Together again
A guest asked for a oneshot of Snowing having a son before Emma called Lucas. They're reunited after the curse is broken and they make a fuss of him.
Guest who asked for Snowing telling Henry Emma is the Dark One, that has already been covered.
Prisky0731: that has also been too closely covered.
Guest who asked for a sequel to Ch75, not sure I'd be able to write one for that chapter.
Pennypenngo: Not sure I'd be able to write another installment for that chapter, sorry!
Just a small note but folks, I am a teacher after all, if people could please remember their manners when asking for a request. It's not nice when someone demands it from you haha.
"I still can't believe it's you." Snow said, voice filled with emotion. The last time she'd seen her son he was only five years old, placed through the wardrobe just before Emma. Of course Rumplestiltskin never left anything to chance, and he owed the Charmings big time. Not long after entering this world Lucas was separated from his sister and adopted by a couple in Storybrooke. "You're just so big now. And so handsome."
"Takes after his dad." Charming said proudly, gently slapping his son on the shoulder. "We have so much to catch up on."
"Yeah, yeah we do…" Snow could see Lucas glancing over to where Emma was talking with Henry outside.
"Don't worry about her." Snow said, practically reading his thoughts. "Of course your father and I want to speak with Emma as well, but it has to be on her terms. We need to catch up with you as well. I can't believe you've been here, right under our noses the whole time…" Snow wanted to break down and cry, but she refused to in front of her son.
"Um yeah. I was adopted by a couple of peasants from the Enchanted Forest, but here they were known as Joe and Suzanne Healy. They had a couple of girls of their own, Jane and Gloria. They raised me as their own. Now that the curse is broken I'm not sure what the status quo is there." Lucas admitted, rubbing his neck awkwardly. He loved his adoptive family, but he'd been waiting years for his real family to remember who they were. Charming gave his son a reassuring squeeze on the shoulder.
"They're your family, son. We would never ask you to break contact with them." Charming promised. "Go and find them, Lucas. Let them know you're still their son too." Charming desperately wanted all his family close, but they had to accept that when they put their children through that wardrobe, they lost a lot of parental claim.
"Just one thing." Snow said, stopping him before they left. "I've seen you around with a girl. Care to tell?" Snow asked, smiling. Lucas smiled back.
"Gina Ingalls." He told his parents. "We met at a yoga workshop at the community centre. We've been seeing each other for seven months. When everything's calmed down I'll bring her here to meet you all." Lucas's case cast once again over to his sister and nephew. "Maybe even them."
