A rude awakening
CharmingSisters13 asked for a oneshot of Charming giving Emma her first speeding ticket.
Emma couldn't believe it. Her first day off in goodness knows how long and her mom had woken her up much earlier than she had planned to go out and get nappies. Emma was not a happy bunny when woken up so intended to grab the nappies and be back in her bed as soon as possible. Sure the store was only about ten minutes away when she drove normally, but even that was too long for Emma right now, so she went flat out…until she heard the siren.
"Shit." She mumbled to herself, pulling over. "Really dad?" She sighed. He couldn't just give her a pass? Emma rolled down her window as her dad came over looking stern.
"Problem, officer?" Emma asked sarcastically.
"Don't get smart with me, Emma. We both know you were speeding. I know you're a bit of a petrol head but you're off duty just now. What was that about?"
"Your wife woke me up early to get nappies for your explosive son." Emma answered him. Charming sighed as he brought his pad and pen out.
"Emma that's not good enough and you know it. I'm going to have to give you a ticket."
"What?!" Emma squeaked. "You can't do that! You're being completely unreasonable."
"Emma if it were anyone else I would have to do the same thing. You could easily run someone over, what if it was Henry?" Charming tore the ticket off and handed it to Emma through the window who snatched it off of him. Charming let that slide. Emma was now furious with both her parents and it wasn't even midday. If it was midday they wouldn't be having this problem!
