Happy anniversary

Mickey and Minnie Mouse asked for a oneshot of Emma arranging a surprise for her parents' anniversary, but they didn't realise she knew.

"As must as I dearly love our daughter I can think of some things I'd rather be doing today…" Snow said seductively, leaning across to the driver's seat and gently nipping her husband's earlobe. Charming groaned, wanting nothing more than to pull the keys out of ignition and carry Snow over his shoulder right back to their bedroom- but Emma was waiting for them with their son and grandson to have a family picnic by the old toll bridge.

"I still don't understand why she insisted it was today." Charming said. "It's unlike her to want to do picnics at all, she's not a fan of insects." Snow sighed, giving up hope for any "special attention" right now.

"I don't know either, but let's hope it isn't too long. I did have other plans for tonight…" Snow ran her hand up Charming's thigh, delighting in the way it made him gulp.

"Snow." Charming complained. "Anything you have planned is going to be really difficult if we end up at the hospital." Snow pouted, but didn't continue. Charming did, however, speed up slightly. He wanted to get home as much as Snow.

But both were in for a shock when they arrived at the arranged meeting spot. None of their family were anywhere in sight, but there was definitely a picnic set up, a rather romantic looking one. Curious, the couple walked over and found a small handwritten note:

Red let slip that today is your anniversary- happy anniversary guys! I believe all your favourites are here. Killian has said I can stay at his ship tonight with the boys (dad, don't worry, he's sleeping on Marco's couch). You have the house to yourself once you're finished here for…whatever. I'll be back around midday tomorrow. Neither Henry or myself wish tacos for lunch, so please be ready.

Love you,

Emma

Snow and Charming smiled, both touched by her gift. Charming wrapped his arms around his wife's waist.

"I still think we should be quick with the picnic, I intend to take full advantage of our night off." He pressed a firm kiss to the side of Snow's neck and she sighed happily. This was going to be a quick meal, but dessert was going to be so sweet.
