thing ever. I've set this as though Emma grew up with her parents.
Snow and Charming couldn't help but smile like idiots whenever Emma made the little squeaky noise.
"She's just so tiny, although it's cute I'm worried that she'll do herself an injury." Snow admitted. "I mean, what if it tears her diaphragm or she rattles her brain or something?" Charming smiled, stroking his thumb down his wife's cheek.
"Honey, it's just hiccups. She's not going to hurt herself, I promise. And look at her…" Charming gently took the two week old from his wife's arms and held her up with an adorable little petted lip of his own to go with the adorable tiny hiccup noises his daughter was making. "Isn't it just the most adorable thing you've ever heard?" Snow smiled and carefully kissed her daughter's forehead.
"Admittedly yes, it is completely adorable. Although weird considering I first felt the noises from inside me." Snow said, a hand automatically travelling to her now empty womb. It still felt strange not having Emma inside her. She still wanted to keep Emma as close to her as possible to make up for the emptiness. Charming laughed as Emma had another little round of hiccups.
"I just can't get over it, Snow." He said, not taking his eyes off of his baby girl. "She's just the cutest baby I've ever seen. I don't ever want to stop looking at her."
"Yeah." Snow breathed, resting her head against his shoulder. "I understand." Together, they just stood there, enjoying the small moment with their baby girl. The cutest little girl in the world, as far as they were concerned.
