Way past curfew
Fabulouslywealth asked for a oneshot of Emma going on a date with Killian but arrives home at seven in the morning and her parents are furious. For this to work we've changed US laws to UK laws and people can drink at 18.
Wow. Just, wow. I cannot believe I have reached eight hundred oneshots, and have also received more than three thousand reviews. You guys are seriously the best! :)
Emma creaked the door open as quietly as possible. She couldn't believe she'd been gone this long. The club shut at 4, but after that Killian had taken her for a…slightly drunken…boat ride. In her inebriated state Emma hadn't even been thinking about the time, or that her curfew was midnight. It was now seven am, she was screwed. She hoped she'd be able to sneak upstairs and crawl into bed, claiming that they obviously just didn't hear her coming in, but no such luck. Both of her parents were sitting in the living room, bags under their eyes and with a pot of coffee beside them. They'd clearly been up all night waiting for her.
"Where have you been?" Snow hissed. "It is seven in the morning! You were meant to be home at midnight!"
"My phone ran out of battery because of all the pictures I took, sorry. Killian just took me on a boat ride, nothing happened." Emma protested. Her head was beginning to thump and she had to squint under the light, she was going to have a killer hangover.
"A boat ride?! Emma, you had both clearly drunk far too much, you could have drowned! We have been worried sick, we nearly started a search party!" Charming shouted.
"Could you keep your voice down?" Emma whispered. "I have a bit of a headache." Snow snorted.
"Hangover is the word you're looking for. And tough, we have no sympathy. You chose to drink far too much so you can suffer the consequences. And if you think you're going back to bed instead of doing your chores Emma Ruth you have another thing coming. Chug down some paracetamol and some caffeine and tough it out." Snow scolded her. Emma sighed, knowing resistance was futile and she was lucky it wasn't worse. Of course Snow and Charming would let her go for a nap around midday, they weren't cruel, but Emma didn't need to know that. A little bit of suffering would be the lesson she needed.
